Adam, (owner) is such an honest man. He takes the time to explain problems and tells the truth. He will not try and sell you in something you don't need.Amber (not sure of her title) because she answers the phone yet helps diagnose, give prices, talks to the guys to help if I have questions right away. She really knows the in's and out's of what's going on. The mechanics are top notch! I would never go anywhere else. Lori Benson

Multiple great experiences. It takes a lot to get me to trust a mechanic shop, so I am very glad that this place's good reputation with my neighbors was accurate. Had one situation where they probably could have charged me a ton to do a $$$ dealer-type repair, but offered a far cheaper solution that worked just as well. *That* is the type of stuff a really good mechanic can do.

I recently had a bit of a nightmare when three of my boat trailer tires blew out on Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to the helpful staff at the Tire Barn, however, what could have been a total disaster turned into a minor inconvenience. From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating and efficient in getting me back on the road. They had the exact tires I needed in stock, and the team worked quickly to get them back rolling! I can't thank them enough for their excellent service and professionalism. I highly recommend the Tire Barn to anyone in need of tire-related services.

I just finished getting my oil change and a new headlight at the tire barn and they charged me $160! It was $60 for my light bulb replacement alone since I had a headlight out. Kelli s auto service in Brainerd charged me $12 last time they did it. I am never going there again! What a rip off.

Boat trailer was recently damaged in an accident. Tire Barn provided outstanding service and worked very hard for about six hours to get my trailer road worthy. Just outstanding, I couldn't be any more pleased!

Didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone to get service. Got put on hold for 10 minutes without anyone checking back in to even say "hey, we are a bit swamped, I will be back asap." Garbage customer service. Period

Amber at front desk rocks!!! We called on the way to Grand Rapids. She had the 2 snowmobile trailer tires we needed in stock. The "guys" in the back installed rims and had us on the road in less than 15 minutes. Vacation time is precious as you know!!Thank you so much for discussing what causes wear on a tire, ie bearings that need to be replaced.So grateful!!

Oil change and tire rotation for me this time. 4 tires on my truck the last time. Both experiences were exactly as I'd expect - professional and fast. Prices were reasonable and the work done was to my expectations. They are generally pretty busy, so calling ahead and scheduling your appointment is highly recommended.

Fantastic staff! Everything I needed done was completed in a timely manner they called me with an estimate and did what they said they would do for the qouted Price (no hidden fees! ) Anyone looking for any auto work or a fresh set of tires I would highly recommend the tire barn !

Great service and great deals. Needed tires for both vehicles and received a quote right away. I live an hour away and it was well worth the drive. Highly recommend if you are in the market for tires or any car care needs.

I am new to area. My car overheated. Brought car to them. They were booked but said they would fit it in. They put it a new thermostat, without checking anything else. It did not solve the problem. They never looked at my car for 2 days, never returned my calls. I paid over $140 for a thermostat I most likely did not need. I moved my car to another Aitkin shop after 2 days. It was fixed at other shop. I will never recommend this shop or use the Tire Barn again.

A google search told me that this company owns A.S.A.P. Towing, and I just got pulled out of a sticky situation. I googled towing in Aitkin, MN and they were the first number to pop up. Josh answered my call and was very nice and said that he would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived within a few minutes of his estimate and was incredibly kind. Within 20 minutes my truck was hooked up and pulled out. Josh took great care to not damage anything on my truck (which is a lease) and exercised caution and slowly pulled me out. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend their towing company to anyone who wants great service. I can't speak to the competitive nature of their pricing, but I was happy to pay.

We got a flat tire in Hill City and limped out way to Aitkin on the spare. We pulled up, the workers asked the damage, and had us patched up and on the road in less than 20 minutes! Friendly great service!

would have not even gave them one they tryed to screw me out of money and when i priced check everware els even the chev dealer ship they were even cheaper and y cuz i dont drive a brand new car and im not white or from aitkin i will b getting a lawer invalved
