The nice woman employee that works here helped me get new wiper blades on with no questions asked.. I couldn't be bothered to figure it out in such a time crunch and for that I greatly appreciate her help and knowlage.. They should be able to accept tips.. That part I don't get..

Got brake pads for my elantra. I was going 70 miles away to my son's to have them installed. Told the person at the store that if these were not the correct ones after traveling 70 miles that they would never hear the end of it! Thankfully they were the right ones & I'm grateful I could trust auto zone for what was needed!

My headlight just went out May as well put up a sign that says: Pull me over .I walked in, did the self-serve-answer-your-own-questions thing; bought into Sylvania s marketing ideas and got TWO SilverStar Ultra+ bulbs. The clerk was cheerful and helpful.(Murphy s Law applied when I started the car the sign wasn t on. I checked the headlight and IT WAS WORKING)! Hmm..

Not ONE employee had a mask on, none of them respected our 6 feet of space (while they leaned in front of us to put things away), we weren't offered a bag for our 10 items. So, if you know what you want and know where it is, you will be fine , but you better plan on dodging the employees

Needed a new wiper blade for my car. The lady behind the counter looked it up and let me know what size to get and then offered to install it! Awesome service. I am impressed!!

I enjoy going to this place, they usually are open late and most of the time they are able to get me the parts I need at the right time. This place has got me out of rough situations with car work several times.Deffinately recomend this place for last minute needs and basic detailing for your car. The prices are a little high but not too bad.

Didn't have everything I needed in stock, but didn't expect they'd have a transmission gasket for a 93 F150 anyway...prices are comparable and staff is typically very helpful

See Sarah Peless Review:I got this girl today, she rolled her eyes and was inconvenienced because I needed help finding a wiper blade. She refused to leave the counter so I left and went to Auto Zone. Won't be back ever. Thanks but no thanks.

I called and asked if iwas able to return something with a receipt and was told yes. When i got there i was told no. Also as a women they looked at me like i was stupid. I was embarrassed and will never give them any of my money again.

I came in to buy two screws for the bottom of my license plate and the sales rep picked longer ones than the existing ones and without my permission installed them scratching the paint behind my license plate. I would have observed him, but had to take a work phone call. I called and spoke to a manager and because they were busy said he would call me back later. He never called me back and the next day I called again and spoke to another manager who knew of the incident and had no solution other than come in when its warm (FEB now) and wait for a couple hours to apply some touch up paint. The issue is the paint will chip and rust soon as rarely do we wash behind our license plates. #thanksfornothing #gotoautozone #noaccountability

Prompt customer service as soon as you walk in the door, and greet you, if busy then at least you are acknowledged that they'll be right with you..and helpful to make sure you find what you are looking for.

I had to get a new battery put in my SUV a week ago. After they replaced it my vehicle still wouldn't ever start. Turns out they forgot to bolt the battery back down so it was never getting a charge.

Only advance in the area I will go to. Their customer service and knowledge are both outstanding. So much better than the stores in holland.

This place is very helpful when you don't know a lot about cars and you have questions. They help you and can diagnose your car for you.
