The owner provides excellent customer service, and the repairs are done well. No price gouging, and you can be sure they are telling you the truth about the services you need done on your car. They will not lie here simply to increase the costs on the invoice.I've done business here for several years, and I've never had to bring the car back for inferior repairs.

I'm happy to have found a repair shop that lives up to its reputation and positive reviews after searching for quality work. Dropped of vehicle on scheduled date, the front end damaged repaired in a timely manner. Vehicle looked good as new.

I have used International Collison & Frame several times. My vehicle always comes out looking like new. On one of my vehicles I had $28,000 worth of damage to a Camry. His crew basically had to rebuild the entire back end of my car. It looked and drove perfect. ICFY meets their deadlines and estimates true and true. They are good honest people there and I have always been happy with their services. Ali, runs a professional dedicated team that works very hard to get your vehicle back like new again.

After my car was vandalized, I was recommended to Ali by my boyfriend's family. I can't say how thankful I am that they did! I've never had a better experience with a body shop. I was treated like family and my car genuinely looks brand new; not to mention how quickly it was completed! Full disclosure: I ended up not using them because my car was totaled, but the people behind the front desk were very friendly, patient, helpful, and kind. If I ever need work done on my car I will definitely use this business!

International collision did an excellent job with our Tesla Model 3 in June 2023. They were easy to communicate, explained the whole process to us and completed the repairs in 3-4 weeks of which it was more than 3 weeks of just waiting for the parts. I had a perfect experience taking my car to International Collision and Frame in Ypsilanti Mi. I had a 2019 Toyota 86 GT that i just bought back in Nov2019 and within 6 months got the rear bumper hit while parked at my moms house. Came out and the rear bumper was cracked the paint scraped off and the brackets snapped.My Toyota sales rep recommeded this body shop to me. It was the first time coming here and my experience was top notch. From the friendly receptionist Kim to the amazing owner Ali and his crew who do flawless work.They were able to get me a new OEM bumper installed and painted it. The craftsmanship is top notch my car looks like it came right off the factory line. The picture below is my new bumper and painted to match the rest of the car it is spot on.I would highly recommend anyone that needs work on their car to come to this place.

This is by far the best collision center around our area near Ann Arbor who not only does outstanding job on the cars body repair but also I had an issue with my BMW 3 series fractured under body cross member (a product defect) and they fixed it for me. An important job that required extensive knowledge of body and sheet metal tolerance as well as BMW mechanical. They did this job for me for a fraction of the cost of what the dealership quoted and saved my car from being totaled. Their mechanic is the best and know BMW's and foreign cars in detail. Being a car guy for over 30 years I highly recommend Ali and his team at the International Collision & Frame.

Highly Recommend!! Top Notch!!I found this shop on my own and was very nervous about the whole process.I would like to say that Ali, Kim and staff are very kind and professional. They put my mind at ease from the first time I called.I needed collision work done and a part my vehicle needed was on a National Backorder. With no hope in sight, They searched high and low daily for 6 weeks to find the part and get me back on the road again. They always kept me updated and explained what was going on in great detail. I really appreciate everything that they did for me and I definitely will go to this shop again for other services.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Battery

I absolutely would recommend this place and come here again. My son slid into a ditch on a dirt road after it rained. International did such a great job on my car, I thought they gave me the wrong car back. I had to check the glove compartment to verify that I indeed had the right car. This is the 2nd time and the 2nd place I have come for collision repair. (The 1st place I will never go to again because I had such a negative experience.) International has a new, satisfied customer!

IC&F is a top notch shop. They care about their customers - and their employees. I've used them twice and got ACCURATE estimates quickly. The front office knows how to work with insurance companies too. Recently they have helped me restore my older car by supplying painted parts and a parts list estimate. Silver is a very hard color to match and the guys at IC&F matched the color very, very, ..very well. The owner knows modern paint techniques and tools and how best to get results. I took my 2015 Chrysler 200 to IFC after a rear-end collision. They had the car for less time than they estimated, the repair is absolutely undetectable, they painted a couple of scratches that were NOT related to the collision, AND they cleaned the interior! The car hasn't looked this good in ages. Plus, the staff is friendly, polite, and professional. Would absolutely recommend and (though I hope not to have to) I would absolutely do business with them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Very professional company! I would definitely recommend the work they do. The owner and employees were friendly and professional throughout the process. Surprise that my insurance company did not pay the deductible, said they can t cover hit and runs. So upset with farm bureau over this. Other than that.. 5 stars to Ali and his staff. I cannot recommend this shop enough! We had to replace a windshield, and they were awesome and so smart. They also charge a very fair price. I felt like they answered all of our questions and I cannot thank them enough.I rarely do reviews (because I'm lazy), but I had to show my appreciation for this Company. Ethical, fair and smart business owners.

I had the best experience taking my vehicle here after my car was damaged. They fixed everything on time, and were extremely professional. They handled everything with my insurance, and communicated along the way. My SUV looks brand new and I am very happy with the service at International. Excellent work!!! My car looks better than it did before the deer ran into it. Excellent work done quickly!!! Ali knew the ins and outs of working with the insurance company as well as had a detailed knowledge of what would need to be fixed on my car. The job seems solid and I have confidence that no future issues will arise from the damage to the car.As their website says, "You wont be disappointed" ... I'm definitely not disappointed. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Since 2004 I have been coming here for fender bender, and deer accident and couple hard collisions. Ali and his staff treated me with honesty and respect . My cars were as good as new , never had a problem after repairs were done .I trusted this business so much that when my teenage daughter had an accident, I send her here with my minds at ease that she was taken care of the best possible way .When you own a business that you are there all the time and take care of every one the best of your ability you get 5 .

I had a wonderful experience when taking my vehicle to International Collision and Frame. I needed body work done on my vehicle after being in an accident. They were able to get my vehicle in for an estimate right away and they finished the body work on my car very quickly. Their work is outstanding, the staff is professional, and my car looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this place!

I have been taking all of my family vehicles to International for over 10 years. We've had work done from glass replacement to brakes and all aspects of engine work. Without exception, we have always been very satisfied with the work completed. The level of quality work can only be out done by the professional service and attention from the staff. Ali has also helped my mom and brother with all of their vehicle needs. It's comforting to know, if we have car issues, we have someone we can trust.

Amazing customer service and always a guaranteed top of the line job done. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Recently had an insurance claim to be repaired at International Collision to replace and repaint the bumper, not only did they fix my car like new, but they also went to bat for me with the insurance company to make sure the vehicle was getting the quality resources it needed to look like new!! talk about going ABOVE and BEYOND! You can trust that the quality of work done will be done the right way for the right price and in a timely manner. Ali is the man!

I am SO happy I chose to take my daughter's car here. Since she is a college student at Eastern and we don't live close by, I was nervous to find her a good collision shop. After reading some of the other reviews of collision shops nearby, this place seemed the best, and I was right!!! Mary at the front counter made both my daughter and I at ease. After the repairs were done, Ali personally called me let me know her was was done and exactly what they did. Told my daughter if she ever had any problems, don't hesitate to call him. They told me it would take a week to 10 days for repairs and it was done in one week. I HIGHLY recommend International to anyone!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Was recommended this place by a friend and it was the best advice I could have got when it came to getting my car fixed at an auto body shop. Ali explained to me what I needed to have done and compared that work with me and told me the work that I did not need as well. He gave me a whole game plan of what he was going to do and did exactly that. Ali went above and beyond when it came to repairing my car. He was able to fix my car and get it back to me in a very short amount of time. Hands down best place to get your car fixed. Great service and great people.

As a home health care worker, I drive over a hundred miles a day and my car has to be in top notch condition. I depend on International Collision for all my car repair and maintenance needs. They deliver excellent job and services at a fair price. Ali, the owner, goes the extra mile such as explaining the time, labor and expenses involved in the repair process, facilitating car rental and giving out helpful tips and advice. I've been a happy and satisfied customer for eight years now. I highly recommend this place.
