Honest and very transparent service at a reasonable price. The mechanic I spoke with seemed to really enjoy his job and kept in touch with me over several days to let me know what issues they found, how much they'd cost to fix, how the repairs were going and whether I wanted this or that taken care of. Very good shop. The guys in here were honest and thorough with get me evaluated. They made it clear what work needed to be done and what I could wait on (tight on money) Prices were also very fair.

I can t recommend Quality Auto Repair enough! My brakes gave out and they were able to fully replace them, patch my tire, and changed my oil all in one day. Omar and Naji are very transparent with their pricing and are really looking for the best ways to fix your car without over charging you. Thanks for your service umar. My car broke down on the highway and I had to go home (300miles from there). I called all the nearest repair shop. Almost every one of them said they won t be able to fix the Alternator same day. The only people said I could fix was Quality Auto Repair and a repair shop in Plymouth. Umer gave me good price and didn t surprise with additional prices. He understood the problem and empathized with me. These people are very good at what they do! Thanks brother!

When I found myself two hours away from home with engine problems on a Saturday afternoon, I turned into the closest auto-repair shop that showed up on my Google map, which was Quality Auto Repair. I sputtered into the parking lot and was greeted by the kind and friendly mechanics that were working that day. I explained my predicament, and they were reassuring and confident that they would be able to fix the engine and allow me to get home that same afternoon. After diagnosing the problem, Naji was great with explaining what steps and parts were needed to fix everything. I really appreciated their compassion with my emergency situation and their willingness to help me on the spot. Quality Auto Care was thorough with the safety inspection, and attentive to my needs. The work done was done right and offers a 12k/12 months warranty unheard of these days! Amazing service! Went in the same day I had the problem with my vehicle and got it fixed the same day! Also checked the whole car to make sure it s safe for me to drive and explained everything to me so I can understand what s happening. And the pricing wasn t bad at all! I ve always appreciated this place. My uncle referred me to this shop years ago and I ve had nothing but pleasant experiences. I m glad they opened a new location because it is easier accessible. After looking around with my husband for a place to fix his suspension, went back to good old quality auto. we received quick and affordable service. They even stayed later after close to make sure we had our car back by the end of the day as promised when we bought the car. I am so grateful to Naji and the whole Quality Auto Repair team! I was in a major time crunch with getting my vehicle fixed and another shop had left me without any help. Naji and his team worked into Sunday (when they are normally closed) to fix up my vehicle and get me safely back on the road! Excellent customer service and continued check ins/help from Naji throughout my repair and beyond! I had an emergency and Naji was very helpful, solved my suspension problem in one day. I had strutts, ball joints, and upper control arm done. They have a year warranty on service and parts. Top notch service. Check engine light came on in the AM. Got ahold of Naji as soon as he opened the shop and they got my car in within the hour. Quick diagnosis and they were able to take care of the repairs the same day. He knew I was commuting a long distance and how important it was to get the job done not only correctly, but also in a timely fashion. He and his team stayed late to get it done. I have been here a couple times with different vehicles. My vehicle has always come back issues fixed, no problems or complaints. The problem has always been what they initially said it was. They don t add on problems to up the cost. Very friendly and they will explain everything in a way that you can understand. Awful experience. I bring my car with a brake issue that I describe like: "pedal is going all the way down take a long time to stop.Their diagnostic solution, change the whole brake system including the six months brake disk since we don't know what can the issue be. And/or the change the master cylinder also.The most funny part, they did not even write that on the diagnostic they just leave the exact same description I give them earlier. So be careful, if are trying to get a real diagnostic or a real solution. This guys might recommend to change the whole car.Very poorly answer.Service: Brakes

Excellent service, important to me courteous. I had car trouble on interstate and Jeep dealer was not willing to look at my car as they had said they would . Tow truck went across street and it was closing time. They secured my car and followed through early next morning.I would suggest the auto shop their estimate to fix was competitive and they were exactly right on what was wrong w car. Should be no starts, but can't put zero. I went to fix my breaks. I was sure that it was an issue with the master cylinder or air in the system. They wanted to change the whole rotor breaks and pads of rear and front without checking anything else (I change my front breaks myself a couple of months ago, so I'm sure what they said makes no sense), and after, they wanted me to charge for doing nothing but just see the car, without dissemble nothing or checking what I told them. Awful service, they were very rude when I try to understand why they wanted to change the whole breaks. Anyone can start throwing parts at a car and see if it's fixed, but just real mechanics can tell you what is wrong and how to fix it. I'm very certain they don't know a thing about cars, just changing parts is not a diagnostic, which they charge me $130, with no diagnostic, but "change the whole breaks", that is not a diagnostic.If you don't want to be ripped off and take advantage, look somewhere else, this is the worst place you can try. I really don't understand the good reviews, probably family of the owners or people that don't know they are being ripped off.

My check engine light came on so I stopped by to see if they could help. I am so glad I did. They got me in right away and my car was fixed same day. Great group of people working there providing excellent service. Will go back for all my future auto needs.

My rear brakes were making some squealing noises so I had to bite the bullet. Half the price of the dealer for a rear brake job and $50-$100 lower than the national chains like Midas and Tuffy! Comes with a one year or 12,000 mile warranty, and the guys are super friendly! They will even drive you back to your house instead of waiting at the shop. Thanks Naji. Hamda (sp?) and Moe!

I had to get work done on my car and the guys here showed love by lowering the price of repairs when I was short and did a great job and I got my car back that same day! Would definitely recommend to anyone and if I need anything else done, best believe I'm coming back.

They were going to charge me up to $600 to find out why my headlights didn't work I was told they had to remove the bumper to find the problem: $200/hr x up to 3 hours.I took the car to Belle Tire and they replaced the bulbs.I wasn't given the option to give zero stars.
