I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my new murano. At no time did I feel pressured.the employees were very efficient and new there jobs very well.in no time at all I was on the road for my 3 hour drive home. And I will drive the same three hours if i ever buy another car.this will be my first stop!!thank you a very happy buyer.

Great experience buying a new car with saleswoman Christa! Christa was patient, and helpful, we were literally in and out within 30 minutes after our long drive to get there; she had everything ready for us like we asked for. So many unethical dealerships now days it's breath of fresh air to deal with them, overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to seek them out for all of our future car purchases!

Dealt with Aaron on a new Altima. Was very helpful to get everything handled. Jacob did all our paperwork and we drove 300 miles to pick up the car. We were in and out in 45 minutes and back on the road again. Would for sure make the trip again! Great to deal with an upfront dealership!

We are on vacation from California and had stopped for lunch in Albert Lea. Unfortunately when we returned to our Nissan rental car, the gear shift refused to move out of Park. After calling the Auto Club roadside assistance, Enterprise's customer service and trying various options all to no avail, we called Dave Syverson's Nissan! We were so fortunate to be connected to Gregg in the service department who soon became our hero!!! On the phone, Gregg patiently walked us through the various steps to try to unlock the gear shift that seemed to be permanently stuck in park! Nothing we tried worked so fortunately Gregg volunteered to come to our location in downtown Albert Lea to assist us. Using a small screwdriver, within a matter of minutes Gregg was able to locate the small lever that needed to be released to get the gear shift out of park! My husband and I are beyond grateful for Gregg's superior customer service, knowledge and practicing the epitome of being Minnesota Nice!!! Dave Syverson Nissan is extremely fortunate to have this young man in its service department. We were also impressed with the kindness and great customer service from both the receptionist and the other lady who took our call in the service department! Thank you all!

We was on vacation from Texas when our check engine light came on, we called these guys and asked if there was any way they could look at it! They said bring it in!! We had our son (dog) with us and they welcomed him in their dealership also!! They had us fixed up and out the door in about a hour!! Jordon and the staff there was AMAZING!! I want to say thank you to Samantha in the service department for helping my Grandpa and Uncle on their trip home. Grandpa said "they broke down and she was wonderful and went above and beyond" Oh and that she did her best to help fix their bus so they could make it home. She put them first which is good because my uncle is really sick and needs help. Thank you Samantha for being such a good person.

These guys are the best. We were traveling on a Saturday and a light came on. They didn't know us but had our car in and fixed and we were back on the road within 2 hours.
