Amazing experience, my wife and I live in Virginia but found the exact vehicle we were looking for at Butman Ford. Jarrett and Jayme were extremely helpful in the buying process remotely. My Mother and Father-in-law flew out to Michigan for us and told us how helpful the staff was. The 2023 Ford Explorer we purchased is beautiful and we can not be happier with our purchase. Set up of appointment was courteous and quick. On the day of the appointment had no wait time before I was approached and my vehicle was tagged for service. During the inspection, a few issues were found. The service advisor brought them to my attention advised me of their cost and importance, and they were addressed. I was in and out in timely fashion.

They were very accommodating in being able to slip me in for an oil change. Dominic was awesome!! They even switched out my window buttons that Ford must of had a recall on. I love the detailed report showing me what to keep an eye on down the road such as my tires getting to the point where I'll need to replace them in the near future.

I will never shop anywhere else. The environment here at Gene Butman is fabulous and you can really tell everyone here is happy to help. I had a recall on my Ford Explorer back up camera and instead of me driving to them they sent out a mobile technician to my house and worked on replacing it in my driveway. That guy was so wonderful and nice I was thankful that he came out to me so I didn t have to disrupt my day.

We have been customers at Gene Butman Ford since 2006, and we re very happy with the service we receive. Our salesperson Josh is attentive and made sure we had a comparable vehicle available to us when our previous lease was almost up. Chance, the internet sales rep, handled many of the details so that the transaction went smoothly. Other staff members were helpful, too. The setting is pleasant and comfortable.

Courtney, Matthew and Eric in the Body Shop answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I recently purchased a Bronco Sport and Jarrett Dupuis was my salesperson. I ve always had great service at Gene Butman, and they re always reasonable when there s something discovered needing done. I had a recall in my C-Max that they were very proactive on getting in touch with me to fix, and made it super easy with their mobile service (come to your home or work). Hank was very professional and communicative about when he would arrive and also offered to come a little early. He made it super easy and it didn t take any time away from my work day. Hank also answered questions and helped me with some navigation on my dashboard display.

I recently went to Gene Butman Ford to return my leased vehicle and to pick up a new one. Josh helped me with the process from start to finish! I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to do upon returning my vehicle and Josh helped me sort it all out and was very patient and kind with me as I made my decision. I was so very pleased with Josh Belisle and the deal we received on our new Ford Edge. Josh is very personable, easy to talk with and thorough at his job. It has been many years and several cars that have been purchased since I've had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car. In fact, the entire staff we worked with was excellent. In our opinion Josh went above and beyond by taking time to show us the difference in the features on the new car from our returned lease car. He also paired my husbands phone and updated the Ford app with the new car. Easy, efficient and friendly experience all around. Good job Gene Butman for having excellent staff.

We had a call from Haley in service about our safety recall, offering mobile service. (We had been notified by mail but didn't call right away.) It involved reprogramming some modules. We are happy to know that Gene Butman offers mobile service. Our service tech, Brian, was able to come to our appointment early, but he checked with us first to make sure it was OK. He was friendly and answered all of our questions. He let us know that Gene Butman service can even come out to do oil changes! It was so convenient for us. Thank you!

After putting off recalls for months and not wanting to sit in a busy dealership around the holidays I used Gene Butman Ford Mobile Service. They came directly to my work to fix every recall and even change my oil. Haley made the scheduling quick and easy and Hank and Brian arrived right at the time they scheduled me and completed everything in a very timely manner. I wanted to provide a review for Gene Butman Ford. People will always let you know when the service was inadequate, but rarely take the time to let you know when the service was outstanding. Dan Rutherford stepped in when I was having a small issue and followed up with me until resolution of my situation. That's kind of unheard of these days. I will continue to sing their praises and recommend to anyone needing a vehicle, to visit Gene Butman Ford. I know I will.

My issue is that Ford sends a coupon for oil changes, and then the dealership charged way more than the "guaranteed" price. I have several other issues with how they operate too, but this is probably the most frustrating. Expect pricing surprises here! My usual favorite mechanic was on vacation so I went here... Aside from that, the building was clean and nice and the staff was super friendly

Jeff helped out by understanding my questions about the service and how to get the best deal for my money. The waiting area is clean, but lacking in the beverage that I prefer, diet soda. Can't complain about it, it's a great place to have your car worked on. At Butman Ford they do excellent work.

I received a text from Brian @ Gene Butman Ford, regarding an outstanding recall (turn signal software patch) I had on my 23 Maverick. He offered the service of actually coming out to my residence to resolve the issue on the spot. I had no idea that this was possible! I had just had my 1st oil change service appointment at a different dealer, but was not informed of, nor offered, to fix the issue. So naturally, I replied with a YES! I was able to schedule it the very next afternoon (today). Brian was super friendly and got the job done in minutes. Thank you Brian, and thank you Gene Butman!

Needed airbag replacement due to recall. Kept putting it off because I didn t want to go through the hassle of going to the dealership. Received a call from Gene Butman offering to have a mobile unit come into my home to replace the airbag. Brian came out the very next morning and took care of it. He was very friendly and polite.
