Hello everyone, my name is Rony, the mechanic in charge of this workshop, this boy who left these two bad comments came with me on 03/26/2024, offering me money to give him a pass for an inspection for Uber and he offered me money to give him the pass and I told him that I don t do that. He never asked me for a price for any repair of any of that rack & pinion or brakes for any Corolla. He is a scammer who hurts Uber company and I don't scam to anyone. Thank you very much. I do apologize

I came in with a grinding noise that had just started minutes before. They were able to fix the problem within minutes and at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend these guys more!

i went in to change 2 of my brakes and they charged me $1200 for brakes and rotors on a toyota corolla, VERY OVERPRICED they will scam you straight to your face, i highly don t recommend, DO NOT go here I REPEAT do not come to this place, they re scammers and cheaters

The mechanic was professional, gave me 2 quotes depending on what he found, was able to get the parts and do the repair on the same day. Reasonable prices. I felt like he had integrity, didn't charge for extras, and knew what he talking about. I will definitely use his services again. I haven't owned a car in a while so when it came time to do some repairs, I looked at all the places available near me and this garage had the most positive reviews so I went there. And I'm glad I did! The mechanic showed me what was needed & what wasn't needed, did the repairs same day & the cost was very reasonable. My experience overall was amazing. The gentleman that run this auto mechanic went above and beyond trying to find the source of my issue. They spent the time to contact me with any new update and how long of a duration it may take. I recommend this place 100%. The owner identified the problem immediately and correctly, took the time to explain the issue to me, and provided great customer service start to finish. Rony is an outstanding mechanic with a heart of gold!!! He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and honest. A friend recommended him, and I'm so glad he did! I was really stressed with getting my vehicle repaired in time to help my sister with a big move. I called Complete Auto Services Center to drop off my car, and in just a few hours he had it completely taken care of!! He went above and beyond to hear what was going on and to get me back on the road safely. I highly recommend!!!

I'm fairly new to the area and I searched the best reviewed places. I decided on this place based on reviews and proximity. I couldn't be more happy with the results. I dropped my car off the night of 10/17/18 for an exhaust repair. I got a call to come pick up the next morning that the job is complete. The owner is fair and honest. He even talked me out of a brake job, saying I have more life in the pads. If you decide to use their business, upon arrival it is a little confusing at first. The outside says grove auto sales. The lot is full of cars, however I guarantee potential customers this place is a diamond in the rough. Not sure if it matters, but I'm a woman and never felt taken advantage of. Highly recommended place!!

This shop is the best I have been to in a while. They were honest and charged a fair price. They kept me informed daily while they had my car and when I was picking it up, they explained everything that was done and had my old part out for me to inspect. They also were quick and professional. Will be going back for any other car repairs i need done.

I have been in three different times. One time for an emergency repair, once for a checkup, and once for maintenance. I ve never left upset. The work is done in a timely manner and is always exceptional. You will never be pressured to spend more money than needed. I ve actually been encouraged to save money while I was there! I will never use another auto service company again. Highly recommended.

This mechanic is knowledgeable, honest and his prices are reasonable.Bonus that as a woman I never feel talked down to, or like I'm quoted a higher price than a man.I've taken my cars there for over 10 years, and trust him to finding the most affordable fix to my car problems.

Had been having some bad luck with mechanics around the area, in terms of being dismissive and brushing me off (perhaps because I look younger than I really am, and I am a woman). But I came here and the owner was incredibly nice, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He treated me like a fellow human being. If you are a woman and are intimidated by mechanic shops, I highly recommend Complete Auto!

Ayad (the owner) has been fabulous, I've brought in several cars over the years and the work is very well done, very quick and very inexpensive. He explains what he'll do before he does it, and usually charges less than his estimate. I trust him completely, more than any other small business owner I know. He is a man of integrity who treats you like family.

Absolutely fantastic auto shop to do business with. The most important thing is the owner is HONEST. Prices are also more than reasonable and the speed of service was good too. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for good honest service on their vehicles.

Awesome work! Got my van in and out the same day. Rony was super helpful and even showed me the work he did underneath the van while it was still up on the lift. Will be coming back for sure.

Holy moly !! My wife s car started smoking out of the engine while we were right next to a ford dealership and we got them to diagnose the issue. They quoted us $900 bucks minus the $150 for diagnosis. We have gone to complete auto services (CAS) before and they did wonderful so we thought we would call them up for a quote on the repair. It was much cheaper at CAS so we drove over and dropped it off. A day later the repair was done however he discovered an underlying issue. A tiny wire that was bundled up in a giant mess of wires was broken without a tear to the sheath which was causing the vehicle to overheat. It took a couple days to get to the root of the cause but I m so so so impressed! I doubt that any large mechanic shop would have figured it out and we probably would have spent $1000s. CAS took the time to figure it out for us and I am so glad. I have two other vehicles that need work and I definitely know where I m going next time. Wow wow wow. Thank you CAS!

Complete Auto Services replaced my front brake pads and rotors for cheaper than other stores nearby.The repairs took less than 1 business day.The store wasn't the cleanest; so maybe they could use some help in that regard.
