My family moved to St. Peter 2 years ago. During that time we have needed the services of 5 different mechanics here in town. Finding a mechanic for your car is a lot like finding a good Dr. or Dentist in town. Someone who is affordable and fair but also knowledgeable and qualified. This is the first time I have taken the time to write a review. Out of the 5 there are only 2 I will recommend. Shorty's and BB's. Shorty has limited services we go to them for our tire issues only. But BB's was often recommended by local people on social media posts looking for mechanical help. When my daughter's vehicle had a leaky brake line we were unable to get an appointment for 3 weeks or even a quote on costs to fix her from the garages we had used in town before. So I made a post of my own on my FB groups. Immediately recommendations came in for BB's Auto. Not just one post or one recommendation either. And not 1 single person recommended anyone else in town. Within 30 minutes of my Sunday afternoon post I received a private message from BB's themselves. They could get us in the next afternoon!! My daughter and son both rely on her vehicle for work so time was an issue for us. I was also given an immediate estimate of what the repairs might cost. Within 24 hours of asking for help our car was at the shop. Now let's talk about the service and repairs themselves. Was not as simple as we had hoped. The mechanic and my husband kept in constant contact. We were sent photos and videos of what was wrong and how it was being fixed. We were getting close to my daughter's budget for repairs and Benjamin and Brennan made it work. They went as far as checking out the rest of her vehicle for any other problems and found she was a good solid car. Peace of mind as parents. We picked up the car within 24 hours of dropping it off and have driven it several times since. She drives amazing. My family has found our forever mechanic. And I will take every chance I get to recommend them to everyone in need of a good mechanic. It's a business where people take advantage because of the necessity of their services. It's rare that you come across businesses that of course need to make a living but do so with integrity, honesty and compassion for others situations. BB's Auto in St. Peter !! Highly recommended !! !!

My car needed to be taken in due to overheating issues, Brennan happily repaired it and gave a helpful discount! We are satisfied with the service and will be coming back for future repairs.

We went there bc we needed their services. Although their sign and Google maps said they were open. They were not. So what else am I going to rate them.
