A+ experience. 100% recommend!They really live their motto. Purchased my Bronco and traded in my 'well experienced' vehicle... never heard the usual rehearsed sales pitches you hear so much while shopping at other dealers. Straight talk and fair negotiation... what a relief.

The team here was incredibly friendly and helpful, I was looking for a car and didn t wanna max my budget so Aaron showed me a couple options that were amazing! In the end I chose a beautiful 2018 dodge and they had it detailed and cleaned for me, I love how everyone there was so friendly, they helped me out in a timely manor and helped me get an amazing car that stayed under budget I will definitely be coming back here when the time comes for another vehicle and 100% recommend checking them out when shopping for a new or used vehicle

I had a great experience working with Dave Syverson Auto Center.I had found a vehicle that I was looking for online and bought the vehicle sight unseen. I couldn't be more satisfied with truck that was delivered to me. Everyone that I had communicated with was helpful and a pleasure to work with. This was the easiest car buying experience!! The night before, my car broke down on the side of the road and the next day, I was in a new car. Jake made the financial part of it super easy, and explained everything in detail, which I appreciated since it was my first time. Noah answered every question that I had and found me the perfect vehicle for my price point. I would recommend anyone to Dave Syverson for their car buying needs!

Special thank you and shout out to sales manager Brandon.I bought my car almost a year ago.They care about you, they will take care of you, no matter what happens they will work with you like they are a teammate.This company has definitely brought a new level of customer service to this industry and I could not recommend them more.I will be upgrading and buying all of my future vehicles through this dealership.Thank you guys for taking care of me and making me feel good about my purchase even when it s been almost a year. 45,000 mile maintenance on my Nissan Murano. Oil, brake bleed/fill. Mike at the shop is awesome, always super nice and gets me in and out, even if theres no appts open he manages to help somehow. Everything was completed with no issue, my vehicle is running great.****Side Note: it would be nice if there was a maintenence warranty available, even if its only for certain things. Especially for certified vehicles, because I have to follow the Carfax maintenence schedule "to a T" and it gets expensive! My Daughter just bought her 1st vehicle from Syverson last week :)

Everybody at that dealership was great. Salesperson Christa immediatly showed interest in my needs and gave me options. Sealed the deal with George the sales Mgr, whom was a warm friendly person.The whole experience was one I never experienced before.Be proud they are a Nissan dealer

I have bought a few vehicles from this dealer, the last two vehicles that have been bought from there have been nothing but problem after problem so of course I have brought them back, Dave sysverson fixed the issues and then problems worse than before the fix occurred in which I had brought the vehicles back again. The staff there have blatantly stated they would fix the issue but when you buy a car and drive it for four weeks out of the 7 months due to them having it in their shop it s beyond pathetic, I also had bought a pick up from there that has been one electrical nightmare and they temporarily fixed the issue the first time and it came right back so now it is sitting in there and the sales manager and general manager decide to hang up on a very frustrated customer, I would not recommend having service done here but that s my personal opinion.

We purchased a new Chrysler 300C which took over a year to arrive. The Dave Severson employees were friendly, courteous and helpful every time we stopped in for an update. When the car arrived Noah notified us immediately and all the employees were as excited as we were. We have been customers of Dave Severson for years and will continue to do business with you. During routine oil change, an issue with Nissan factory installed Hankook tires was pointed out, specifically that 65,000 mile tires it came equipped with were shot at 25,000 miles and needed replacement. Your service department was great and dug into Nissan and Hankook warranty details. Ends up Hankook refuses to honor any factory installed tire warranty so.........I'm upset with Hankook for shady craftsmanship, disappointed with Nissan that they are using Hankook on their new vehiclesbut VERY HAPPY with your dealership and the service department in particular. Your dealership is giving me 10% off a different manufacturer replacement tires basically for the hassle we went through. Thanks

Had an appointment for recalls and I dropped it off in the morning, came back after school and they said they never even knew it was here. They get it done later that evening but I was already gone obviously. Then I get in my truck the next morning and the low pressure light for the tires was on, couldn t even fill my tires up to par. Makes me wonder if they even do quality work since they missed the obvious tire pressure. Will never be taking my vehicles here ever again. First and a last.

Great experience!! Aaron just kidding, Derrick was absolutely amazing. I came in to look at a truck and it wasn t available when I got a chance to go look. When I did make it in Derrick had a beautiful 2013 F-150 running by the door. We went for a test drive, ( there was no harming of the salesman s at this time ) and I fell in love!! With the truck of course. Their financing department fought to get me the best deal and payments!!! Let s just say I drove the truck home a very happy women! Still very satisfied, Thanks to everyone at Dave Syverson auto for helping me get into a great first truck!!!

This dealership truly stands out above the rest. Mark is amazing to work with and so is Jake! I placed an order for a Bronco in November of 2021 and decided a while later to cancel my hold on it because I thought it would take even longer than I previously thought to show up. Between the time I placed my original order and the day my Bronco reached Dave Syversons the price had gone up by a couple thousand. However they honored the original price and I ended up taking home my Bronco at below MSRP! I definitely recommend Dave Syversons! 11/10 recommend!
