I have had nothing but great experiences with Erica, Jeff, and his son Jesse. They were all very kind and helpful. I have no trouble at all. Getting my claim to go through quickly and easily with their help. And I'm happy to say I have my cute little ride all to myself again.

Needed someone to look at my car because it sounded funny. Jesse upfront told me what the cost would look like for my problem and what the test would be. He assessed my car thoroughly and gave me an estimate. He even showed and explained to me the damage on my car. He fixed the issue same day, within an hour. Excellent service, excellent people, and excellent prices. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I took my car in to have a radiator replaced. They had my car for two weeks and didn t not completely fix the problem, and not only did they not properly fix my vehicle they destroyed my water reservoir and my coolant reservoir costing me another 1k after spending $650 there. I do no recommend anyone to go to this place and get your vehicle fixed. All makes and models, all mechanical work. Also offers UHaul rental & supplies. Very trustworthy for car repair, won't try to sell you repairs you don't need. Nice family run business. Been seeing them for over 6 years.

Great place to get your auto repairs and the folks are friendly. I get my oil changed and recently the muffler was replaced. I didn't know how loud my muffler was until they mentioned it!Protip: bring cash, there is a charge if you use CC or debit.

I love Auto one! I live an hour away and I decided to continue my patronage there. I have been to several mechanics in the past few years and Auto One still ranks as my favorite. They kept me posted the entire time, as well as finished my car quickly (they always do compared to other mechanics). I had a lot of work done and they helped me out with the A/C diagnostics. They only ever do what is necessary, never up-sell, are entirely honest, and in my experience with a lot of beater cars, very reasonably priced. They're the best!

Best service I've gotten since coming to Michigan; moved here at the end of 2017. I try to get my 2003 Jeep Wrangler serviced and inspected every 3-4 months.Had me in and out in an hour and everyone was very personable.I asked for a general inspection and oil change and they managed to find things that the local dealership hadn't in nearly two years; going above and beyond to make sure everything was double checked and taken care of.Mechanic even went ahead and took care of grease points, tire pressure, and other little odds and ends I wouldn't have recalled to ask for. He also would double back with me to inform me about things he found and recommended getting serviced and/or replaced, showing me the proof of why and offering options. I ended up giving him the go ahead on everything.It was nice to feel involved and informed every step of the process while knowing exactly who was working on my car. They didn't even mind that I just hung around nearby while the work was done, which shows a distinct level of confidence and trustworthiness.Would definitely recommend!

I needed an oil change and a new catalytic converter. The guys were nice enough to put my car up, change out the oil and estimate the amount of money it would be for the replacement. They gave me a decent estimate, were kind enough to bring the car down and let me come back when I had the money ready. Came back a couple of days later and they were able to get my car in that day. With in a few hours they had replaced the catalytic converter and an O2 censor I needed, called me as soon as it was down as well as text. Came in at the end of the day, and they were able to do the work under their original estimate. The guys behind the counter couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work on their car.

Joel and Brad were absolutely amazing! When I went in my brakes were grinding so bad I thought it was going to cost me a fortune in repairs (which luckily it didn't). They were quick, efficient and honest which I really appreciated. I will be taking ALL of my business there and telling everyone about them!! Great work and really honest, down to earth people. Thanks again!!

Went here for years, but last time I bought my car here I was upcharged 400% on the part needed for my repair. Then I was charged a sir charge on my bill. Oh and if you want to use a credit card it s an extra $13, this place has become a rip off don t go here.

Jeff and his workers have been taking care of my car for 5 years or more and have always done great work at a reasonable price. I no longer go anywhere else. It was a service writer at the dealership that sent me there years ago for some welding, saying Jeff was the best welder he knew. been going there ever since. thank you Jeff

I had a great experience at Auto-One. I was quoted an outrageous estimate at a well known tire place and the services they said I had to have was not necesaary at all. Jesse was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely think I got the best deal/ service. Very satisfied customer!

I am used to going to Valvoline, and wasn t sure how these guys would compare. They were just as nice, and seemed to really care about my car (I went in for an oil change). They didn t try to make me buy things I didn t need, staff was very friendly. It just took a little longer than I m used to with Valvoline, but I m guessing that s because there was only one guy working on my car versus the 3 or 4 they have at Valvoline.The best part: the PRICES! Very fair. $30 for oil change versus $45 at Valvoline. Plus supporting a local business. Will go back here from now on!

A great team of mechanics here! These guys help me look out for possible safety issues, don't try to over sell on things that are not needed, and get me back on the road with no fuss. I know time is valuable, and they make me feel like the condition of my car is as important to them as it is to me.Even when trouble arises without an appointment, they don't rush customers out the door. Always have been happy with the customer service and care here. Thanks for another speedy stop to get me back on the road this morning! Will definitely see you guys in another 5,000 miles.

I brought my car in for an oil change. Joel gave me all the options for my car and I felt I could make the best decision based on cost and quality. While doing the oil change, Joel found that the serpentine belt was about to crack. I have been hearing a squeaking noise for awhile and the last mechanic told me it was nothing to worry about! Joel showed me the cracks in the belt, replaced it for a very reasonable fee and my car is no longer obnoxiously squeaking down the road. I was in and out with an oil change and new belt in a little over an hour. Great customer service and quality work!

The CV axle I needed was impossible to find yet they took time off their busy schedule to check availability. They worked with me till the part was finally located. They may not be the largest newest repair shop in town but the personalized service and experience makes the difference.They are the most honest and approachable auto repair shop I have dealt with, their prices are very competitive and they won't try and sell you on unnecessary repairs. They are the only shop I trust when I am unable to complete the repairs myself. I recommend they highly.

One of the few mechanics I trust. Have been using them for years. Does not try to sell you on repairs or parts that you don't need. In fact, they try to give you solutions that fit your budget and needs. They do install parts that you purchase elsewhere.

I moved out west and haven't been able to find mechanic's like them. These guy's are perfect even if you know nothing about cars and are on a budget (AKA me). Guaranteed to help you get the best price and also explains whats actually wrong with your car. Encouraged all my friends to go here.

I went there to get brakes and then tires changed. I like this place because after they take a look at the car, they'll call you and tell you the price of the work before doing the work. They might recommend extra things be done, but they don't try to push you into buying extra services.

I had an appointment for a time and when I got there they said it would be another hour and a half until they looked at it. Once they did look, they couldn't reproduce the problem in a test drive and told me nothing was wrong, did not clear or look in to the check engine light, and still charged me a diagnostic fee. They did clear the code when I went back later because it was still on but there was no way I was going to let them do anything further to my car, and they didn't even offer to. Not even sure they are ASE certified.

Horrible HORRIBLE communication! I brought my car here for a overheating problem and they held my car for over week and could not figure out what the problem was. It was just my thermostat. I drove by a couple times and notice my car was in the back not being attended to. Also they would not call and let me know what is the update on my car, I had to constantly call and go up there to get updates. Eventually I got tired of the lies and nothing was being done to my car and went and picked it up. They didn't charge me for a diagnostic as they should because they couldn't even find what was wrong. I checked my car myself and it was just my thermostat! and my car runs perfect again. I mean just terrible business. Never again will I come here.

My Ford vehicle has lockers on the wheels and I lost the key of it. Recently I need to replace the tires so I really need to find a way to take the wheel off. I don t have a garage and tools so I can t do it by myself. I ve been to a few Ford dealers around Ypsi&AA asking if they could take those lockers off. Thought it could be a easy work but they never made it. Was sad but I found Auto one. They only took seconds to take off the lockers. Since I did a brake inspection there so they didn t charge me for taking the wheel lockers. It s so ironic that those FORD dealers won t do such a small thing for their customers.Auto One is definitely recommend around Ypsi& AA area for the quality and professionalism.

Amazingly helpful guys. Brad and Joel have helped me in a time of need more than any mechanic has before. Engine misfiring over an hour away from home and these guys not only let me keep my car there, but were totally understanding and completely honest. No bs with this place, i couldn't recommend it more.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Not only was I treated respectfully, but I received a detailed explanation of the diagnosis and was given options to accommodate my financial concerns. Could not ask for a better experience from a mechanic. Thanks Auto-One!

Been seeing these guys for over a year now. I have experience fixing cars and do alot of my own work. When I have to bring my car in, it's so nice yo have people who don't dismiss my opinions outright because I'm not a professional.

I had my brakes repaired and a tune-up. The mechanics were knowledgable, friendly, helpful and willing to thoroughly explain everything that was going on with my car. I'd highly recommend them.

DON T!!!! GO HERE Most terrible place to go to. They up charge you, make you wait forever, doesn t do job! You will have to come back for another issue on car or the issue that brought you there!
