I was having trouble with the review software. Wouldn't let me put anything but one star and did not allow for narrative. I had a very good experience this week at your Ellsworth store. My service rep was Kevin (hope that's right) and he was such a sweet, professional, and helpful technician. I couldn't ask for anything more. I wish there were more service people like him. Better do what you can to keep him there. He is an asset for sure. Thank you.

They have a great staff. Very professional take the time to be affable. They know their stuff. I was having a hesitation of my transmission and called them. I had 106,000 miles on my car. They knew at about a little over 100 it s time to change that fluid. We call the transmission fluid. They drain it and run three different fillings of the transmission fluid until they get all the old fluid out. First time they drained it this pink fluid was jet black, and with each successive draining it became More clear and red until they finally put the final fresh pink fluid in. They showed me at each step what they were doing and how it would benefit my car. They a group of good hardworking people there you should really go they ll treat you right not rip you off. As a sidenote, if you haven t changed your transmission fluid get it done. You might think it s expensive at $190 but it s a small price to pay for the alternative which would be a new transmission 3500. In the labor and time they take to do it plus the amount of transmission fluid they go through as a very good value. The dealership doesn t even make you aware that this is an necessity at 1000,000miles but you definitely need to do this. Hope this helps. Be proactive and get that transmission fluid changed at six figure miles.

Very quick and efficient. I went in knowing I wanted them to install a new headlight but, air filter, and cabin filter so I know it was going to be more than a simple full synthetic oil change. I can and have done filter changes and bulb replacement on my own, but since they were already there with the hood open and had the parts, I'd rather pay to have them do it. There were 4 people working on my car not including the tech in the well. Was done so quickly!

I started coming to Uncle Ed's about 10 years ago and I've been a regular ever since. It doesn't matter how many times the staff changes, the experience is consistent, fast, and efficient. They are always willing to go the extra mile for customer service and they make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend them if you are in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area.

Great, quick experience at Uncle Ed's. The entire team was having fun while taking care of my car very quickly - great to see their camaraderie. Very professional and did quick work on my car. I was also able to use a $15 coupon off their website for a very reasonable price on the oil change.

Darryl and Sam took great care of my car. They were VERY thorough in checking all of my car s fluids, helped reset my oil meter, filled my tires with air, and gave me a nice discount. My #1 spot to go to for an oil change in the area

I am so glad I stopped into the Ypsilanti location today. The team there went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything that I needed and made my experience very comfortable. I will absolutely be coming back and suggest everyone use their local Uncle Ed s!

Dylan was polite and efficient and processed my coupon with no problem. Cameron was also polite and has a good sense of humor.Rob went out of his way to reattach a plastic panel that had come loose in my vehicle and had been lying on my floorboard for several months.My typical oil change placed was closed last year and I found this place out of desperation of needing to get one done on my day off. They were so friendly, I couldn't bear to return to my original oil change location. My experience has always been very positive and the staff is playful but it doesn't impact the quality of work that they do and it makes sitting in my car for 10 minutes in winter and the expense of an oil change something I'm happy to do.

process was quick, guys were nice. the guy underneath stripped the oil drain plug and said he put a new one in. after i got home, oil was leaking from the drain plug being loose so i fixed it myself. wasting a bit of oil kind of sucked but experience itself wasn't bad

I always have such a good experience. They are all personable and get the job done. Been going for years. Other places may be cheaper but they don t compare to the professionalism and core fundamentals they strive for at Uncle Ed s. And the discount for the Medical Personnel doesn t hurt.

best best best place! we have been taking our car for an oil change to the Washtenaw location but tried the one on Ellsworth as it s a little closer to home. figured I might try to see if they could change our headlight as we were having a lot of trouble with it. Karl and his team absolutely rocked and did it even though it was an absolute monster of an engineering job. These guys will take care of you and make sure your car has a hat it needs with a great attitude and kindness!

The service there was amazing a very efficient and friendly crew! My oil change was quick and I was in and out (this can depend on if there is a line, there was not line when I went). Such a inviting place with a crew that has a good time! Would definitely recommend

Not sure what happened too the place.. big boss Dennis was in there when I showed up and as soon as he left so did the professionalism. Really wanted too just pull out of there cause I felt like there was only one person there who knew what was going on. Respect too Jake there for trying too stay professional but all the other guys once I said I used too work there treated me like they knew me and I did not like that. They did not check my radiator fluid nor my battery although I paid them too. Just a disappointment.

This place is just excellent. The service is fast, information is delivered to you clearly, and service recommendations are given with "no pressure"! The staff is friendly and courteous, and you do not have to leave your car for the service.

The current crew is friendly, they check in frequently, and did quality work. Price was about $70 with a coupon, but no appointment is ever needed so I ll most likely be coming back here for my next oil change.
