The team at Aitkin Motor Co did an amazing job of ordering our new Ford Transit at a time when they were hard to order. The van came in quickly and we took delivery the day it was dropped at AMC. Thanks again for the fast service on delivery!

I picked up a new 2023 2-door Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch that I special ordered as a surprise for my wife from Jeff Kjelstrom. From order to delivery Jeff and everyone at Aitkin Motor Company were extremely helpful and kept me well informed. I highly recommend anyone looking for a reputable dealer to make the drive to Aitkin for a great experience.

Had my car brought in for power steering issues. They almost couldn t clear a code even though I ve had 3 other small shops do it for me just for me to leave on my way. Then my alignment was way off after my power steering rack was replaced had to go to another shop to realign it. Nice peoplebut should know more of what their doing since it s a dealership. I expected more

Do not buy a vehicle from this place if you plan on them doing the maintenance or any recall work. Sales was great to work with, but that's where customer service ends. Service department is unhelpful, does not call back (even though they said they would), and down right rude. There are other dealers in the area that are more helpful and easier to work with after the sale.

I called this location to get an idea on if my dad needed to make an appt to bring his truck in to get a new battery. They checked his warranty first, and then said, nope, just bring it on in! They are sooooo nice, and they bill you, they don't have you pay right then. My dad loves coming here!

I've purchased 4 vehicles from Aitkin motors and have never had a bad experience. This is where I have all my oil changes done as well. The sales and service staff are outstanding Always friendly and treated with respect. Highly Recommended

A few months ago we purchased a used Chevy Equinox from this dealership. The car instantly starting having performance issues and didn't even make it close to the first oil change and the engine light turned on. We brought it in to a local Chevy dealer and they told us the timing chain was bad and would need to be replaced. Due to the cost of this repair, the vehicle was definitely not worth what we paid for it. I assume the Aitkin Motor Co fully inspects vehicles they take in? It would have been great if you would have had the courtesy to be up front with us about the timing chain being bad. First time shopping here and it will definitely be the last.Update: As stated below, the dealership asked me to call them. They were extremely professional in regards to the issue we are having with our vehicle and went above and beyond to assist us with the repairs that are currently being performed on the vehicle. This is the first time I've ever had a dealership reach out in this manner. They truly care about their customers and the service they offered to us was top notch. Thank you Aitkin Motor Co for all you have done.

Salesman was very nice and informed us how to use everything in our Escape and also told us if we have any questions or forget how to use or run something in the car to just call or stop in and they would help us out.We have not bought a new car in 17 years so all this new computer stuff is very new and worrisome for us to get use to using.Our salesman did not pressure us into purchasing anything extra and he stayed with the price he quoted us 3 months ago as the price did go up.Will take the Escape to Aitkin Motor for all service.

After years and multiple new vehicles purchased at a dealership to the North of them, i switched dealerships for various reasons. We purchased our 2022 Explorer ST from Jeff and the process was straight forward and completely hassle free. They're now my sole go-to dealership for all my needs, they gained a new customer by being straight and honest and hassle free about all aspects of the purchase.

The Service department people (the man) is the rudest unprofessional person I have EVER worked with!!!They will NEVER receive ANY service work from me OR many others after speaking to MANY people in the area.I have tried to patronize this Dealer with work BUT after being charged for services that THEY COULDNT even do so as soon as I arrived home (I went on to You Tube and watched how to program my key to work CORRECTLY, (and it does!!).The gentleman in Service at Aitkin Ford told me "you will need to buy the key from US HERE and not from on-line then it will work correctly to lock & unlock the doors and do the auto start for you).That's 3 attempts but when I'm lied to and charged for services that they couldn't do and talked down to and they try tell me to buy things from them THEN it would work and the LAST TRY was when I was told the SOONEST they could diagnose my truck would be 3+ weeks.(Atwater Chevrolet Dealership in town took in my 2011 F150 on Thursday the following day, diagnosed it ordered parts and had it DONE on FRIDAY at 2pm)I WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR >ANYTHING< EVER AGAIN.

We recently bought a used van from Aitkin Motor Company (a few weeks ago) and could not have been happier with the service we got. The entire experience was positive from start to finish and the process went much quicker than we were anticipating. Highly recommend the dealer and staff!

I've had the oil changed in my vehicles at Aitkin Motors several times. I keep going back because it is a good value, the service is excellent and I trust them with my vehicle. I've never been steered towards some surprise repair. The cost of the change is very reasonable and every 5th oil change is free with a punch card they hand out. I would highly recommend Aitkin Motor Service Department. Jason has been there since I've been coming and he not only professional and customer oriented but he is also great at getting things done on time which is refreshing when dealing with car repairs and service.

This dealership sells lemons, and responds to posts like their gonna right the wrong ....but its all for show and tell. Watch your back with this dealership. There's much more reliable, and trustworthy dealerships in town and in the area... if your financing, and especially if you buying it outright. Watch you back folks!

I went in for help with my driveshaft on 2/18/17, and Jason was extremely helpful, fit me in the schedule that day. Steve, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and discovered the problem in minutes. Overall 10/10 experience, will recommend to anyone.

I purchased a classic car from Aitkin Motor's and I live about 375 miles away from the dealership. I worked with Jeff Rikala over the phone through the process. He was honest and upfront every step of the sales process. I arrived to pickup and purchase the car, it was detailed extremely well and serviced so that it would be road worthy for me to drive it for 5-6 hours for the trip back. In finalizing the sale, I dealt with another Jeff and met with the owner Jerry Rikala and was extremely comfortable traveling back with the car that is 38 years old. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My only complaint is, I wish they were closer to my home so that I could deal with them on a regular basis! Thank You for restoring the sales and service back into a world that sometimes forgets about the customer.

Had an oil change and replaced windshield wipers here on a trip through from California. The staff could not have been nicer and the service was unbeatable! Highly recommend and tempted to get a new car!

Got a great deal on an new GT350. I found out it was damaged now they won't fix it. I am working with Ford to help me get it fixed. I have never had a new car sold in "As Is" condition. This is common on used vehicles but I have never heard of it on new. I would suggest buying elsewhere.
