Couldn t speak more highly of this place. Very easy process of getting a quote for my vehicle, took about 5 minutes. Service was scheduled, took less days than predicted, and was cheaper than the original quote. Very reasonable cost & they even detailed the car inside and out after repair. Absolutely will be back (if I need to..)!Thanks City Body

Fantastic! Discover this body shop after La Fontaine dealership quoted me $3200 I was sure I was being overcharged city body cut that price in half gave exceptional customer service kept me updated communicated with my insurance and when I picked up my car it looked as it never had been worked on inside was clean no mechanics fingerprints or paper underneath the pedals. Made me feel good about spending money. Located in Depot town.. Felt good supporting a local business!

Had a mishap with my mustang at a stop light thanks to an idiot rear ending me on the way to carvana to sell the car. City Body went above and beyond getting my car looking and driving like it did before the accident even with my insurance company making us jump thru more hoops than a border collie at an agility competition. Thanks to the entire crew at City Body for all of your hard work!

Don't go to this shop! They were very nice while doing the work, but the work they did was very poor, and they don't warranty their work. I had some major repair work done to the front of the vehicle. I couldn't see the work they did on the inside, on the inside repairs they only put on every other screw and bolt to save time. Instead of replacing parts as insurance paid for, they fixed parts with glue. I had another accident a year later in the same place and a different body shop doing the new repairs sent pictures of all the poor repairs City Body made. New repair shop didn't know who did the poor reapirs until I told them after the fact. I called City Body and Steve said they stand by their work, but they wouldn't fix mine since it was a year later......what!? I had to pay $3,000 out of pocket. These guys are crooks!

Listen I came in with my car (her name is Stacy dash) someone had backed into her my heart was Absolutely broken I'm a lyft driver which is literally how I feed my family I'm am Absolutely over joyed at the results it was like a distant nightmare that seemed like it never happened thanks to them. Okay everyone stop and admire Stacy she's giving what accident? She's giving bring your vehicle to City Body Inc and you won't be disappointed.

Awful experience. I've went back and forth about posting a review but enough is enough. I Brought vehicle in for minor collision damage. At first glance everything looked amazing. (Besides new damage that no one knows anything about). A few days later a piece of my window trim popped off. Now my door trim is popping off. Also when I open the rear door there is globs of whatever adhesive they used to put a piece back on. Furthermore had to purchase new tires after taking it to a different shop and finding out my tire had been damaged in the accident and was not addressed during the 2 weeks they had it. If they didn't want to replace it they could have at leaste mentioned it as it was a very dangerous situation. Very disappointed and will never go back. I will also be informing my insurance company as they were the ones who recommended I go here for service.

City Body was recommended by our insurance company after a crash tore up the front of our car. They warned us about how long it would take because of supply issues but they delivered before the promised date. The car looks like it came off the factory line and is so much cleaner than when we left it with them that we weren't sure it was ours. Great service, super friendly and helpful staff. What a great experience. A complete no drama experience with great interactions with the staff. Their information was correctly conveyed, and the repair happened in a timely fashion, completed on time, with no issues. Walt and the staff did a fantastic job. I 1st used city body following an accident as they were the preferred body shop by my insurance agency. Since then, I have used them for all vehicle repairs and diagnostics. Great place and amazing employees. They have been always helpful and pleasant to work with. As for my car work has been flawless. Definitely worth the estimated can was brought back cleaner than i left it.

I have gone to city body a couple time and it normally went amazing but now this last time I went I m just gonna be honest they didn t reattach a clip for my taillight that cause a horrible clacking noise but easy enough fix and not enough to complain but then I found out three of my lug nuts were so loose on the tire they took off that I could tighten them by hand so now I gotta complain not sure what happened to the quality work that I know they can do. I would my wheel to stay on the truck if that s not too much to ask. Please train your staff theRighty-Tighty and Lefty-Loosey technique.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

City body replaced my bumper and did an excellent job. They got the parts incredibly quick and got the work done in one day. I would have been happy with that but they also fully cleaned my truck inside and out. This is the third time I've used city body and the third time I've been blown away by their service.

I took my car to City Body because I was referred by a family member, the body work performed was good and I have no complaints with that part. My issue lies with no being FULLY informed about what they will pay for on the rental so PLEASE BEWARE to anyone not having rental coverage on your Insurance policy. City Body failed to inform me that they would only cover 5 days max. City body had my car for 12 days and today I was informed by Hertz that I am being charged over $200 for the extra days. I contacted City Body to verify this new information and today the 5 day rental max is conveyed. I proceeded to explained that I was not informed of this when I dropped my vehicle off but Roxanne insisted that I was. As a first time customer, I explained that if my negligence was in not completely reading entire document before signing was mine I have no problem covering the days but that was not the case because I did not sign a rental agreement. I then asked to speak with the owner because I was getting no resolve. Walter pick up the call and before I could even finish explaining, he immediately agrees with Roxanne and validates the 5 days and then proceeds to tell me I was informed because he was at the counter when it was explained to me. Wow... this was not true!One thing is certain, if given the opportunity to have all the information upfront I could have made other arrangements for my transportation instead of not shelling out $200+ at Christmas time for a rental! I guess these days it is better to sacrifice business than to have 100% satisfaction from ALL their customers.

I took my vehicle in for a full front end replacement. When I got it back, I was astounded by the sheer beauty of the work done and the timely manner it was completed in.Not only did they replace my front end to make it look brand new, they detailed my entire car. The exterior was washed, waxed and then buffed to a brilliant shine. The interior was vacuumed and detailed to a superb finish.On top of all that, they even aired all four of my tires to the proper level -- without me asking or hinting to the fact it needed to be done.I highly recommend City Body to anyone that wants excellent customer service and a professional repair job performed. I will be taking my vehicle to them for all of my mechanical needs from now on.Keep up the great work, City Body!

We had work done on both my front bumper and my AC condenser after a run in with a porcupine on I-75. Walter and the other front office staff were beyond helpful with getting my claim settled as well as getting my car fixed quickly (less than their quoted time); they all went above and beyond to make sure that this process was painless. Furthermore my car looks even better than it did before the accident. I would highly recommend their services.

I am so happy that I chose City Body. The office staff was extremely nice and easy to talk to. After the superb body work job was completed, I was pleasantly surprised to see a car washed and vacuumed ready for the streets. City Body did an excellent job on my car. It was hit while parked and needed a new back bumper. City worked with a frustrating and uncooperative insurance company (not mine--the person's who hit my car) that did not pay them very well. City offered service with a smile, got a "new" (used) bumper, painted it very nicely, installed it, and detailed my car to boot. They should've been paid a few hundred more dollars for the job, so I decided to write this ad to at least give them some kudos. I've had work done by them twice before in the last 15 years and have been happy each time.

Excellent high quality service my car looks fantastic! Of course they cleaned it, very professional customer service phone and in person. They worked well with Progressive insurance would definitely recommend them in the future! You also get a warranty for work done.Thanks so much City Body.

I took my car there twice and both times the front door got replaced. The paint looks beautiful, but I they did a horrible job putting the car back together. The first time, the interior panel got scratched up and the window rattled. The second time, the panel was loose and so was the side view mirror.I am taking apart the door myself and found that 3 retaining clips are missing and the plastic moisture barrier is completely destroyed.3 starts for the really nice paint job and timely delivery - no complaints there.

Had to get an anti freeze leak fixed on wife's car did a great job. Very professional and they seem to care about their business. The job only took one day and the price was reasonable. Would go their again. However they don't look at your car for free it's a 90 dollar deductible to get it looked at that will be applied to the service after they diagnose it.

I used City Body as a recommendation from a friend. I was hit by someone and their insurance company took the fault. I was told my car would be completed in 5 days and they would cover the cost of the rental. I got the run around for days, in which, they kept extending the time my car would be done. They blamed it on my insurance company, when actually, the parts they were ordering to fix my car were bad and had to be reordered. My insurance company had already written them a check. It is now day 17 and I can finally pick my car up after it costing me over $400 in rental fees. They gave no apology or any empathy for the time it took or the extra money I had to pay out of pocket. I will not use this company again. I have been in customer service for over 10 years and they definitely get 1 star from me.

I went to City Body after receiving poor service at another auto body shop. The previous shop was very short with me and didn't have the time to give me a full assessment of the damage to my car, just said my car was really old and that the insurance company would go ahead and total it. Was very upsetting.City Body took the time to explain to me what was actually wrong with the car and why it was more likely that the insurance company would total the car out. The car was eventually totaled. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me.

This is best place to have your car repaired. The staff takes the time to remember your name, they even clean your car before returning it to you.
