Maleks was amazing. He did an incredible job with my car and also provided clear and consistent communication as well. He went above and beyond and fixed multiple things at an amazing price. I was having some pretty bad anxiety about my car due to not feeling like I could trust any of the other mechanics I talked to and well I still had some anxiety taking it to Maleks just from not having been there before he did a great job and I drove my car off the lot problem free. Not only did he fix the main problem on my car that I asked him too he also fixed a few other problems without me asking and still at a cheaper price than any of the other mechanics around town. 10/10 for Maleks and if I could rate him a 10 out of 5 I would. Thank you again Malek very grateful for your solid work.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Maleks for some years now. It s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. My family members started using Maleks as well. Our experience has been very good. This place almost killed me and my family please do not go to this place I don t know why he is still in business if you go there is your fault he d my warning had an accident today not with another car just that my tire just rolled off in the middle of the freeway and I almost died call them in the front desk lady said it s not their fault Her husband says it s your old car so she expected that I m definitely contacting attorney today now I have no car at allServices: Tires, Brakes

Gave them the benefit of the doubt disregarding the negative review.Tightens lug nuts on full blast with an impact,Uses a breaker bar to check tightness instead of a torque wrench.Their people were good, probably not trained enough to actually understand how important torquing tires are at the very leastService: Tires

did great fixing our electrical issue, but seems as if they weren t careful when they were fixing the bumper close to our front left tire. got the car fixed two days ago, and the front left tire is now completely flat. this tire was brand new. really need to be more careful.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Malek's Auto is the only place I will continue bringing my vehicle to get fixed in Ypsilanti! They are good and honest people with affordable pricing. I was treated respectfully and there's coffee or tea while you wait. My vehicle is driving great and I am definitely a return and loyal customer, as long as I'm in the area!I appreciate the great service

Excellent shop! Got me in on short notice for emergent repair on a long haul from MI to AZ. Stayed late to get me back on the road. Fair price. Excellent service!

I've been taking my cars to Malek and his mechanics for some years now. He's very honest, does super fast work, and his staff provides great customer service. His prices are very, very fair and I always get the best quality of work done on my vehicles. I highly recommend Malek's Auto Care in Ypsilanti!

Took my car here for the first time when the trailer brake controller stopped working. Malek systematically looked everything over and found a short in the wiring and burned out electronics. He was good at explaining everything he was doing, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working the way I wanted it to. After a lot of his time, his price was very reasonable. My trailer brakes work again, and I plan to be back when I need car repairs in the future

Saved me money, everyone was very friendly! Brought my car in at 7pm, diagnosed by 8pm, then my car was fixed in 8 hours after they got the parts in the morning at 9am! So it was very quick and painless. I will definitely be coming back, I love this place. :)

Asked them to fix something on my car, they had my car for 5 hours, I get there to pick my car up and pay them! they fixedOther problems but not what I asked them to fix. This is the only place I'll ever get my car fixed.Any problems I have I can rely on this to be my go to auto shop. Prices are very affordable , works with you which is very nice of the owners! I always refer my friends here. I have gotten my tires changed, electrical work done, engine work done, breaks changed, pretty much everything my car is pretty old!! Thank you Malek and Mary for all the help!

Next day service. I have a decade old honda where the engine cut off unexpectedly when driving. Definitely a safety issue. Malek quickly diagnosed it and replaced my a/c compressor. Everything functions fine again. I would come again for auto repairs. Thank you.

Expert mechanics and a auto repair shop run by a very nice family. Even got to play with their new pup and pet the kitties while I waited for a tire repair.A little difficult to get to but worth it.

This is the best auto repair shop I ve been to. A few months ago I was looking for a new mechanic when I found Malek! Although I know not too much about cars he always informs me exactly what s wrong and how it happened. He s able to find any part I need faster than any mechanic I ve ever gone to and his prices are unbeatable! It s very important that I trust my Mechanic and the work he puts in and now Malek is my go-to guy to get the job done! Thank you Malek!

Where do I start? Firstly, I brought my car to this place back in the end of summer. He had my car for weeks before he even touched it. Then he asked me what was the car doing. I told him. He didn't do a diagnostic test to find out what the problem was. He just took my word and said it needed a new starter. He didn't communicate with us for a couple of weeks after that. Finally, he put the starter in. We waited for his call which never happened. So a week later we were finally able to get in contact with him. After inquiring about the car, he said it needed a tune up. We bought the parts for that and he did a tune up. After that he said it needed some sort of lubricant. We bought that as well. Trying to get this man to call was like trying to find that unfindable needle in the haystack. So after many unanswered calls and many unanswered texts, we found out that after all this, the car still wouldn't start. Then a few weeks later he said it needed some sort of programming. So while awaiting the programming, he finally told us he was waiting on someone else he knew to do the programming and he would call us back. After waiting weeks without any contact with him, I said to just put my car back together and I would have it towed away. So after about four months, I had my car towed. I left without my car being fixed but guess what I did get? Somehow I got a dent in the front passenger side panel of my car. How did this happen? Of course, nobody knows. It wasn't there when I took it. I am done with this shop. I encourage anyone to think twice about taking your car to this shop. They don't return calls. They don't return texts. You have to talk to the lady in the office to get her to have him return your call. He lies about everything. He doesn't keep his word at all. I don't know how he has managed to stay in business as long as he has because anyone who calls themselves a mechanic and doesnt have the means to do a diagnostic test is only hitting and missing in the dark. I paid this man for a starter and my car still doesn't start. He had my car for months and for nothing. Worst mechanic ever.

This shop is so amazing. The owner and staff treats everyone like family and the rates for service are very decent. He is available if you have questions and takes his time with he vehicles at his shop. It is the only place I will go back to to get my car serviced.

If your looking for that local guy who goes out of his way to help the people of the community without being asked or getting anything in return then you found your guy. The whole team man they may not fit the cookie cutter mold of what every other shop wants to portray but isn't that what the community is in all reality...take my advice if u want your car fixed honestly without bouncing around town at an affordable price go see malek you wont be dissatisfied that's a fact!... facts

Went in for a simple axle change they messed it up 3 times destroying my differential castong me 1700 bucks. They take 0 resposiablity and its always not their fault. Worst place in ypsi
