Brought my car in for an oil change and a flat tire. When I picked the car up I was told that they patched the tire even though they typically wouldn't because part of it is bent and driving on a tire like that could lead to a blow out. They said they did this so as to not put me in a bad financial spot. However every other repair shop I've been to would give me a call after looking at the vehicle and give me a run down of what needs to be done and an estimate on price. If they had called me and told me what the price would have been to replace two tires I would have been able to pay for it and get it fixed sooner. Instead I now have a car sitting in my apartment parking lot that I don't feel safe to drive. While I appreciate that they didn't just put 4 new tires on and charge me $1,200-$1,300 I am also frustrated that the communication was not what it should be and now my car is out of commission for another 5 days until I can get somewhere else to get my tires replaced, and I paid around $30 to patch a tire that shouldn't have been patched in the first place. I just don't understand why they wouldn't at least try to discuss the repairs with me before just making decisions without my input.

The team at DSF did everything right to help me pick the very best, safe vehicle that best fits me. The entire team should have a big fat raise! :) Im am serious when i say this is the place to go for the best customer service and the best vehicles. I was in a bad accident and i was not looking forward to purchasing a vehicle at the current prices. The day i visited DSF was the day my crying was over. I cried everyday about the accident just thinking about it and how will i ever get into another vehicle and drive w/o feeling scared and they made it all better. I can not thank them ALL enough. I spent little more than i wanted to but the great extra's really made a difference. I will let all my friends, family, co-workers know that this is the place to go for as i said, best customer service, best vehicles. Thank you everyone from my HEART! Purchased a vehicle from them and it was a great experience! This dealership had an identity, ethics, and care for their customer. It may not be the most roomy or flashy-interior type dealership you'll ever go to, but as a customer I felt a welcoming and supportive environment to do business, by a team of staff who shared a positive spirit.Aaron was my first point of contact and he was not only a great salesman but also a great personality too! Within 40 minutes there, my wife and I were able to make a decision on purchase. Jake and George, the other staffs we interacted during our purchase were great folks as well.Overall, I would give a 5 and half star out of 5! 5 for the brilliant customer relation they build and the bonus star for the positive energy they shared among themselves as a team!

I had a great experience with Dave Syverson! All of their staff was welcoming and friendly! Noah karge did everything in his power to make it as easy and nice as possible to buy. I absolutely love my new Atlas!

Their service is top notch! I was far away from home and my destination when my new vehicle started to act up. I found Dave Syverslon s mechanic shop out of luck. From the sales man, Aaron, that helped me talk to the service workers they got me a rental and on to my destination. Thank you very much for outstanding customer service.

I had the best experience at Dave s! I worked with the best people. I spotted a 2023 Jetta that I liked and I was able to test drive it right away! I fell in love with the car and Dave s did everything to get me in it! I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a new vw to visit this dealership!

We have mentioned the loud noise from our car at least twice to your service people, but there never seems to be any urgency to locate the problem. This last time, I brought it up, and when the car was done, I asked about it. The lead guy seemed uninformed about it, did not care about the issue, and showed no ambition to do anything to fix it. Plus, there are recalls on the vehicle and you would think that when I bring it in, you would at least check to see if they are done. I did forget to mention them, but that should not be completely up to the customer.

Everything went flawlessly, in and out in a timely fashion, everything was explained throughout the process. Excellent customer experience as always.

Communication is poor. They did a good job with the repairs. Repairs and touch ups done by them in the past have been pretty bad. Failed to seal a windshield twice, back-to-back. Touch up paint on bumper almost made it look worse than the scratch itself. I'm hesitant to work with them for future repairs.
