We had major issues with our dodge and everyone was quoting us 4k+, fortunately a fri3nd on fb recommended Jared.Not only was he able to do the work for less, it was ready so fast. We figured a week or 2 but in a couple days we good to go.Exceptional all around. You wont regret it. Its so hard to find a place that wont rip you off.

Brought my car in to have the Alternator replaced. But had an electrical problem. It only took less than a day to fix and they had more customer service than most businesses these days! I would definitely recommend them!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This place is GREAT! These guys do great work and they stand by it. Service is prompt and thorough. Ask for Jarrod, he's extremely helpful. I'd recommend them for any work you need done on your car. Plus, it's easy to get to and to drop off after hours. They're quick to return calls and explain everything in detail. 5 stars, all the way!

Whole experience was awesome! Slid into a curb during a snow storm, limped my vehicle to the shop. Jared came out and looked at it to determine if I should even try to get it home. Ended up leaving it there on a Friday evening, they looked at it right away Monday morning and called with the estimate. Quoted a week for parts to come in and $900 for repairs. Ended up getting it done three days later and costing $75 less even with an additional part being replaced. I just found my new mechanic. Thanks so much!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place is the best and only place you should trust your car with. They are very friendly and reliable mechanics. There not there just to get your money but to actually fix your vehicle the way it should be and leave you with a smile. I have been going here for years and tell EVERYONE I KNOW to go here and only here. If there is ever a problem (Defective part etc..) they will make it right asap and make sure again you leave with your car in tip top shape and a smile on your face. 5 stars really isn't enough for this place. But that's all I can give on here so 100% 5/5!!

Good Neighbor Automotive is by far my favorite mechanic shop to come to! They are always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend coming here, they are very knowledgeable and efficient! Plus it's always wonderful to hang out with their "mascot" (a pooch named Walter )

Really good garage to take your car to. Nice people too. Fair pricing and honest people. I have never regretted giving them my car to work on. Not many garages are like this one. Trust me.

I've always been afraid to bring my car to a garage for repairs, because I've had tons of experiences where I felt I was severely overcharged. A few years ago I found a mechanic that I really liked. Unfortunately they ended up selling the business, and I was heartbroken. However! I recently needed a car repair, and I brought my car here. They took great care of me. They fixed my car, and they did not overcharge me! I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a decent repair shop.

Was in a pickle Monday afternoon, never have brought my car there before but they took it in slightly before they closed without a moment's notice. Had my car fixed by the next morning at a really good rate. Will bring my car back again if need be!

They are the most honest I came across. I got an estimate for 2000+ USD from one of the chevy reputed system to repair a oil leak and later on when I checked with Good neighbours, they provided a estinate for around 600 bucks by understanding what the issue was but once the job was completed , they asked only for 180 USD because the work required was less than what they expected. First impression was also good when lady owner who works there jump started my car at my apartment for free.

Can I rate this ripoff place zero stars?!I went in to get 2 filters replaced.He quoted me $55 for labor becausehe thought they had to take the dashboard off to get to the cabin filter.Turns out he didn't.Each filter had a snap-off cover.Less than 10 minutes of labor.Charged $55 for labor because "that's what the computer said to charge me."He was the owner, so it was his decision.What a crook!

Great place to bring your car. Labor rate cheaper than most. Special right now $15 oil change!! I have been there 6 times with 3 cars.
