The tech called and gave me heads up that he was on his way. He worked well with my schedule and it only took a hour or so. Love that they came out to my house and I didn t have to drive anywhere for it. They both were very kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend and they did a great job!

City auto glass is the place you should do business with ! Why ? Their time schedule set up for you is astronomical . Their work ,their Technicians are fantastic, , good personality ,smiling ,happy to help you . It took one to know one ! People with a smile can Change our daily life !

The technician did a great job. The install started as a home install but due to rain it had to be changed, the installer handled everything professionally, he was kind and courteous.

Easy company to work with I dropped off my car got the call when it was done picked up my car followed all instructions and everything seems to be working perfectly fine now. Easy transaction only critique I have is my card didn't get charged until 4 days after my car was serviced. I would have preferred my card be charged day of service not days after with myself thinking I already paid for it.Services: Auto power window repair, Installation

Looks Good, like factory windshield but took way longer than time was quoted for with the safety calibrations after windshield was installed, said it'd take 2-3 hrs ,took em 6 + hrs .. had other windshield on another vehicle done by Safelight couple months they said 2-3 hrs for same thing & was done within that time frame but had to drive to Owatonna is the only problem ,but 2&half hrs vs 6& half and all day without your car is kinda sucky if you only have one car .. luckily we had a few so it worked..Service: Auto windshield replacement

City Auto Glass recently fixed the star in my windshield and they were very professional, from my initial phone call to the tech that fixed it. Being I also work for an insurance agency who uses City Auto Glass as a vendor, I can see both perspectives and both are very positive. City Auto Glass was fantastic to deal with. They came to the store where I work and replaced the glass with very little interruption. I only had to go out and unlock my car quick and then everything was taken care of in a short amount of time. My experience was very frustrating. Although everyone who I spoke with was very kind, too many people were involved. I needed all my vehicle's windows replaced and they ordered wrong windows on several occasions. They had my vehicle a total of 6 times before they got the job done. Not sure why this happened but I will not be using them again.Service: Glass installation
