I was gonna call dispatch and say what great service I got from Gary, but honestly a public review is better. My car sunk into the mud in the backyard of an 1800s home with a very narrow driveway. Gary did a phenomenal job getting in and getting the job done. Thanks a lot Wall Street Towing

Disgusting middle aged male employee attempted to tower a car still running. Then proceeded to be aggressive with the driver who got out of the vehicle to explain. Despite under loading policies for the University. Then proceeded to follow us around after our altercation. The attitude and lack of competence is sickening. Surprised they haven t been sued for negligence. Car was not towed because there was no reason for it to be. Power trip employee deserves to be fired. Stain on the company as a whole. ABSOLUTE LOSER!!I called to complain about his behavior after he left and was HUNG UP on by customers service, who already judging by the reviews this company has is less than satisfactory.

I own a business in the Ann Arbor area and have always had a positive experience with this company..I see negative reviews on here but Honestly I think a lot of them are people who were parking where they weren't supposed to..As I said I've always had a positive experience with this company and appreciate the good service that they give me..Especially drivers like Jim stokes, Donnie and Eller .Thank you.

Wall Street Towing responded quickly when two of our company vehicles got stuck on a completely sheer iced over road in Superior Township. Even though the dispatcher had estimated that a truck would likely take 90 minutes to get to us, we were called within a half hour to meet the truck. It took quite a while to get the Ford Transit 350 passenger van pulled up the slick hill, but the driver persevered and did a great job! The Jeep Cherokee proved much quicker to get out. We really appreciate the friendly service and are super glad we can be back in business tomorrow!

Sam is a special mensch. One doesn t associate tow drivers with superlative kindness, generosity, and competence, but Sam embodies those. My battery died and my jump didn t work. So I called Wall Street Towing and Sam came out within 30 minutes. He had some supercharged jumper that got my battery working immediately and his price was fair, maybe lower than market - $75. Great, but that was only the beginning.Sam suggested that I get a new battery. He called the O Reilly Auto Parts near his shop and got me a high-end battery for 25% off list price. Then he told me to come by his shop to replace it, five minutes from O Reilly s. I asked him how much it would cost, and he smiled and replied, free. Why he worked for free I don t know. But I know that Sam was a lucky find, the sort of guy you don t meet often. I hope I don t need to call a tow truck again, but if I do, I m calling Sam. So should you.

Absolutely awful tow company. I ve had two situations. My battery doesn t want to start in the cold and both times my insurance has sent them the first time the driver wanted to repetitively call me, ma am, and miss and I repetitively told him that I am a man when he arrived to give me the jump, he drove right past me and called me to tell me he couldn t find me and that he s already on his way to pick up a vehicle so I need to find somebody else and again this morning my insurance sent them and he pulled up in my driveway and backed out and left and upon calling the company they tell me he is already on his way to go pick up a vehicle this company is complete and utter trash. It will leave you hanging on the side of the road so it can go make a faster buck I would suggest giving your money to another company if you need assistance because this one will stress you out and rob you blind it is prejudice, unfair and unprofessional and in response to your comment on this review, you re just a very unprofessional business owner and you run your business off of deception and theft from people looking for help and you leave people Stranded on the side of the road. If you can find a quicker buck somewhere else you and your driver shouldn t be allowed to run a tow company let alone even have a drivers license.

Very unprofessional company my vehicle was in the middle of a live intersection with a dead battery, and the driver refused to jumpstart the car because he didn t want to. We called my insurance provider back and they dispatched him again, yet again he doesn t think that he should. He wants to make a quick buck somewhere else. Another incident was yesterday, I called this company and asked for an ETA and the business owner stated that he was still en route. I acknowledged that this was 35 minutes out and then I saw the tow truck driver pull up to my residence and immediately pulled out when I went to call the business owner He said that the tow truck driver sat there for 10 minutes when in fact, we saw the driver pull up and leave there was no phone call as common courtesy to let me know that he was sitting there for 10 minutes . If you want to run a business, you would figure that you would HELP people. I feel this is prejudice because of me and my partners sexual orientation and he doesn t want to deal with LGBT people. I know you charged my insurance, yet no services were provided. I don t understand how you can operate with the AAA name.

If I could give a zero star I would, the driver is sextist, he will leave you stranded because he doesn t think what you need is what you need, he would rather just tow you instead of doing what you called for them to do. Do not use this service unless you want to just waist your money! They will say they came out to you and they will circle around you and leave and then when you call them back they tow guy will say he is getting someone else even though you were first and then he will not come back!

I'm updating my review because I spoke with Fady, and he agreed that given the circumstances, we should not have been towed. He immediately sent me a check for $100. I would have preferred a refund of $150, but some towing companies wouldn't have even responded to a review, let alone give a refund of any amount, He also said he would talk with the over-zealous tow truck driver so hopefully it doesn't happen again to someone else.(Original review)Visiting daughter at U-M. My husband took her grocery shopping and parked in front of her house for 5 min to unload w/ blinkers on. One of Wall Street trucks was getting ready to tow. Demanded $150 in cash. I understand the importance of obeying parking restrictions but I can t believe this mafia-style way of making money is allowed.

Wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy I worked for them and is shady they are bye far the worst I have ever worked for. They have drivers in Toledo that work high and had a driver who had his drivers license suspended work for a long while without them. I can go on but I m not writing a book.

This towing company was the only company that would come and tow our vehicle home I tried several companies in the ann arbor area and no one would respond, they did not hesitate at 2am on a 2 degree January day the staff are very friendly and helpful and the pricing is very reasonable and affordable I highly recommend this place I am very thankful for all they did.

The customer service person at the front desk ignored us for 20 minutes and kept answering the phone endlessly while we waited. They do not care at all about you, your time or anything else. The City of Ypsilanti needs to hire a more professional towing company. They only accept cash and they don't tell you that by phone. They have an ATM but you have to make multiple withdrawals with ATM fees which is awful. $346 to tow the car 2 miles? Amazing. They treat their customers like cash cows. Worst towing company ever

Definitely a side hustle business, only accepts cash and no receipts given. They have an another place on south state (2115), where they keep some of the towed cars. A government agency should investigate legibility of this business.

If you are in an accident in their service area do not call this company. Ask the Sheriff / Police Officer to not call them either. They charged my niece $350 to tow her car 4.5 miles to their yard. That is highway robbery - I paid less for a 20 Mile tow after hours from another towing service.

Was cut off and ran off the road by one of their trucks. It was terrifying. Vehicle full of kids in a construction zone and their truck was merging on to the freeway. Swerved by 2 lanes without looking. Was inches away from death. Called and they denied it.

BRIAN IS THE BEST! I was so concerned about being stuck where I was and Brian took the weight off my shoulders. His service was quick and efficient. As my neighbors sat and watched instead of moving their cars, he methodically got my car safely into a parking spot with the little space he had. I couldn t have asked for better service. Thank you so much I hope you see this! Keep doing amazing you re a lifesaver.

Had to leave one star to leave a review but the tow truck driver is harassing me and driving by my place constantly. Definitely would not recommend this company if you don't want to be harassed by the drivers! Customer service is horrible and rude! Very unprofessional! Cussed me out when I called him and he said as a dispatcher he can't get a hold of him to tell him to stop. Harassment charges have been made on this company!**Edit** MONTHS LATER AND HE STILL SOTS HARRASING ME AND MY FAMILY AND BLARING HIS HORN AND FLASHING HIS LIGHTS INTO MY HOME!!**Edit***I have pictures and videos of him I just need a good email to send them too for him to be taken care of.

I would definitely recommend calling roadside assistance before accepting a tow from Budget Towing, Stadium Towing, and any other company affiliated with Wall Street. Our bill was around 600 dollars filled with several fees not mentioned while talking to a receptionist (including the double transit fee quoted) and they charge you $25 every time you want to go into the yard to look at your car and another $100 for them to bring it to the front. They do their best to make you pay cash, for whatever reason that maybe. There have been other reports of predatory towing and alleged auto theft by the group after client told them not to tow the car at the scene. Stay away if you value your time/money and don t want to have to contest their fees in court.Update: After recovering our vehicle and paying cash, we got a call from the insurance company telling us a claim was filed for the vehicle by the towing trying to double dip and get money from the insurance company as well. I would describe these people as crooks and thieves at this point. And to respond to the comment from the owner, I called the County Sheriff asking about the charges and they told me that they do not handle the charges and that the towing company makes it own charges. I called the Washtenaw County Sheriff Office for reference.

I called a tow truck in the morning on Saturday and he showed up over an hour late from the eta with no call to update me that they were running late. Then after he arrived he said he would drop my key in the drop box at the mechanics shop he never did. Called the mechanics shop on Monday to check on the status of my vehicle and they said they didn't have a record of my car being there.

Dealt with this company on two occasions this week. The first time, someone was parked in the spot we pay for. We called and they said it would probably be several hours and that we should just wait and let them know if the car moved. Very disappointed, as that meant we had to find street parking and our expensive spot (in a lot they monitor) was simply not ours for the night. However, we understood maybe they were incredibly busy at 10pm and were experiencing unprecedented levels of towing. A few days later, today, we run down from our apartment because we see they are here towing our car parked in the spot that we pay for. We explained the situation and showed our parking pass (that, admittedly, had not been displayed in the window). He did not care. $150 to release our car on the spot or he can tow it for $350. And we have two minutes to run upstairs and grab the money. Tow companies should not operate in the gotcha! fashion, trying to squeeze every penny out of people who are PAYING FOR THEIR PARKING SPOT because of a misunderstanding. Their primary focus should be actually removing cars who were parked improperly, like we wanted and did not get from them several days ago. I realize profit is the point of owning a company, but I found this to be incredibly sleazy and shady and greedy to take our money because of a misunderstanding. How lucky for the other residents of the building that he chose our car first and that we noticed because as he began to hook up another car (that then went through the same situation of them running down and paying the $150 to park in the spot that they own), two other apartments moved their cars and avoided the fine. I will make a point to call any other company if I ever need a tow in the future and would be happy to pay higher prices for a company that operates with an ounce more dignity.(Also, apparently Milan, Brewers, and Stadium all operate under the this company as well.)

I forgot what his name was but he was the most sweetest caring and helpful tow truck driver I ve ever had he works with Wall Street towing and he really couldn t stand to see me cry I m really sure that he cared not only about helping me with the situation with my car but he also cared about my safety and my well-being. He was a bald white man who wears a bandana , I wish I would ve gotten his name because he is a real life angel.

Deception from the start and continue... First I called this company and ordered towing truck to move my semi truck from a loading/unloading dock to a safe place to park... Lady over the phone told me that price would be around $300 or so, and we can bring your truck to our yard, since towing company was very close to a truck location.... later on after about 45 minutes, two trucks showed up, ( instead of only one) 1st was towing and the second truck was a regular semi truck. One was a manager and the other man was a regular driver, from the beginning they re showed their attitude in a nervous, rudest and angry way, my truck was lost all the air and I cannot release my brakes, I asked them twice to put the air from their truck into my truck air lines and than pull my truck few feet away to hook up, they rejected and slipped my truck with wheels locked around 250 feet, when I asked driver why you done that, he replied to me that he doesn t care about my tires, because they re not his tires. Of course all 8 tires was damaged with a little flat spots on them. When they finish hook ups, I got myself into a towing truck cab with my gloves on my hands, and driver in the harsh way asked me to take them off.I understand if his truck would be in a clean condition, but dust was all over the cab, and he still care about my gloves that were on my hands.Secondly they rejected to take my truck to their yard instead they took a pilot truck stop which was about 20 miles away, so, they can milking o clock with 2,1/2 hours on each truck, on the top of all of those, they have disconnected one air line, and didn t properly installed back, it was leaked after I restarted my truck. For all that horrible service they have charged me $750 plus damages to my new tires...Avoid these guys, they re money makers and not a professional men!
