Stopped in to purchase some headlight bulbs. They were difficult to match. Thank God the have a professional named BLAKE working there. He was very knowledgeable. If he isn't the manager, he should be. Thank you again BLAKE. You are a true professional.

Was visiting Albert Lea to attend brothers funeral from Ohio. Blake from the store replaced headlight for me during a blizzard, -2 degrees, -27 windchill. So grateful. Thank you Jay

I stopped in for some oil the guy working was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up getting more than I went in there for, and left with a smile . His name was Mike, great guy

Though a little pricier than other options in town, I wouldn't trust my time or money with anyone else. Every time I come in here, whether it be for Windshield Washer Fluid, Car Wax or Coin Batteries, they consistently have good reputable products and even offer you deals if they are available. Customer service is definitely one of their interests, and it has me coming back. Keep up the good work!

I was finally happy with autozone after having the awesome help of the manager Kimmy in finding my warranties and processing them right and getting me the right parts when for the longest time no one could find my warranty info so I had to. Keep buying my warranties parts even though they were lifetime warranty. She is an awesome asset to autozone

Just had my car battery replaced! It was 18 degrees outside and was starting to get dark yet Dean graciously installed my new battery without making me feel guilty for making him do the dirty and cold work! Ron also assisted and they both made the experience wonderful. If I have any other car related needs that require a trip to an auto parts store then they will be at the top of my list... Thanks

They didn't have the product I needed...rather than send me away not knowing where to go..they referred me to another ( there competition) retail parts store that could possible have the part I needed...that is ...customer service above and beyond....that is the way to help your fellow man ( or women)....that is what makes America great.....give that guy a raise...he was awesome....thank you again.....

This is usually a good place to go for auto parts. 99% of the time I get what I want there and usually it is a little less expensive there. People are very friendly there and very helpful. Last time I was there they didn't have what I was looking for, that happens no matter where you go. I highly recommend this place.

Say you leave a car in Albert Lea, junction of 2 of Minnesota's main interstates, and you have car trouble after. This is where you want to go when you are kind of an idiot and need a lot of help. They were very patient and wise and got the car moving again.

We needed our battery checked for a possible alternator problem. Cody and staff were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and finding a repair shop on a Saturday. Great experience, would recommend!

Great place to get what you need for your automotive repairs. They even remember that I'm a disabled veteran. My wife can get what she needs also. They have never talked down to her. Other places have treated her like a stupid woman that don't know what she's talking about. THUMBS UP & THANK-YOU !

After spending the day working on my truck and buying parts from "the zone" I am broken down two doors down from the store. Walked over to ask if they would put my truck on the computer. They said "no can't help bacause its not in our lot". Now im waiting for a tow truck. Lets just say ill be getting parts from advanced auto from now on!

Even though they never had the parts on hand. Always like AutoZone they can get it a day or two. The service is great The exchange is awesome like every time.

I always go to an auto zone 1st for my car needs. They usually always have what I need on hand. They lady working here was nice too.

They read the code on my check engine light for free then spent 10 minutes explaining what the code meant and options on how to fix it. Excellent service.

Computer shows they have a part I requested but could not locate it in the store. Other then that, it is a nice store. Neatly organized, good selection, clean
