Good afternoon, My name is Renee Allera, I purchased these tires and rims for my 2024 Chevy EQUINOX.I live in Las Vegas, but I wanted to make my purchase from the MId West where I m from .My salesman was Andy ! Andy helped me purchase the correct size to fit my vehicle best .Today I took my new tires to Tire Works on Cactus rd, in Las Vegas , as I live in the same area as a lot of celebrities, so I KNEW they would be perfect to put my new tires on.When they began unwrapping the tires and began installing them , they said , WE ARE SO IMPRESSED WITH WHEEL SET GO !!! WE HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE COME IN WITH NEW TIRES AND RIMS , AND NOT BE MISSING SOMETHING!!!!In fact the men asked me for the name of this company, WHEELS TO GO , because they were so impressed!!!We have MANY PLACES TO BUY TIRES AND RIMS RIGHT HERR IN VEGAS , but ANDY was amazing in helping me. I m so proud to have done business with them . I will use WHEEL SET GO FROM NOW ONTHANK YOU ANDY FROM MY HEARTRENEE ALLERA

I had ordered the wrong size wheels for my Expedition and Troy called me before shipping and straightened everything out for me. Very helpful and a great experience. Waiting for my delivery so I can post some pictures. Highly recommend this company.

I have been searching for wheels and tires for about 3 months now. Everyplace that I checked out was pretty expensive. I finally checked out an ad for Wheels Set Go and was very pleased with their selection.I called and talked to a sales rep to make sure I got the right tires and rims for my truck. He looked them up and sent me the information with the total cost, including mounting , balancing, and TPMS sensors. It was $600.00 less than what just the tires I was looking at buying. Of course I had him order everything right away and patiently waited for them to arrive. I got them about a week sooner than anticipated.I was excited to get them on my truck so I tried to install them today. At that time I found out that the lug bolt pattern was too small. Evidently there are two options available 2014 Ram 2500 and I have the larger size.I called up the sales rep and he transferred me to customer service to take care of the situation. And they took care of it alright. They told me there was no exchange or refund because the tires were already mounted on the rims.Just don't seem right when I was told by them on what size rims I needed. I guess they don't have the accurate chart for all the vehicles. Very, very expensive lesson and disappointing experience.

ordering went well no issues. Vehicle wheel specs not available so they called to check my measurements to make sure i made the proper measurements. Let you know how it turns out.

Did not receive center caps with wheels and tires.Not to be rude, but not very impressed with their service. Didn't receive the center caps, even after messaging twice I didn't receive any update are tracking info until 7 days after delivery.

Was told didn't need to purchase wheel sensors for my car, now lights on and dealer said takes sensors. Would have just had them installed at time of purchase now out of pocket more money and time.

Ordered tires for a great price. Was contacted by the company stating the tires were out of stock. Now a day after they have in stock but now a much higher price. Very shady beware.

Took a week to respond to an email about shipping only to find out it s going to take at least another two weeks to get my wheels because they don t keep anything in stock and everything comes from the manufacturer. You are better off buying local.
