This store is the absolute worst!! I had a couple of items that I needed to return that was bought from the Ann Arbor location and decided to bring it here because it was closer to home. 1st the associate was about to skip me in the line stating that the gentlemen was first, which was not true. And when I asserted I was in fact next the associate seemed as though it was an issue. Next I had purchased a battery charger that I didn't know at the time needed to be charged for 30hrs before it could be used per the instructions. The associate would not allow me to return the item stating it had been opened. Of course it had been opened the instructions are located inside the box. He then through his hands up and said he needed the managers approval. The manager was even worse. He called me a liar and stated that I used the item and then refused to give me the district managers information. He also asked why would I open the box if not to use the item and I stated that's where the instructions were. I felt extremely disrespected and racially profiled. I was the only black person and woman in the store and was treated like a thief and a liar. The manager after refunding me my money stated that I am no longer welcomed in the store. I did let him know that I will be contacting corporate about their rude and disrespectful customer service.

Came here after advanced Auto refused to test or change our battery during a drizzle. Staff was all friendly and happy to help. Not pushy on sales, so we went ahead and did new wipers at the same time. Thanks for helping us get our car running so we could go on our anniversary trip!

Go in the morning, you tend to get better one on one if you have questions.The only O Reilly I will go to in the area as they actually understand that females are capable of knowing mechanics, especially with their own vehicle!Very polite and have seen on several occasions them help other females or elderly customers carry their washer fluid etc to the car for them, just to be nice.

I had a flat tire near this store and parked in their parking lot to change it. A kind man that works there saw me and helped me change it. If it weren t for him I would have been stuck there for a couple hours waiting for AAA. Employees like him a great asset to the store. Very grateful

Great customer service, very knowledgeable, resourceful when it can to all my car care questions, thanks to all the referrals of the trusted mechanics that work with them also. Special thanks to Matt for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Ordered three parts, only two of the three arrived the next time I came in. Revisited the store 4 times at the times they said the next delivery would be in. On the third time they charged me for something that wasn't the correct part, which I only caught just before I left the store. The correct one didn't show up until the fourth time when I had to stop by a week later.I was polite and not asking for much, but after all that inconvenience the manager Andre gave a whole spiel that he couldn't compensate me at all, "There's no way of giving store credit, and I can't refund the part because then I would have to take the part back, otherwise our inventory would be incorrect."Had no problem taking my money when their inventory was incorrect before or having me drive out so many times and wasting gas. A simple McDonald's can give you store credit over a bad order.Just no accountability or care, which is a shame because I had a good impression with Matthew's service at a different time.

I needed new a new battery for my fobs and Matthew was great in assisting me. He is the assistant manager and I can see why. Thank you Matthew for installing them for me. I noticed he greeted all who entered while helping me. I would recommend this store to anyone .I love good customer service !

Stopped in the area for parts. Greeted and helped in a nice manner. The cashier was helpful. The store was very clean and in order and it was a good first time in one of the O'Reilly stores.

Stopped in for emergency parts, nothing important, just headlight bulbs but even with a minor purchase the two staff memebers there Robbie and Alexis were not only helpful, they were both more than excited to help find the rights parts to fit my application. They took customer service to the next level and treated me like a person and not just another potential sell. 10/10 customer service, I love over 30 mins away and from now on will travel the distance and pass multiple stores to shop here.

My car had run out of coolant and I barely made it to the parking lot. I was worried about opening the cap because I was worried about being burned by hot steam. A very nice employee, Robbie, came out and helped me open it without any trouble. I was able to fill my coolant back up and be on my way. Thank you, Robbie! You re awesome and deserve the fattest paychecks possible.

Courteous and helpful associates at both the Saline and Ypsilanti stores. My experience with O Reilly loaner tools has always been outstanding. They usually have what their competitors don't.

The assistant manager on the afternoon shift as well as those who worked during the following morning on Labor Day were extremely helpful and informative as I undertook a vehicle maintenance issue which needed to be addressed by me. I'm appreciative for the success which came from their kindness. Thank you O'Reillys.

Robbie help me change out my headlight and my fog light at 8:30 PM at night in the cold. He taught me how to change them myself and then he recommended me to a great place to go to for more repairs at low cost.

I received prompt, friendly service from Andre. The store was busy and he was clearly multitasking but never made me feel rushed. He installed a new battery for me in just a few minutes and had me on my way.I had come from the auto parts store across the street where despite having no customers in the store, they were unable to install a battery for me because the correct employee was not there.

The employees are always nice and helpful at this location, usually have pretty good stock. Except no one wears a mask, not even the employees, it's not a hard task to follow, I've worked 9hr shifts before with a mask on no problem, they have no excuse. I know it's harsh to leave a 1 star review but people seem to forget that we're still in a pandemic and you not wearing a mask affects everyone else that you encounter during your day.

I had questions regarding the suspension components of a Jeep Patriot I was looking to buy. Matt assisted me with a list and prices of all the necessary components. He also mentioned how he loves Jeeps and how other customers really love their Jeeps and take care of them. I left there feeling better about the car and actually bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot. I will be going back to this O'reilly's for all the things my vehicle needs.

Awesome service. Guys let me use their code checker to diagnose my engine light and had my parts in stock. Plus Far better than the advanced auto across the street, they were at the desk and not out back smoking cigs while customers were waiting inside the store. Thank you gentlemen! Ill be back for sure!

Been coming to O'Reilly since it was Murrys and I've had several smaller issues with them. Yesterday I came in and purchased a replacement headlight bulb for my car. I've recently purchased bulbs from them and nobody informed me that there was any type of warranty, even when asked.Upon changing it after about 20mins it blew on me again. I had a friend run and grab me another one as it was after dark and I did not want to get pulled over.Upon trying to return the faulty bulb, I was told the bulb I just purchased yesterday was not the same one, as if a returning customer of decades has a reason to scam. I commend the management for doing a thorough job on returns. But maybe make sure that happens across the board as now your customer is the one who gets the buck passedLet me guess. The solenoids in the rebuild starters are good too? (One issue that everyone is universally familiar with from their warehouse)Luckily autozone is right across the street peeps! At least this time the gentleman wasn't so busy looking at my chest they almost forgot to charge me for 5q of oil like almost happened recently when I went to get what I needed for an oil change.Luckily I noticed that the price was incorrect and mentioned that

Extremely disappointing experience here. The employees move slow and have very little interest in helping you. When I tried to return the part that I purchased that turned out to be the wrong one, I was not permitted to return it. I understand that it might be their policy, but the cashier was on interested in expressing any empathy whatsoever. His snide comments guaranteed and seal the deal. I ll never be back!
