I went in with a battery, and they told me they were going to have to charge the battery before testing it, I tried to give them my phone number, but they told me that they were too busy to call me when it was charged, I asked them "about an hour?" And he said "if your lucky" I looked around and saw 1 customer, I then asked for the battery back I said "I'll just take it to Autozone, they always call me when it's done his response was "that's cool man" and gave the battery back, I took it to Autozone and they tested it right then and there and it was bad so I bought a brand new one spent over $200. and was back on the road in no time. The date and time of this event was Thursday, Dec 14th, at approximately 4:30pm.

Came in for front brakes for my E99 f250. Had to order the parts (which wasn t a big deal) that came in the next morning. Unfortunately they ended up being the wrong parts. Luckily Key the manager was working this morning and got me fixed up with all the right parts I needed on the spot. No need to wait. Definitely appreciate his help getting my truck back on the road.

This location has a very quick, helpful, kind staff. They are also knowledgeable about the products. Literally was in there less than 10mins & came out with everything I needed. I will continue to shop at this location

I've been to sooooo many O'Reily's and they have always been amazing well versed and capable this was not one we went 3 times was given the wrong part 3 times with all information provided including the measurements yet every time wrong finally they get the right one because we haul in the old part and they want more money. At this time we've lost gas and 2 days of our labor day weekend dealing with the manager of the store and the staff now we're at auto zone.

Don't go to the one on Michigan Ave, wrong parts, and they were too lazy to even look in the back until another location called the store manager and called them out

This store has really improved over the past few years! It used to be a little disorganized and that has changed. There are several employees that are really making things better and they are a great influence on the new blood they are training.They told me they have refreshed their inventory in the last 6 months so they have a lot more in the store that is commonly needed and their warehouse is only 10 minutes away so if there s something I need but they are out, it can get delivered to the store in just a few hours. I usually just drive to the warehouse and get the parts from the will-call window because I don t usually have time to wait 2 hours on my parts.

First guy did know nothing . He told me to go to another part store but not O'Reilly's cuz none of the O'Reilly's had it then the other guy that works there the African American guy says take care of the next person I'll take care of her and he had me my belt in 3 minutes with no problem

Stock is usually low. Anytime I need 3-4 of a item they have 1-2. Easy to find what your looking for in the isles. Need to turn the rap music down, not everyone likes that type of music. Customer's are the ones paying your wages

Had Ordered Some New Parts For My Van And The Man There Was Very Patient With Me as I tried to explain what I Needed. Very Nice Customer Service and Very Helpful. I Got The Parts Like They Said I would and at a very Good Price. I highly Recommend This Place.

9 times out of 10 parts are easily accessible, the store is smaller than most other O'Reilly's therefore they don't carry as many parts in stock, just the most popular ones. If you order a part from the DC it arrives usually 3-4 hours later. If you can't wait the staff will ensure you get it one way or another. You can pay for a part then pick it up at the DC or another location that has it in stock. They're very helpful!!!

I just happened to be driving through the area and needed antifreeze at that time. The store was about to close but didn't even hint of that at all. Not only do they carry the kind I need for a BMW but also since the price was a bit higher than what I have paid, they looked it up online and matched the price of a competitive company. Way to go guys ! Definitely a thumbs up here.

I was sold some brake pads that had the wrong brake pads in the box! When I went back to return the item Alissa the manager said she would not return it because it didn t have their logo on it. I had just left the store and nobody swapped anything out except for the store and it s employees! Think twice before stopping here because I still haven t gotten a refund and I m out of $42 because I was sold the wrong part. I m highly upset.

Walked in @3 min til close and they were still just as polite and friendly and helpful as could be. A moment prior, the guys at Auto-Zone hastily walked over and locked the door @ 6min to close as I pulled into the parking lot. Professionals are becoming rare these days. But It's fine, O'Reilleys will have all of my business from now on, including the $160 worth of rear brakes I walked out with at 10:05pm. Thanks guys! My friend whos brakes went out thanks you too!

The mammoth the absent Gabe great service. What is the coworkers the harassed him the whole time which made the experience shopping at O'Reillys a complete zero. It was awful to hear him berated abused and basically discriminated againstwhile training him on items that are issues that were unnecessary for training. But the man really did a good job very helpful friendly courteous and knowledgeable and I understand why they hired him but his coworkers with the red hair and a plaid here completely unprofessional completely ignorant completely unaware of civil United States allows

Staff was extremely rude actually shook out rugs while I was at check out! He was ridiculously cleaning the floor at check out while the whole store was empty. When I asked him to wait he cursed at me!
