Went here for best price on line for brake caliper, had to order for next day. When part came in it was ordered wrong by them. They honored the mistake by selling me the complete caliper and bracket for my vehicle at a reasonable price. They are great to work with and will use them again when needing vehicle parts.

Decent enough experiences the past maybe 10 times I've needed repair parts for my vehicles. Not a certified mechanic but by necessity have had to do numerous brake jobs, valve gaskets, timing belts, a piston and rod replacements and a turbocharger build...I've needed parts. I typically used O'Reilly's Auto Parts as I got to know the employee's quite well but because of Advance's Perk program, parts are a bit cheaper and in a time like this, I need every cent, seriously!Plus, the process is much easier if you need to do things like replace a bad battery(which I've done here more times than I can count). If you're a reward customer with a phone number, it typically costs you 20-100$ cheaper for batteries. With all brands using cheap, Chinese junk, these batteries may afford you 2 years of service, if you're lucky. Anyways, no worries if you lose your receipt. Phone number and your info pops up and all of your purchases!Great store, decent enough parts, awesome service!

I was looking for a particular brand of battery and they did not sell it at Advance Auto parts. However when I asked if they knew where I could get one the young man who worked there went out of his way to tell me of several places where he thought I could get one and of one place for sure where he knew I could get one! Even though he knew doing this cost their store a sale! I would definitely recommend someone to go to the store if they need assistance! I was very impressed that they were willing to help me out! I have been in this store before and they have always been extremely helpful! I will definitely go back when I need parts for my junker car! LOL

Prices are alright, some of the individuals working are great! Some could really use a lesson in courtesy. Any in today and was not talked to but the other employees were tales about in front of me and they didn't even bother to ask if I needed a bag.

Husband went in to grab a bottle of Armour All and was verbally reprimanded by the worker there. She would not let him buy what he wanted, followed him down every aisle, and turned a 2 minute trip into 20 minutes. He ended up buying an expensive bottle of cleaner for something we didn t need because she wouldn t let him leave with what he wanted stating she knows best and that she can MacGyver anything, etc. I don t care if what he was buying is garbage that s his decision to buy it or not after you ve given your opinion. Will NOT be shopping there again.

Barbara saved our lives. We stopped to get gas in town on our way to Wisconsin from Oregon. When we were leaving the gas station we ran into some car problems. It was a Sunday, nowhere was open, so we went to Advance hoping someone could tell us what was wrong and what to do. Barbara knew right away that our ac compressor was going bad, gave us advice, and she fixed the problem for us. We would have been stranded on the Sunday before Christmas without her. We got back on the road in an hour. We're so thankful she was there and knew what to do. She is a blessing!

The staff that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful!! I was having trouble finding the right u joints for my truck. They had me bring in my driveshaft and even helped me put the new u joints in the shaft with their tools! I will definitely go back in the future for my repairs! Thanks!!

You get what you give.Help them help you.Know what your car is, or at least your license plate number and they can find your parts. They try hard to get you what you need the first time, but understand that they are (not) all the same when you are asked for a specific engine.If you do not know, there is no shame in admitting that.Offer to put on wiper blades and will help, as weather, customer load will permit, for other questions. Do not abuse it and go there just for free answers, though.They cannot read OBD II codes any more. Too many wanting free diagnostics then going elsewhere or complaining it damaged their car led to the removal of a good service.Oh, did you know they are a UPS drop off location? Ensure your package is sealed (UPS does not permit them to do this) and there is an address label for UPS on it. Hand it to them and they will scan it into the system and offer an emailed or texted receipt so you know it is on its way!

Horrible customer service. The sales clerk cut me off in mid conversation, I told him it was disrespectful to do that. I also told him he was a f***ing douchebag on the other hand the manager was very helpful and that was a relief. She had professional customer service skills.

Accolades to the folks who work here. They stand behind what they sell. I ordered something that was supposed to be on the truck for delivery to their store for the next day. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive. After a few days of it not arriving, they gave me a better, more expensive product that they had in stock at no additional cost. I'll go back in the future because of this positive experience!

No a lot of selection when it comes to new cars. I was looking for floor mats and none were the type to fit and not leak. But they are knowledgeable and courteous.
