I did business here they are expensive there mechanic charge too expensive in magen parts are 1400 and repair hourly charge 2500 dollars I was having def problems and water pump I have it oil change I have the fuel filter oil filter and water separate filter have it apu alternator they changed and they side do the egr for the def systems and what after I left in 120 miles both engine light is on again same problem after I spend 4300 dollars anyway was bad experience same thing the truck keeps asking for regin every 1000 miles I spend 4300 for nothing at all right now the business is very slow and the mechanic kill us I call them he side that we do diagnostic and show him the egr I'm not sure if he did the egr or not I can't trust this place any more

these guys are great to work with, have great turnaround times for repairs. Great service had a blown out exhaust pipe and broken hood spring called them and came to their shop got right on me and fixed up right away

Best place around to get repairs done in a timely manner. Called the mobile service an Amber took care of me an sent out mobile service. Mechanic knew what he was doing an identified the problems needing repairs. Just want to thank the whole crew there forgetting me back on the road. Amber,Brad & Justin thanks for everything

I will never use anyone else again. I m new to diesel trucks and we just added one to our wrecker fleet. It died on us while loaded and we needed help. Gave these guys a call and they were there in a flash. The mechanic Austin was super nice and friendly and had me back up and running in minutes. Even gave me some helpful advice. As far as my company is concerned, Truthful Towing highly recommends these guys!

USE THESE GUYS! Called @ 02:00 and Mr. Mike was out to Our Unit within the Hour as Estimated. Completed the requested assistance promptly and at a fair price. Additionally - I asked him to Teach/Explain how this part was broken so that I could be educated on it next time - And he was MORE then Happy to!. I wish they would update their listing to indicate they are 24/7 - Because they are. I call repair facilities on a regular basis, and I will save this number for future use, I suggest you do the same!

Where do I begin. As you know Haulers of all types have random break downs and practically anything can and will happen on the road. We found out late last night that we had some electrical problems in our Semi and Trailer. We looked up a couple of places and we saw Grand Rapids Mobile Mechanic and when we called they automatically gave us West Michigan Mobile Mechanic number and we called. Amber help us with all of our questions and set us up immediately with a Mechanic. Brad came over and started getting to work my husband was there just in case he needed some extra hands and there was no need, he got the job done in a great timing and the price was beyond amazing. This will be a place I highly recommend for anybody who is in need or in the area they do it all. Thank you so much for making our stressful day so into peace.Services: Electrical, Brakes

Great mobile service. Had an old step van that wouldn't start. They came out the next day and got it running and provided some insight to help ensure we are able to keep it running. Friendly technician that also knows his stuff.

The staff here has went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly and compassionate people. Always with smiles on their faces. They helped me beyond their jobs and wasn't getting paid for the extra assistance they gave me. Understanding staff here. I'll be sure to recommend them to others. I recently stopped at the West Michigan Mobile Mechanic with my truck and I had no idea about the DOT inspection and repairs that were necessary for truck for the safety audit but Justin was incredibly receptive and responsive throughout the process of getting the inspection and repairs. I recommend their services, especially for those who are preparing for the safety audit process.

We were on our way up north and ran into a problem with our pop up trailor. We had to have it towed. They were able to get to us immediately and fix the problem. We were back on the road within an hour and a half. Highly recommend!!!

AWESOME HONEST TECH WAS VERY SMART ON HIS JOB,ROY AMAZED ME ON HIS SKILLS,THATS WHY HES THE MECHANIC AND IM NOT...IF ANYBODY EVER BREAKS DOWN IN THE AREA THIS IS THE SHOP TO CALLAND THATS CAUSE IM FROM IOWA,I had called a previous shop before and he cou�dnt promise me on fixing my break down so I asked why do I need your service then. These guys helped and amazed me on their performance. Thank you once again ROY FOR COMING OUT TO THE RESCUE...

This is for the record I worked for this company for a number of years and throughout that time the goal was always the same... Customers are first and down time cost, we as a team tried to reduce both cost of repairs, and down time. I can only hope that whoever is posting under a false name can sleep at night with a good conscience. Larry i respect you as a business owner and hope your staff can live up to the example i set when i worked for you. Just remember to shear the sheep dont skin them
