I am incredibly pleased with the body shop s exceptional work on repairing my car. The customer service was outstanding - Julie was friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which they completed repairs, showcasing their commitment to delivering quality work promptly. My experience was highly positive, and I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and quick, top notch work!

Told my husband in the mornimg..."it's your day off...you decide what to do today!" We stopped in, spoke with Colleen P. at Cuetor...he bought a car!!!!! Last time he decides the days activity!Colleen was awesome. 100% Satisfaction on repairs and customer service. A car accident left my Jeep un-drivable. The repair was a big job and took several weeks, but Cueter's friendly customer service kept me up-to-date every step of the way - They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The shop did excellent work and my car is like new again. If you have a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, I would highly recommend this body shop!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

I was in the market for a new vehicle and wanted to test drive a Jeep. I have taken my Dodge Dart there for years to be serviced with no complaints, so it made sense to start here. It was near closing time before the Labor Day weekend yet they got me in, didn't rush me, and took the time to answer any questions I had. The team was friendly, professional, and genuine. If you're in the market give them a try and ask for Crystol. She was good to us.

This has been one of the worst and time consuming ordeals. I initially brought my Jeep Compass Trailhawk here for minor front end damage from a semi dumping stone on the expressway. I thought that because this was a Jeep Dealership Collision Center I would receive top end service and my car would be taken care of. This unfortunately was not the case at any point in my experience with Cueter.I was initially quoted 3-5 business days. It took 10 but I was patient believing they wanted to take their time and make sure my car was taken care of. I received a call that my car was done. Upon reviewing my car almost nothing was done. In fact parts of my car were missing the Jeep nameplate from my hood and the hood decal that is indicative of a Trailhawk Jeep. Most of the paint chips still remained. The dealership had been paid for work they never completed.So I brought my Jeep back yet again after promises this would be a better experience. Again I was told this would be about a week turn time and they already had the parts ready to go. I picked up my Jeep 10 days later after me calling to check on the status multiple times because nobody follows up with you. I was once again told everything was done.This time my car looked great but once I arrived home I realized they never hooked my headlights, turn signals and fog lights back up. So again I had to bring my Jeep back.4 weeks Cueter had my car and with 4 separate trips the dealership failed me and my expectations every single time.I am beyond disappointed with this experience and will never recommend them to anyone. The client care is completely lacking and the attention to detail is not there. If you have a choice in where to take your car, DO NOT bring it to this dealership. Client service is not a priority.

The collision center did a great job fixing my grand Cherokee after an accident. Rick and his team were professional and available at all times. They kept us informed of what was happening and did an amazing job fixing the truck. It seems like its brand new! The work was also done in a timely manner and they made it easy to drop it off and pick it up. We will absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone. I bought my Malibu from Cueter back in 2019. Multiple times I've taken it back here to be serviced and i've had terrible experiences. Today was the final straw. I called yesterday morning, fully not expecting to get in before the end of the week, asking when I could come in to get my battery replaced. (I knew I needed it replaced because when I brought my car to Cueter two weeks ago for a recall ((That they couldnt fix but couldnt tell me that over the phone) I ended up going to another dealership where they fixed the recall and told me my battery problems werent from the recall.) The women on the phone told me I could bring it in today at 8am. I was surprised and happy. So I had my appt to come in and get my battery replaced. When I get there this morning, we were informed they did not have the battery in stock and would have to go pick it up later this afternoon. Very frustrated because I took off work to get this done today. I asked her how long and she said they could get the part around 2-3pm. Then she started telling me it would be between $250-$280 for the battery. I had to ask about how much the labor would be before she could give me the actual cost. They seem to be unprofessional and sneaky. I called the dealership I took my car to last week to get the Recall fixed and they told me they have the battery in stock and can do it tomorrow at 8am in 30 mins or less. Up front about full costs and time. I don't even need to take off work.

Unprofessional at all, I left my truck here to fix the rear bumper and they ve had it for 2 months without even fixing the main problem with the truck. Everytime I call they tell me it will be ready in two days yet it is never ready and even when they call me it still isn t. The worst part is they gave it back to me with more damage than I left it and didn t take responsibility for what they did so they told me that they would look at the before pictures and when we did clearly there was no scratches and he kept giving the excuse about the angle and lighting so he put the truck in where they originally took the picture and then we looked and they were there and clear so they told me they would fix it and it needed two days the I called today and they told me till Monday so I m stuck without my truck for a week.

This body shop is on top of all of my fiance and my needs. My fiance wrecked his car. The body shop made sure we had a free rental that same day. Kept us very informed on the process and what was going on. Followed through with use until we got a new car from the dealership. Very impressed with the organization, effiency, and knowledge of the body shop and of the manager Amanda. We will always come back for any of our needs. I highly recommend this body shop if you ever need one. Best body shop in Ypsilanti by far!

Terrible service department. My truck has been in three times for a loud squeak in the front drivers side. The first two times it was misdiagnosed and I paid for work that maybe didn't need to get . Wednesday I dropped it off again, for an oil change, balancing and once again to diagnose the squeak. It was brought in at 9:00am, with an appointment. I heard nothing all day. Thursday I called at 12:30 they still had not even looked at my vehicle. Why? In 11.5 hours they managed to let my truck sit on their lot and do nothing. Manager says "well, you said we could have it until four today".... it's one now. If they could have gotten everything done in three hours or less, shouldn't have been done yesterday? And the managers response to that "I'll go see if we can get it done before four today... if we can't I'll give you a call back in ten minutes." He did call me back, continuing to tell me that somehow it was okay and also our fault that the dealership hadn't looked at it, with a promise it would be done in the next three hours.Well, they "finished" with the truck in under two hours. We went and picked it up with the promise that the wheels had been balanced, the oil change completed and the understanding that they will not work on the lift kit because it is not MOPAR.Friday, we attempted to leave for our weekend camping trip, but less than five minutes on the highway revealed that the balancing had made the truck undriveable above 55mph.Today we contacted the dealership, and were promised a call back before the end of the day to remedy our problem. No call. No satisfaction.Ram dealers are a dime a dozen, as are mechanics who work on them. We will not be returning to this place, our next Ram will be purchased elsewhere. Avoid at all costs, they will steal your money and then ignore you when they fail to fix your car, or as in our case make your vehicle worse than it was before you dropped it off.

Excellent experience! Needed a complete headlight assembly replaced and made to fit into the damaged car. The service advisor, Crista Decker, handled every part of the transaction. Crista tried to keep the price reasonable while providing quality. I was informed throughout the process which was finished on time and in budget. Definitely will return to Cueter when I need any work done, and will ask for Crista.

They were amazing, they friendly and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car step by step made sure it was fixed with the highest standards and great warranties for all the parts!!! They also cleaned my car inside and out!!! I fully recommend using them for all your needs. As they really treat you like one of their family members!!

Absolute worst experience I have had with a business. I took my car in for a service diagnosis and they gave me a quote. Two weeks after my diagnosis I called into schedule the maintenance and I had to call them 3 times and after a week they finally called me back to schedule the appointment. When I finally was called back they had no recollection of my car being there and they had to have me bring it back in for another diagnosis. The manager Chad was unapologetic and lied about the whole experience. I had to bring it in a third time for the maintenance and when I called the day before to confirm my appointment I was told it was not in the system but they could still get me in. I drop off my vehicle first thing in the morning and ask if they could attempt to have it done by mid day. When I called in mid day to check in on the repair they had not even started and told me it would take until the end of the day. I was also misquoted and they refused to make any discounts on the bill. This place is awful and I recommend going anywhere else for your vehicle service.

Cueter Body Shop was very well organized! I had my Jeep towed in on a Monday morning. They had my Insurance Agent out / parts ordered / fixed / repainted and ready for pick up with in 48 hours! Fantastic Job!

Stopped in for the $88 down, $88 month deal but the choices were non existent. Found a car on their website only to be told I would have to drive to Brighton to see...I took it literally that you can see any of these vehicles at any of the seven dealerships. Young lady who I talked to was nice. As a side note, if you give contact info and put in the description items of how to contact you, know they will probably call you...I asked for them to only email me as I was on break when I sent the info and within five minutes my phone was ringing...was a little baffled as my phone vibrates across my desk.

This is my second vehicle I ve bought form Cueter Chrysler in Ypsilanti. And you would think I would ve learned the first time purchasing a lemon from them but no I gave a second chance at it. Found things wrong the day I drove home my journey. I Notified Brett which will be the last time I ever do business with him. Things with the dealership that they say they ll do they never follow thru with. I m in healthcare and I m an essential worker. Difficult to just take time off when the dealership doenst give you much of an option to bring it in. But should still stand by there promise. NOPE and as a great salesman should STAND BY there customer BRETT that we bought 3 cars from which two of them have had issues and one that still does!!!! The service dept does nit to through inspections on there vehicles cause the things I found wrong were that evening and the next day. My car stalls in reveres and window doesn t go up when rolled down. It messed up that you hope that you have someone loyal that you trust to put you in a dependable car but they really did it to make a dime off you and get rid off there burden.... And your guys little touch up jobs you do on your vehicle all the paints fell off in clumps. So your body shop doesn t know what there doing either!!!!!! So CUSTOMERS If you want a good dependable vehicle that you don t want to dump money into right off the bat don t BUY From CUETER CHRYSLER JEEP!!! And read your reviews look how they respond to only the people that give them 4-5 stars. Instead of helping the unhappy customers and get there reviews back up. What s this tell you!!!!!! TRASH DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!

Edit* 7/22. No one has reached out to us regarding this issue.We also contacted your sales team in regards to trading in the vehicle we have in the shop for a new car. They have yet to get back to us.It s a strange way to do business, it s like they don t want our money.Your service department is a nightmare to deal with. I didn t bring our Jeep here on a recommendation, it was towed to the nearest dealership. Had I known how poorly managed the service dept is, I would have had my vehicle towed elsewhere.

I leased a Ram through this dealership and I brought it in to get my scheduled oil change. I was sitting in the waiting room for my service to be completed. The sales lady who helped me purchase my Truck Mary Anne walked in the waiting room looked me right in the face and didn't even speak. Purchasing a vehicle through this dealership was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. You live and you learn for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle do not go to Cueter they are un professional and Unethical.

Great experience. Took my HHR to Cueter not knowing what was wrong. Crista and Amanda were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me get the best deal possible while making sure my car was still safe. I will be a return customer.

Had a little run in with a deer with my new ram. Contacted the bodyshop there at cueter and they were able to schedule me in and worked with my schedule. Amanda and Crista there in the office both kept me updated on a regular basis as to what was going on with my truck so I never felt forgotten about or left in the dark. And the work performed on my truck is awesome. Looking at it I would never know it was ever in an accident. Looks just as it did when I bought it off the lot. Thank you guys again!

I could write a LONG narrative about my thoughts as I needed to leave my Jeep at Ceuter Chrysler this morning, a Saturday, when the dealership doesn t have its convenient shuttle service.I m a senior citizen and don t have Uber app etc. so I packed quarters to take 2 AATA busses and psyched myself to walk a significant distance from the bus stop to home, on a cold Michigan morning LUCKILY my service advisor was Ish Hussein!!!!!He made it happen!! I was shuttled home and I am EXTREMELY happy, thankful!!!! Ish didn t even know that I ve been a CC customer since 1995 and have gotten 5 vehicles and MANY, MANY service appointments there. He didn t need to know that to deliver EXCELLENT, above and beyond customer service.Thank you Ish.

Crazy fast turn around! I needed my truck back as fast as possible! Great staff and the managers do a final inspection to make sure everything is done properly! Talk about great customer service and communication!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again Cueter Body Shop& Collision!!

I get all of my oil changes done here, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Called to set up service appointment and needed to try to schedule to get something done for the day. I can not drop my vehicle of for 4 days don't have another vehicle. They would not work with you at all to try to help get my jeep looked at knowing I told them I don't have another car and can not afford a rental.

by far the worst service repair shop I've ever been to. customer service is bad. the mechanics is all about getting money out of you instead of fixing the problem. Chad the manager lies. The warranty sucks. STAY AWAY.

WOW!!!!!! I've been to lots of body shops, but this is the best in town. From beginning to end, I was completely satisfied with my experience and quality of work. Definitely coming back again! Recommend to anyone!

Various mistakes were made from the beginning, registration having some random name, to the tires that came with the car being wrong for a jeep and more. Go elsewhere, maybe this place was good once.
