I stopped at the Casey s in Albert Lea, MN to get gas on Sunday 11/5. I selected pay at the pump and I wanted a receipt. After filling my tank, I got the message to go inside to get my receipt. I chose the pay at the pump option because I didn t want to go inside and I chose the receipt option because I wanted a receipt! The last three times I have filled up at this Casey s, I have gone to different pumps and I have had to go inside to get my receipt each time. What is so difficult about putting paper in your pumps? I am disabled and it isn t easy to get my walker out of the back of my vehicle to go inside. It makes me very unhappy! And if I fall down and break a hip, you will be unhappy when you have to pay for my hip surgery. Winter is coming, please take care of this and get receipt paper in your pumps. Thank you.

The last couple of times we have stopped in at lunch time to find the food warmers completely empty. I tried to oder a pizza for me to pick up after work. Guy says it will b done at 4:20. I asked if he could push it back to 4:30, simply because that's when I'll b there after work to get it. He said no he has other customers to worry about. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me. So yeah, not going back

Gas prices didnt match gas buddy. When i asked the staff, one person said oh we just changed it a minute ago, another worker said she had no idea. You set your gas prices, and then raise them an hour later? dirty bathrooms as well.Photos for proof.

Ordered pizza for delivery arrived 2 hours late, was the wrong order and cold. We returned it to the store, they did not offer to remake our order, barely wanted to refund our money. Very frustrating experience.

I don't know when Casey's changed their bone-in hot wings to breaded without sauce, but I am not happy about it. When I order wings, I don't want them to be breaded, and I do want them covered in hot sauce.

Ordered our pizza online as we were headed back into town, estimated time of 20 minutes. We ordered it Sunday at 530pm and stopped in at just before 6pm. The lady was VERY rude! First she told us that we didn't order anything, but yet we had the confirmation email that we indeed did. When we asked how long it would take, she snapped and told us she didn't know and that it was the fault of online because she has a ton of orders and the online always says 20 minutes. 3 other families came in to get their pizza to be very rudely treated as well. No pizzas for anyone had been made at all. They had a special on pizza and a drink but nothing was available to purchase for that either (we witnessed that as well) After 1 hour of ordering we finally had our pizzas, and were very rudely treated by the lady working the pizza area! So in all, she had all these orders and had absolutely NOTHING made for anything. Instead of being nice to paying customers, she was absolutely horribly rude to EVERYONE that came in!! Nothing in compensation no apologies nothing was given to anyone, just blame on us for ordering online. We have ordered online MANY times from the Casey's in Ellendale and never had a problem with them not getting our online order or being rude if behind schedule!! In fact the one time we went in to get our pizza's they messed up our order and gave a free large pizza to make up for it!! Need to new staff in Albert Lea or need to properly train them in customer service!! Not asking for free, just asking for respect and being treated good!!!

Terrible staff at register!!!! Staff is not trained or informed. I had go to every pumb because they did not know I had to pay first. Ashley was rude and unprofessional as well as uninformed. Labor Day 2023

Never have anything in the warmer, gone to check at breakfast nothing, then went to check for lunch nothing. Like the kitchen staff is slow or they lazy and don't make nothing. Needs more training and be more proactive on things. It's like it's a hit or miss!

Placed pizza and sandwich order online. Told us 20 minutes until ready. Arrived 25 minutes later. Not even started. Told it would be another 25 minutes. Staff making pizza didn t even offer an apology. Only asked if we still wanted our food. We weren t the only people waiting for orders. Unfortunately, not the first time the food hasn t been ready. Will never order a toasted sub sandwich as it was black and meat was burned to a crisp. Desk staff are very helpful. Just wish they could get more/better help for the food service.

We ve haven t had any good luck with our one and only Casey s in town. We love the pizza, but not worth the hassle here in town. I mean how many chances can you give a place? They ve screwed up orders, horrible service, and Tonight we ordered online the midwestern pizza. Got a call stating they don t have the pizza, that was only in September...checked online and Facebook - that pizza is around until the END of October. I guess at this point I m done trying.

I ordered a taco pizza last night to share with my grandkids and when I opened it the pizza was all slid over to one side in the box so of course it looked deformed. But that was okay. Upon trying to get a slice of pizza out it was difficult because it was still unbaked dough. It was also very cold, and tasted horrible. It was such a disappointment as I was craving taco pizza for several days. The pizza was delivered on time so that is a plus. And I ordered earlier in the day and requested a specific time. I could not find a link to let Casey's know of our issues. I wish I would have thought to take pictures of it to add on this review.

Got off highway for pizza ordered 25 min ahead. They hadn t even started our order when we arrived but app had said it would be ready when we arrived so we ended up cancelling and getting food elsewhere because we still had hours of driving ahead and didn t want to wait. Only 1 stall bathrooms. Workers (including food service) not wearing masks during Covid...

The staff are always friendly. It's clean and the bathrooms are tidy. I love the pizza and they deliver. They have a soft serve ice cream machine and alot of goodies like brownie bites I like to get to add to my ice cream. If your in a pinch they offer free wifi Wich is nice. There is alot of room in the parking lot and around the gas pumps they have free air and a good carwash

Ordered online. waited an hour after the estimated time of arrival to call and ask where our food was. They claim to be super busy and the driver was leaving now. Half an hour later (we live 10 min from store) the driver shows up. We end up getting cold food, and it not even being made correctly. Very disappointing.

This place has great potential but has a hard time handling how busy it can get. It never has paper towels by the pumps for cleaning windshield squeegees. I ve let them know, but the staff are overwhelmed, aware, and just can t get out there to take care of it. There s a sink and water fountain, which are nice touches for travelers. Reasonable bathrooms.

It took 75 minutes to receive 1 pizza & I still had to pay. It was slightly warm, definitely not fresh & the crust was tough. When I called the store, the employee had a bad attitude. A $15 pizza for bad timing, service, & quality. Ridiculous..

Second bad experience with this Casey's. This time I put an order in online for delivery. A simple pizza and breadstick order. My email confirmation was at 7:04pm, expected delivery time of 7:44pm. I patiently waited until 8:58 when my order was finally delivered almost 2 hours after it was placed. I will not be a customer of this store again.

Took 3 hours to receive pizza. DO NOT ORDER DELIVEREY!!!!!!!!! Pizza was cold, like litterally no warmth. Didn t receive refund, rude service as well. Just order Jakes it s better quality and has a prompt delivery, however Casey s just happens to have better wings and breadsticks. But not worth the wait oncesoever.

I called the ellendale Casey's tonight and they refused to make a create your own pizza for me with special requests. Got ahold of Sam at the Albert lea Casey's and she had no problem accommodating me. GREAT SERVICE SAM!

I personally love Casey s pizza! It s my favorite pizza. I ve been in this store twice and it seems pretty clean and they always have pizza slices ready when I come in on my lunch break. I have nothing to complain about :)

I've never thought gas station food was all that great until my husband got me some Casey's pizza!!! By far some of the best pizza in Albert Lea. We had a little taste test with some friends between Domino's, Godfather's, And Casey's and we agreed that Casey's was by far the best.

As an Albert Lea resident I really like Casey's. I urge corporate to please look at a location of a closed convenience store on the corner of West Front Street and Maplehill Dr. The West side of Albert Lea could certainly use a Caseys! The area immediately around the mentioned location holds 2 of the largest senior living complexes in town along with a large high rise for lower income housing. Our large grocery store on that side of town closed months ago with bleak hope of reopening. I have great confidence for what Caseys provides in food, gas, groceries etc would be welcomed. Just stopped to get a pizza and witnessed a kitchen worker reach into the ice cream machine ungloved and pull out a rodcovered in ice cream mixture, flip it over (again bare handed) stick it back inside, and replace the lid and wipe her hands on her apron. When walking away she coughiand didn't make an attempt to cover it. Should not be working with food if not taking sanitary precautions.

Casey's is a great C-Store chain. Hot food most of the time. Great pastries. All the normal items. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.

Not bad. But the displays showing the gas and diesel prices interacted weirdly with my camera, so in my picture they look blank. But they truly were selling these things I promise.

It's a gas station that sells pizza. Never bought the gas and pizza is ok but expensive. If you have time, eat at Jake's. Pizza is better and the price is about the same
