Everyone here has been so kind (especially Sam) and dedicated to diagnosing a mysterious electrical issue. I am very pleased with both pricing and service. They are very busy (obviously for good reason) but very communicative. This is now my primary preferred shop.

These guys are top notch; highly recommend. Timely, thorough, honest, and well-priced for the work I had done on my 2016 Mazda CX-5. They were able to quickly diagnose an issue with the alternator and battery and schedule the work in a timeframe convenient for me. Grateful to have found a good mechanic in town.

If I could give zero stars I would, STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I called for a quote on a water pump and belt replacement. Received a quote for 900 on the phone, took it in to get a more accurate quote by having them look at it. They didn t look at it and changed the quote to 1,700!!! For what?? I told each person the same info, so why the up charge ? Sexist shop, such a shame cause y all are closer for me. But I happily drove to Belleville for a $700 dollar fix - keep in mind, my hometown mechanic in NC charges 500 for this service for my vehicle model and year. So $700 was even a bit much in comparison. But the shop in Belleville didn t try to up charge me because I m a women.

Wonderful experience. The guys fixed my exhaust pipe at a good price and were very transparent and kind. I will definitely be using them in the future for other work.

I went there this morning because the battery light was on, apparently there was something to do with the belt, they checked my car and fixed the problem within half an hour, he also added some oil to the engine because the engine was making sounds, I'm so pleased with the service and I had such a great experience!

The guys that work here are the most honest and helping people I have ever meet I was a hour and half a way from home with my family and they went out of there way to help me they came to where my car was and get to there shop and fixed it I would drive out of me way to have there s guy fix my car there is not many people like them on this earth anymore

We were passing thru Michigan on our way back home and had a leaky tire it was a Sunday and there were hardly any spots open that could help us out in a timely manner. These guys were super busy but still took time to prioritize us so we could get back on a very long road trip. They took real good care of us and patched up the leak extremely well considering the cause was a cracked rim! Additionally, I left my bank card at the counter after paying, didn t discover it til the end of the road trip, and they were kind enough to promptly mail it out immediately Thanks guys, great job, you deserve 6 stars

I took my car here to have my exhaust looked at. Several days after they said they would look at it, they did a rush job on my exhaust so I wouldn t take it somewhere else. This rush job included welding in the wrong size part and ruining my catalytic converter.

Mo and Ash were extremely helpful. My power seat on the driver side was not functioning and the seat was stuck super close to the steering wheel the day before a road trip. I called before 10min before close and they were kind enough to still help me. Mo was able to fix the whole issue and got the seat moving again, greased the area and helped me with a few other issues with the car as well! They were super transparent with the issue and reasonable with the price, will definitely be going back to them. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys are FABULOUS!! Ash is fantastic. I hit a curb, thought I needed an alignment and learned I needed a lot more. He helped me understand the cost to me, whether I chose to use my insurance or not. I appreciate that he understood that not everyone wants or has the option to do things the way everyone else might. Giving people options and helping them make decisions about car repairs is something VERY FEW people actually do anymore.Through no fault of their own, the repairs took forever (I've changed insurance companies now!) Got it back and have no complaints only tons of HIGH PRAISE for this local business. PLEASE consider supporting a local business that really tries to help you repair your car safely and as inexpensively as possible. We NEED more business like this in our area.Thanks for being a wonderful resource for working families in Washtenaw County!!

I had a wonderful experience with them recently. My car had a warning light on and they found out the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor were damaged. The manager/owner was very professional and friendly. He addressed the issues with enough details and provided a very reasonable price to us! I will definitely come back with any problems with my car in future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto help.

Ash knows his stuff! I was so scared to take my car anywhere because of bad mechanics before. Ash restored my faith in honest mechanics. Fixed my car and made me feel safe on the road again.

My 2/5 star rating is based on cumulative experiences, mostly good and one very bad, which is prompting me to write this review.I've probably spent several thousand dollars here. They have generally been solidly polite, fair with pricing, and always got to my car within a day or two. Nothing exemplary but also nothing bad, so I was a loyal customer and even recommended the place to friends. Until this last time.I brought my car in most recently because my power steering wasn't working. Got the car there and they replaced the pump and repaired the line (pump was bad, line was working but had some damage from some parts shifting around, which they also secured). Everything was fine until winter came. This past cold spell, I went to drive my car and my power steering is gone and all my power steering fluid is on the ground. I bring the car to the dealership and they tell me the hose burst from where they tried to repair it.Bottom line, this shop is fairly priced and has a decent turn around time but in my experience, the quality of work is a risk I'm no longer willing to take.

The owner charged me $400 for replacing my 2014 Chevy Cruze s water pump. Then the next day, they told me that the thermostat also needs to replace. I got charged $500 for the water pump and the thermostat in total which was a lot even I said that I m a student. After all when i asked them, is there anything else wrong about the car? They told me Nothing ! Later I have difficulty starting the engine after I gas, every time I have to wait for mins after I refuel. I finally realized the fuel filter is so dirty that also needs to get replaced but they have never told me. I wish you guys could check and fix my car carefully, don t overcharge me. I hope the owner can give me a big discount next time.

I was referred to Ash by 3 ppl. Which is the reason why I decided to take my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox to his business. Long story short my key was "lost" for a whole 4 days! It ended up that the employee "accidentally " took my key home then yesterday evening I get a call from the police b/c my car was abandoned after being involved in a hit and run! The detective told me that he knows for sure the key was in the car! So, that means an employee was driving my car and this was at 9pm. So they can't say they were "test driving" my car. Ash didn't even call me to let me know my car was fixed and running! Now my car is totaled! Be careful taking your car to this auto shop.

KUDOS!!! Last weekend I took my car to WACC to have them look at the engine splash shield that was torn and coming off the bottom of my car. I was quoted a price of $190 for parts and labor. Since the part needed to be ordered I waited until this weekend to have the repair done.When the mechanic started to do the work he noticed that he could make the repair without having to replace the part. Ash, the owner, let me know and explained the situation to me and told me that if it was his car he would have the same repair done to it. The repair was only $45.I know virtually nothing about cars, so had he had his staff do the initial repair that had been described I wouldn't have known any better.I cannot commend him enough for his integrity in forsaking the additional money that he could have earned. It speaks very highly of his character and honesty.I hope he is rewarded with additional success in his business.Update: 04/30/23: Took my car in again because of the first positive experience and will continue to do so whenever my car needs a repair. I trust Ashraf when he tells me what needs to be fixed on my car.

Well I don't know how my car sat at the shop for a month and came out worse than it was when I took it there but it did,Had to tow my car from there to another shop.I would be careful taking my car there.

My husband and I were about 2 hours from home when we blew a tire after hitting a huge pothole on a main highway. The guys at Washtenaw Auto Care Center had us fixed up and ready to go in less than 1.5 hrs. Very professional, reasonably priced, and just genuinely trustworthy individuals. I wish we lived closer because we would definitely be returning customers. Highly recommend Washtenaw Auto Care Center!

I had gone to two other repair shops to get an estimate for the damage to my car before going to Washtenaw Auto Care Center. When I got there everyone was really friendly, professional and honest. The work I needed done on my car turns out was an easier fix then the other shops had made it seem with a price that was WAY below what the other shops had estimated. They were also willing to help me on the spot which was sooo helpful.I never write reviews, but I had to for Washtenaw Auto Care Center because they deserve the praise.

This is the absolute worst place of business. I took my car in for an AC refresh, they told me I needed an air compressor. My warranty company had the compressor shipped. They had my car for a week, when I got my car back there was a light on the dash. When I dropped it off there was no lights on. I took it back and they said it was an electrical issue. They are trying to scam me to bring my car back in for another diagnostic. I take great care of my car, regular oil changes at the dealership where they provide free diagnostics with the oil change, I never had an electrical issue with my car until I dropped it off to them.
