The staff here at the Aitkin store is #1. Friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful!And, they sure appreciate the garden fresh HOT peppers that I bring to them...Thanks gentlemen!

James White has excellent customer service. I brought a battery to exchange. James met me outside and offered to carry the battery for me and brought the new battery yo my car. I bought the wrong battery and he did the exact same on arrival with a smile and friendly attitude. It is refreshing to have young courteous people working for OReilly.

Bought windshield wiper blades and the clerk kept the parts that allow a person to transfer the blade to a different vehicle. I didn't know that's what he was doing until I asked him. He claims to have all these parts under the counter so I told why would you keep my parts? I'm keeping the parts for which I paid. So, I have one wiperblade that might go on a different vehicle and another I cant transfer. He claims he won't charge me if I do get a different vehicle but make me wonder if he was charging other people for parts that had been purchased in another containers by other customers. Who does this?

This is the worst O'Reillys there is. I am at 9 wrong parts out of 9 parts. It is so sad that they are more concerned about BS with there buddy's then making sure they give you the right parts. This has gone down hill since new management has come into play and when you call and tell them their mistakes they will get mouthy over the phone. The professionalism at this store is non exist and very sad.

I love the vast availability of product located at each store and the employees always make sure they do a fine job showing the customer what's recommended and what's going to save you money

Check engine light for free except when it s raining and only one person there and when the sensor can t get wet . Umbrellas for a reason dude. Will not be returning to a place that won t help two girls that don t know what to do when their engine light is on. Don t go here! :)

I've been to every auto parts store, and o'Reilly is by far my favorite. They almost always have what I need. If they dont, they can order it in fast. I also like their website. It is easy to navigate and use.

John is the most rudest sale person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If he doesn t like working there he should quit. I would drive the extra miles to brainard then to ever shop there again. He needs some help hopefully O Reillys will help him or dump him. I ve not had this problem with other sales people in the store.

Yep, its an Oreilly! If you love talking cars, so do they. If you love feeling slightly emasculated by teen boys that know more about cars than you, then any auto parts store will do. But, if you wanna get back ask them where odd things are that are not behind the counter or the computer screen. I like to ask if they can find me a jasmine car diffuser or something that smells like pina coladas and sunshine! Have fun with life and you will never need to know everything or feel like you do!

Was there on 3 different occasions to get a check engine lite tested and the battery and was told they can't leave the store to come out and do it even tho they advertised that they did. Waste of time I recommend advanced auto parts as they came out and did it right away.

Check engine light came on 30 Mike's outside Garrison. OReilly lived up to their advertising and gave us the diagnistic codes. We called our mechanic back home and determined how urgent the nature of the knock sensor codes. We are at least 8 hours away from ournornal service center headed snowmobiling. Very, very Cold, sunny and a very cheerful O'Reilly employee really made the day! Thank you!!

Rude, crabby and grubby old men. I stopped in to buy a quart of synthetic oil for my Lincoln and the one grubby guy stood at the end of each isle, starring at me as I shopped and looked at all the gadgets and seat covers. He made feel extremely uncomfortable as if I was a shop lifter. Seriously? Will never return. F- #FAIL

This store sold me the wrong part 5 yes,5 times in a row and got upset when I was upset about it, the gentleman named Doug wasn't as professional as he could be,now there is an older employee named Kathy who while I was standing at her register picked up the phone the caller was irritated she wanted him to hold he didn't like that voiced his opinion and she gave the same amount of disrespect to the costumer hung up,she is also very quick to be rude and just all around doesn't seem to put in effort to costumer service at all

It's alright if you drive a Chevy or something from the Dodge line. for get it if you want something for another line it's the wrong place to go for anything like mud flaps or anything like that.
