I am happy to have found an auto shop with this level of customer service. The guys here are amazing, down to earth, and genuinely are working with you to bring you the most honest and best service possible. They are quick, thorough, and attentive. This is the only shop I plan on bringing my car to from now on. Their pricing is better than anywhere I have found, and they aren t trying to rip you off for huge profit. If you ve found this auto shop, I suggest you don t look past it and take your car here for its needs. You won t be disappointed.

I've literally never had a better experience with mechanics, and I now have absolutely no reason to take my car anywhere else. Moe is the man!!Prices cannot be beat, they are genuinely nice people, and my car was taken right in and done within an hour ON A SATURDAY EVENING?? Come on..

I visited few months ago to replace the generator and was satisfied with the reasonable price and quick service. And yesterday I went there again to replace the muffler. I was very satisfied with the price being cheaper than other places and the work being completed in 3 hours. This is a good car repair shop that I really recommend.

I had a real professional experience here the owner really knows what he's talking about. Offered me a ride back to the shop for my convenience. I had my alternator changed today and will be coming back to get my brake pads changed. I'm glad I found a shop that I could trust would take care of my car and also not try to just get as much money from me as possible. Very grateful I came across this shop. 100% recommend.

Moe has gained me as a new customer! Very professional and gave me an awsome deal on my starter. He was able to identify the problem and fix it within an hour and a half of me calling to see if he could examine my car. I'm truly thankful and recommend everyone to support his business

I got in touch with Prime Auto to replace my alternator. They were extremely friendly. Their price for the work was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than every other shop I contacted. The work was completed within the time they quoted. I am very satisfied with the service provided and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality and affordable auto repair.

I needed my front brakes done. They were super friendly and very accommodating. I was expecting to have to wait at least a week but they told me to bring my car in the next day. Not only did they fix my brakes and rotors, they caught a small leak that could ve cost me thousands had I not gotten it fixed! Great work and the best prices I ve seen in years. I will be back whenever my car needs fixed. There s nothing better than mechanics that you can trust! Thank you very much!Service: Brakes

Wonderful family!! They really took care of ours! We could not get a smell out of our car from a sick kid they got us in the day after we called, they were so kind and compassionate. Our car smells divine, is super clean, and happy! Thank you so much!

Found this auto shop on google. Called 1 hour before they closed and Mo got me in and out! He was also very professional and gave me a really good price! I highly recommend this shop for your auto needs!

I had a great experience with Moe at Prime Auto Center. He's very friendly and a knowedgeable mechanic. The work on my car was excellent and finished when it was promised. I have no hesitation recoending him or his auto shop.

These group of guys are amazing!! They were able to fix up my car in days where as a dealer would have took way longer. Much respect to this place and their hard work. I'll def contact them for more maintenance work!

One of my headlights went out around 6pm. I purchased a bulb and began googling auto repair shops. Majority of the auto repair shops closed at 6pm. PAC was opened to 7pm. I immediately called the shop. When I arrived, it took less than 10 minutes to install the new bulb. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency I received during my brief time at the shop. PAC is now my go to auto repair shop.

I'm very excited to announce that I officially have a "car guy"! Mo was amazing to work with. He was able to get me in, diagnose my car, and fix the issue on the same day I called to make an appointment! He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain the problem and next steps. The prices are fair, to say the least. I was quoted over $2K at another Ypsi shop (on top of the $125 they charged to diagnose), and Mo/Prime Auto Center fixed the issue in a few hours for $65 out the door. Definitely check this place out!

Prime Auto Center did a fantastic job repairing my Mustang 5.0. the staff was professional and helpful throughout the process. The pricing was fair and I was very satisfied with the service and mods . I highly recommend them!!

Mo and his team are an absolute treasure in Ypsi. Kind, quick to get the work done, good prices. They helped me out getting to and from the shop, too. If you're lucky maybe you get to meet his dog Milo -- who is so dang cute. Thank you for the hard work, Mo!

Had an accident when it first snowed and Hussin took care of everything as well as kept me updated with everything, very nice and helpful. My car is well now, thanks to them. RECOMMEND FOR SURE!

Beautiful shop, very professional and helpful when it came to getting me and my vehicle back on track. I even had an issue afterwards and I called Hussin and Moe and they had me pull up and helped me out in no time with a great positive attitude ! I love the work, the consideration, and dedication those 2 put into helping me and whoever else comes to the shop ! Very nice and professional. My car was smoking! I went to prime auto, and they had my car fixed in 2 hrs. They even went all around town to find the part... I highly recommend
