I took my 47 Ford to state of the art to have my windows tinted. The windows have to be custom cut and they did a professional job. I always feel welcome there.Thanks Again!

i went to get a radio that i got from walmart installed. the radio didnt have output audio. the guy that was working on my car called me and updated me on what was going on. he was good at what he did. he recommended a radio and told me how much. did an amazing job installing it and even show me how to set up bluetooth connection on it. would recommend anyone to this place. even told me my back speakers would need replaced soon. i will probably be back to get the speakers done soon.

Customer service was decent. They helped me out with everything and got me out quick. Although that may have been a plus the quality of the products could be way better. Hence the three stars. I got my windshield tinted and bulbs (Hi and Low Beam) and after almost a year and a half Both Low beam bulbs burnt out. And I m really disappointed due to the fact I paid $100 a bulb. And the tint on the windshield is kinda turning blue and Hazey. But I will say the manufacturer sent them faulty products. Currently my Hi beams still work fine. Would still come back tho.

Auto start stopped working. Took in at opening and I assume the owner addressed the issue. Took it back and reset it. Would not take payment. This was installed 2 1/2 yrs ago. Nice to know we have good and honest people in the world! Very much appreciated the great service!!!

Been coming here for years for multiple vehicles and many of my family's vehicles. Window tint always comes out great from them and so do their subwoofer installs. The installs are clean and detailed and pair perfectly with a stock head unit.

Got my door windows tinted and my headlights and taillights tinted. Windows were done ok. There's a def mark where they messed up, but not especially noticeable. BUT, they completely missed the mark on my headlights and taillights. They look they were done with a spray can in someones garage. Spotty work, and didn't even cover the entire lens on my headlights. I get people laughing all the time, thinking I tried to do it myself. With the amount I paid, they SHOULD look professionally done. They DO NOT. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the windows were done fairly good.

I always go here if I want to add things to my vehicles, they always do a great job! The owner Jacob is a great guy and Elias always gives me Great friendly service! I definitely recommend State of the Art Audio and I always tell people about this place! I m going to make another appointment now.

Had tint and protective film put on. State of the Art doesn t disappoint. With the extremely cold weather the protective film was given them a hard time but they continued to work at it until they got it to stick. As always if I had any more issues to call them back and they would fix it. I trust their work and their consistent service over the years.

Elias was professional, honest and on time with set appointments for installs. He checked my entire system for failures and quoted a price to fix the mess an audio specialist on Ecorse Rd left me with which caused a near total burn out of everything! I even went back to them for tinting. Save yourself time, headache and most of all money ..go to State of the Art Audio not to the other place!!!!!

Awesome as always go here for all of your car audio or video needs. Depending on what you need done it may take a couple of hours or a day or two. It is worth the wait for the quality of work that they do here. Today was a little slow so it was perfect I had an appointment so I was in and out. Tons of custom work has also been done here and I am going to have them do my custom work in the near future. Thank you again State of the Art for superior work. Worth my time everytime.

I do my best to review any and all services I receive now days, and I do my best to make my reviews honest and accurate. With that being said I have used two other tint businesses for window tinting over the last 5 or so years. Without any doubt the tinting job done by these guys was best I have ever had. You would think the windows came this way from the factory. There s zero bubbling, all edges are perfectly cut and precisely adhered to the glass. When I got on the road after getting my truck back it reminds me a lot of putting on a very expensive polarized sun glasses. It s the most crisp and crystal clear tint I have ever seen (note: I paid the extra to use the premium ceramic tint). I will need a few hot days to notice the lower interior temps due to the tint.Now for the customer service side of my review; top notch A+ with zero complaints. They even went the extra mile to stay late to finish the job as promised for me which was greatly appreciated because I needed the truck the following morning for work.You get what you pay for, and that doesn t mean their prices are high because they were not. But I would have gladly paid more for the quality work and premium product I received, because I prefer to have things done right the first time and for good. Thank you State of The Art, I will be sending customers your way. My vehicle is you re resume and it s flawless.

I was interested in having a remote start put on my car. I called around and Bill was by far the most knowledgeable as well extremely helpful. They work on a first come/first serve basis which worked well for my situation. I came in and was guaranteed a completion time and Bill called me and said the car was ready earlier than expected. Place is clean, and Bill was friendly and quick to attend to all the customers that came in. The entire process went smoothly, and I was in and out quickly! Nice Job!! I will refer others!!!

I've been using state of the art for a few years and I've brought multiple cars here mainly for window tint and a couple times for sub woofer install....I have yet to come across any problems when I had slight bubbling on 1 window they went out of their way and checked the other side and found some bubbles there and redid the front windows I love this place and would recommend them 10/10

Find somewhere else to go. I understand things are different and challenging for businesses right now, but you would think that would make customer service more important. It does not seem to be a priority with this place. I spoke with someone originally who gave me a quote for window tinting. I gave a deposit over the phone and scheduled a day to drop my car off, no rush, I told them to keep it the whole day. I sent my wife in to pay for it due to their limited showroom hours and they charged her $100 more than what I was quoted AND did not apply the deposit I made previously. I called and was explained the difference in cost, ok, fine, I'll pay more for better quality, and was told they would refund my deposit. Now, I can't get anyone on the phone, due to my work schedule I also can't get into your showroom during your limited hours. The tint job is just ok, the lines are kind of sloppy and it looks lazy, there's a lot more bubbles than I've had in the past and some of them look like they didn't even try to work them out. I don't expect perfect, but at least make it look like you tried. Just take your car elsewhere. This place obviously doesn't care. I don't know if I can get a refund on the job or not, because nobody will answer the phone.Update: They did call and refund my deposit today (5-21-21), two days after I initiated the request.

Very helpful, generous people at state of the art. Got tint done and it took longer then said, but I was told they had to take a couple windows of tint off due to dirt getting in the tint (which they can t tell if dirt got under the tint till they lay it on the window). They are very thorough in making sure the tint is perfect, so I didn t mind the wait. When I got it, wow what an amazing job and in 2 days all the bubbles were gone and it looks factory. Well done.

Someone was trying to steal my car, so I had a new car alarm and started, 2 door speakers and I tewteer and a touch screen radio. I have to say they did an excellent job. And his prices were reasonable. The guys there I were cool and sociable. They even have a place to sit and wait if need be.

These guys are amazing, had audio put on my motorcycle. Even though the product I ordered was from another vendor which I had problems with these guys did not hesitate to make it right. Customer service goes a long way, which made the issue seem like no issue at all. I will definitely recommend them to any person I come in contact with who I feel can use their services. I would like to add a sixth star.Simply an outstanding staff that take a lot of pride in their products and services.With such a wide variety of products to choose from, the owner and Bill did a fabulous job in taking the time to explain the differences so that I would be able to make a sound decision as to what would be the best for me. The knowledge base of the products they sell was endless and there was never any pressure to make a purchase during my visit.The owner and his team truly provide a first class service to it's customers. How they demonstrate their dedication to ensure that customer is well informed and comfortable is nothing short of remarkable. I would highly recommend State of the Art Car Audio to anyone for audio and vehicle accessory needs - excellent experience.

Friendly & Knowledgeable staff. I had a lot of questions regarding an auto start for my Jeep. Bill was patient & helped me decided which auto start was best for me. To my surprise the install was completed early. Bill went over everything with me to make sure that I knew how to work my remote starter properly before leaving. (Key fob & phone app) Over all I had a great experience and will be returning for any future car accessories.

Did a great detailing job on boat, carpet looked new. Gave us something to get dirt out of seats which was difficult because of white seats and mold. Staff and Manager very friendly. Owner treated us like it was his own boat.

Great service. Britney and Elisas are a great team. They were very very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment and products that you carry. They helped me with everything that I was looking for and needed for my truck. I would recommend them to everyone that is looking equipment for their vehicles their the Best. Friendly staff. I had a lot of questions about the different window tints and the rep was more than happy to answer them all. They also had a few demonstrations of different tints side-by-side for comparison which the rep also took me through.Overall it was a very comfortable experience. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. I eventually chose the ceramic tint and when I finally got my car back, the job was noticeably clean and well done. The interior of my car was also just the way I left it (which is more than I can say for my most recent Ford Dealership visit).I was originally recommend to this place by a friend and I would happily recommend these guys to my friends too. Thanks!

I really enjoy my remote starter and how details on how they put things together. Also how they take the time to explain everything to you and make you feel welcome and appreciated at their business. I would recommend that if you need work done to your car, go see them.

Extremely happy that I took my 2019 Camry here to get a sound system put in. I can tell they took their time and put a lot of care and pride into their work. Great people ,I was waited on within a couple minutes. I asked a lot of questions about key fobs ,car audio and remote start. I also asked about an electrical problem in the car. Gave me prices , approximate installation times.real helpful. I plan on getting a remote starter and combining my locks on to one fob. I'll update once that's completed.

Went to get a starter for a gift. Bill didn't pressure sell and was happy to explain options. They installed it within a couple hours, which was wonderful.After testing it before I gave it to the giftee, I noticed a glitch with the unlock feature. He told me to bring it back, they'll get it figured out. After working on the unit and spending hours on the phone with the starter manufacturer, it was determined that the unit was faulty. It just happened to be the last one (Xmas season, they were flying off the shelves), which is all my typical luck, has nothing to do with the quality of product they carry.After getting a new one in, they replaced it quickly at no charge, for either the replacing or the hours of troubleshooting. These guys stand by their work, and will do everything in their power to make things right.

I came into the store to set up an appointment to have some work done. Was told that the install would only take an hour/2 hours tops. The first available appointment was a week from friday, set up a morning appointment. Returned the following week and dropped off vehicle as soon as business opened, my vehicle hadn't even been worked on buy noon. UNFORTUNATELY customers sevice is last on the list these days, had no choice but to have work done elsewhere very unfortunate, complete waste of time.
