Great Experience. Very professional staff. I make the drive from Fargo, ND just to get my oil changes done here. It's worth it!!! Expert/Fast Service with a very comfortable environment. No hassle! Great people. Thank you Lee Bros.!

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox at the beginning of June 2015. I had the best experience I have ever had with a dealer! J. Kappes was fantastic to work with; very knowledgeable. The whole staff at Lee Bros is wonderful. I would gladly make the 600 mile trip back to this dealer to purchase a vehicle in the future!

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. I am done. The Malibu I bought had a tire that leaked air daily. I called repeatly and was told it was the aluminum rims and they do that. After 3 months of this I called and about lost it. Then they finally offered to look at it. It wasn't sealed right so they gave me a new tire, two car washes and told me it was inspected and was mint condition yet again. 3 days later my wheel barring went out. Towed it and the dealership told me that wheel barring and shocks were barely holding together. They also told me I needed to replace the other side as soon as possible. Ok so I go back 10 months later my Malibu I give to my aunt and I buy an Accadia. Long story short it has been over 10 months and I have put 3,000 into it. Top it off I brought it back because sensors were off. Told them it needed a few things and I wanted everything checked out. They said ok. Pick up my car the next day a Thursday they told me a sensor was dirty and they cleaned it, changed oil, told me where my tires where at in terms of where, couple other small facial items done and said it was good to go. That following Monday afternoon my check engine light came on along with service stable track and service traction control. I call talk to a Mandie and she tells me they could plug it in on Friday. I said ok but I need to go to Duluth, is that safe? She said ya it's probably nothing just needs a reset. Ok I go about my business next day heading to Duluth and come Thursday I am heading home and my Accadia DIED on Hwy 2. It coasted until I got it to the side of the road. Wouldn't start and hold. RPM's were everywhere. I finally got it going. Called Lee Brothers, talked to Dave and informed him of Monday call, what happened, all I did and how it was being nuts and like it wanted to die. He stated he had no idea that it was probably a glitch and it might work its self out, triggered something; but if I made it that far to Ada with it he would plug it in and see what the codes said. I didn't make it. I coasted into Bemidji and was stuck there for 5 hours before I could be picked up and get my car Towed home to have it brought in to the dealership which is what I did this morning. Spoke to David when dropping the keys off and letting him know it was outside and my husband needed assistance. he said they would take care of it and would give me a call with what's going on later.I just got a call from him and he said it was the sensor they cleaned that was out and set off other sensors so they had to disconnect the electronics to read the right codes and that the sensor was about $130 and with labor $200. This is rediculous!!!! I have a career, handle full of kids. I lost hours of work from the Malibu and the Accadia including thousands of dollars on these vehicle's. The no morality scale of this blows my mind!!!
