The worst experience ever. I wouldn t suggest greyhound or Jefferson lines for travel. They have no customer service the driver was repeatedly rude for no reason. Wouldn t stop at stops had a attitude the whole way. And don t depend on any busses to get you to the connecting bus that s just not a thing you will be expected to wait 15 hours til the next connection with no cares given they do NOT care. Worst experience ever I suggest Amtrak or sun country for the airlines. At least you can deal with nice people that route.

Was detour through albert lea waiting for bus from twin cities headed south bound. Small quiet depot on rainy night but bus arrived and 3 of us continued our trip south bound.

I had a layover here for 30 minutes at Burger King. Restaurant very clean, food hot and fresh and friendly staff.

I loved being here waiting for my bus at the same time eating a Rodeo Burger without bacon smtown charging my phone the manager of the shift for second was very polite and so friendly I would love to go back there to wait for my bus to come and get in the future when I do go to Minneapolis

They left me in des Moines in a bad neighborhood. And would not come back for me. Not right!
