Just got my truck back after it being repaired and I am very satisfied with the quality of my repair. The vehicle was received at the time it was quoted at being done, service was efficient and was given a very fair price. They worked well with our insurance and had good communication at the individual steps. Very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done.

Great service and awesome people. The owner of the business, together with the employee (Jesse, I believe) who attended to us were both very kind and friendly. They took care of all our needs. Jesse even gave us a ride when we needed one! I highly recommend this shop.

I just had my Honda Accord there because I hit a deer on 275. 8000.00 worth of damage. Anyways Great Lakes collision did an EXCELLENT job repairing my car. Even drives better. I highly recommend them. They are top notch. Thank you!

Fantastic service! We had a mild fender-bender with our vehicle and Great Lakes made the process seamless as they worked with our insurance. The work was completed in a very reasonable timeframe given the age of the vehicle, and pickup/dropoff was a snap. Would highly recommend this company if you need body work done. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this shop. It is so comforting knowing that I have a shop that I can trust to be fair and reliable. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I was treated with respect and given detailed answers to my car questions and concerns. These people really came through for us. They worked with the insurance company all the way and got the repairs completed in time. I had a real tight time frame for a job and got the vehicle back in great shape the day before I had to leave just as they promised. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Great Lakes. Kam and his team do high quality work at a fair price. My car, which needed significant body work after a retread hit our hood, looked brand new when they were done. They kept me informed of their progress and completed the work faster, and for a lower price, than other body shops were quoting. Hopefully I do not need their services again for a while, but if I do, they will be my first and only call.Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing! I chose this place because they were opened on Saturday. First of all I was lost and they helped me find it, then when I got there someone was immediately out there to help me. The back of my fender was unlatched and flapping in the wind. They were able to snap it back in right away and did it for free! I am so glad I found this place. We had damage to our fender and passenger side door from a minor accident. Kam assessed the damage and provided a rough estimate on the spot. He was honest about the cost of the repairs/parts and helped me navigate communication with my insurance. Once we brought our car in and he took it apart to survey the full extent of the damage, he found frame damage that required additional repairs and communicated quickly with our insurance about it. Though our repairs took longer than initially expected, my husband and I were thankful that Kam took his time to repair all the damage. Our car came back to us in perfect condition and was detailed at no extra cost! Thank you so much to Kam and his team! Cam gave me a competitive offer to fix some damage to my door. Communicated often and honestly about pricing and how long it would take. After the work was completed I ended up getting my car detailed as well. Completely satisfied with my service, would recommend.

When I drove into a ditch for the first time, I was more concerned about getting my car fixed within 4 months than I was about going to the ER. The other 6 body shops I called in the area gave me a 3-6 month wait or refused to provide an estimate before dropping off my car. I finally called Kam's shop and he personally answered the phone. My front bumper was smashed and the car needed to be realigned. I got my car back in less than 30 days. I didn't even need to extend the rental. Kam was great to work with and I will be going back for any body work. Thank you Kam!

No one wants to get into their first car accident, but Great Lakes made the process so easy and stress free. I can't even tell anything happened to my car, it looks as good as new! Wonderful customer service!!

Took my car there to get an estimate after an accident thinking they would fix it faster while other places took an hour or less he took longer and changed the insurance to "keep" a running and drivable car like it doesn't drive! got lower estimates in other places. while there they overcharged, needless to say took my car and would never go there for anything. be careful if you want to take it there, very disappointed

Cameron and his brother, Near, are very nice and honest. They run a professional operation, which is a far cry from the other all dishonest auto dealers on Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti. They took care of me well. Their price on bodywork was $300 least than other quotes from Ann Arbor and Saline. Thank you.I recommend this place highly.

Needed a repair done on my car and this place was suggested by my uncle and Cam knows his stuff and won t hesitate to answer. Terrific customer service because he called me a few times for updates on my repair and the team did a solid job repair my car. I would highly recommend this collision shop to anyone.

We had our daughter's car in before Thanksgiving for some body work. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. We decided to go ahead and have them fix the "deer damage" on my car. Incredibly efficient, kind, professional & affordable! Got me in on a Saturday last minute, kept me informed the whole time, finished up same day, did excellent work on my fender & headlight for a super reasonable price.
