I m big on good customer service and communication. I took my car in on a Monday and they said it would be fixed by Friday. Nobody called me so I called on Friday and they said Monday due to issues. On Monday nobody called me so I called them and they said the car was done. Since it was my birthday I grabbed my car quickly and headed out. The next day I m noticing dirt everywhere, mud on my window, handles etc like why didn t yall just clean that off. Making me wonder on if the job was done correctly since I smell biding oil when I open the hood. Hopefully they fixed my problem and I don t have to go back and take the car to them. Nice people when I talked to them in person just didn t like my service or experience. I needed a rear main seal. Price wasn t too bad and they worked with me

Being a college student, I recently had an urgent situation with my car, and I reached out to this mechanic shop for assistance. I must say, the service was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. The team was not only professional but also understanding of my student budget. They even set up a tow for me through Nationwide Towing who is there preferred towing provider. I appreciate their quick response and reliability during a stressful time. I highly recommend this towing service to fellow students and anyone in need of reliable service for their vehicle. They were supposed to reverse a charge because we used another card to pay for our repairs. Instead they charged us again by mistake. We called and emailed the manager a number of times and it was supposed to be taken care of days after. This happened in August and 3 months later, they still have not reversed the charges OR given us our money back. We're still waiting on the manager, Tony to "call us back in 30 minutes." Now we have to sue them.We do NOT recommend them! The only reason we took it there was because it was a AAA preferred car facility.

Needed a tow and AAA dispatched them to help me out. Was scheduled to go to a AAA approved mechanic but dispatch at Sky Fleet warned me that they were kind of sketchy. Checked the reviews to confirm and found lots of reviews saying the same thing. Decided to go to the dealership instead. Super appreciate their advice. They genuinely look out for people, even if they re not their customers.

I was wary because this location is new so there are few reviews and this place isn't on apple maps. We took a chance with them and we found sweet, honest mechanics. Took our bus to them and they were really straightforward, kind, and helpful. Plus they have a cute apple tree outside. Thanks, guys!

They do the maintenance on all of my trucks. Great service every time. Quick turn around and competitive prices. I had a situation with my car on the way to drop my son off at school where I had to ask for urgent help from this wonderful workshop where they helped me a lot. I was very satisfied with their services, the staff was very trained and friendly and the payment was very fair for me.
