Friendly fast service! Moving back to Michigan, I was looking for a Jiffy Lube but all my searches came up with Valvoline so I tried them out. 28th Street in Wyoming. Same concept and pricing but better service! Good job guys!

Will not honor battery warranty. They used a loophole to deny the replacement. Unfortunately I cannot give them 0 stars.

I literally come to this location any time i need anything done with my car. The customer service is the best!! Halla and the others always keep a smile on my face and if my day was bad i promise after i leave there I m in a much better mood. Very professional and kind. Always enjoy the service they provide! This time, there were a couple of younger adults you could tell were probably new, and they did an amazing job. Their trainer or boss was respectful to them and seemed to care about the service they provided. Definitely will be back.

I've been coming to this location for many years with my company vehicles. The service has been hit and miss due to employee turnover. However, to the young the man with dreads managing this location (forgive me, didn't catch his name) from my perspective you have great work ethic and leadership qualities which showed in your communication and oversight of the crew. They never added windshield wash and they forgot to put air in my tires even though I specifically asked to do that for me.

Usually go to the Vavoline on 44th Street in Grandville because of convenience, but they didn't have my oil filter in stock one week and told me to come back on a Thursday. Went back and they didn't have the oil I needed. So I called this Saturday to see if they happened to get my oil in stock and the receptionist said yes. So I went there and it wasn't the right oil again. So I was sent to the Vavoline on 28th Southwest Wyoming. We arrived 20 minutes before they closed. They had a total of four vehicles they had to work on before us. Took us in just after 6. All the workers were upbeat and friendly. Despite working late they were happy to help. Needless to say I think I will be coming back to this location just because of how well they worked together as a team and they kept a smile on their faces. I appreciated how they went above and beyond.

The crew at this Valvoline is the friendliest I ve come across. They are hard workers and got me in for a much needed oil change even after I arrived after closing time. They are quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Shout out to Greg and crew for being so kind and helping me out, all with a smile! Came here for an oil change for my work van, and while the company already pays for it I figured I'd acknowledge the great service and the very personable man who greeted me as I waited in line, the manager Greg. Even though it was hot and he was dripping in sweat he had a great attitude. Greg deserves a raise!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Greg did a great job helping me figure out an issue I had with my truck. It had been serviced a week before and I went back to have it looked at since I noticed oil in my driveway. Greg was honest enough to let me know the oil cap to the differential was left off and he was able to find it and put it back on - saving me a ton of money. Not to mention he stayed past the hours of operation of the location to make sure everything was taken care of and done properly. Greg was professional and handled the situation, as well as apologized for the previous manager who lost my oil cap and failed to inform me about it! Thanks Greg!Service: Oil change

I have had a bad experience with another oil change place recently and this location was a breath of fresh air. They were very professional throughout they greeted me in the parking lot while I was waiting and performed the safety checks to speed things up. They helped me get my hood latch fixed and showed me how to fix it in the future without any extra charge which was a lifesaver to me. Will return in the future and highly recommended this location to friends and family. Thanks again.

Went for oil change and they must ve not tightened down something properly bc I was out of oil in three days. Go back they said they were gonna re do it just to make sure but everything was tight now it s not leaking mysteriously but I also have a qt over what I should have in my engine now. Would not recommend for such an expensive oil change.Service: Oil change

Hey, I was recently at Valvoline, my wife and I have been going for a little over 5 years and the service I got from Stevens was definitely by far the best within the whole time I've been going to Valvoline! I recently got a new vehicle, when I came in they we're able to do a safety inspection while also doing some additional services that was needed with the oil change in a timely manner as well as educating myself about the vehicle! Greg I believe was the manager and he was awesome helping Stevens with all of the services I got. Fantastic service. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They did their best to try and get me the cheapest deal with the service I wanted. I would recommend everyone that is not using this service to do so. It is quick, easy, and the hours are convenient. Some of the other services like a serpentine belt change can be a bit pricey but it is worth it.

I go here regularly and haven't had a bad visit. Really friendly staff that communicates well with each other and customers, runs like a well-oiled machine. It's also really nice that they can scan the sticker and get all the information on my car and what updates are due for it.

Really, really, really, really, really, really slow. New staff maybe? Anyway, expect to wait 2+ hours for a standard oil change if you come here. They were averaging over 45 minutes per car, including for my standard oil change.
