Fantastic customer service! Had a tire that was leaking from the rim and even though I hadn't purchased the tires through Rodriguez, they took care of it in a timely and reasonably priced fashion. Brandon and Juan exhibited exemplary customer service, the mechanics got me in and out quickly, and the repair was fairly priced. My new go to place for anything tire related.

Had some issues with the service I received at first but what set them apart from most companies ive dealt with is they owned up to it and made sure I was aware they werent trying to screw me over and i believe them. Fair priced and Im falling asleep from my car ride home from how smoother the car is riding right now.

Amazing service! 5 stars doesn't even begin to explain how awesome these guys are! 1:30 pm tire blows out while driving 2:15 pm after changing the tire I arive at Rodriguez tire! 2:55 pm 4 new tires mounted, Installed and polished! Now I know it's not every day that you're going to pull into Rodriguez tire and they're going to have the exact size you need but they just happen to have them gave me the best deal I could find anywhere in town and by far and above the best service of any tire center or mechanic I've ever experienced Brandon and crew if I knew their names I would list them all bent over backwards to get me back on the road today thank you guys! Job well done!

I first started coming to Rodriguez about 10 years ago. since then I have recommend numerous friends and family members always good service and fair pricing . this is our go to spot for Tires and wheels . No high pressure sales at this shop which I personally like.Keep up the good work guys .Josh

Very satisfied with the service this place has provided. Brandon great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with some wheels and rims that I was unhappy with. He sent them off to be fixed kept in communication with me updating me and letting me know about repairs that were needed also making sure i had available appointment time for installation overall he made it a smooth process.

I ve been going to Rodriguez tire for over 6 years now, they have always done an amazing job mounting/ stretching my tires on brand new wheels. They now also mount an balance the tires on the wheels we custom make here at watercooledind located in Saugatuck. Also check out all our cast wheels on display in there lobby (: I recommend them to all our customers!

Rodriguez tire and wheel offers a great selection of brand name tires with incredibly competitive pricing. I was able to get my tires delivered on the expected date and put on my vehicle in no time. Unfortunately during my visit, some old equipment in my trunk was damaged and other stuff dirtied since the spare wasn't put back, but Edgar went out of his way to give me a small discount and make things right. I'll be coming back for any tire needs and I appreciate the honesty around this business.

I'd give this a 10 if I could. Had a flat tire so just needed a used tire. Went to Rodriguez and was very impressed. They were very friendly, quick and clean. Put my spare tire back for me better than the factory did. I was in and out very quickly and everyone in there was friendly and knowledgeable. I will only be coming here for my future tire needs. Thank you guys!

Best used tire prices in town. I drive in from out of town now to get my used tires there. All of the guys are professional and courteous. Facilities are clean. Seriously why would you go anywhere else!!

I took my girlfriends car here to get fixed, the fixed it over the weekend very quickly *BUT* when we got it back it broke down a few hours later, they were quick to fix the situation by sending a toe truck, AND fixing the problem at no extra cost, same day!We love Rodriquez tire and will always take our cars here, they have the best customer support and always fix the cars fast!

My son recommended Rodriquez knowing it was a very long drive for me to go there. He believed in the quality of service so much I decided to make the drive and I am so happy that I did! They ordered my tires which arrived the very next day and were approximately 200.00 cheaper than what my local chain tire dealer charged for the same tires. That chain also had a two week wait! I was in and out in under 45 minutes! Also these guys are professional and courteous....heck I would go as far as to say they are downright charming!

I love the people, atmosphere, prices, convenience, quality work in a very timely manner. They helped us get 4 tires on same day was out the door in 2 hours. When everyone in gr was booked til Xmas for tire installation

Needed my tires balanced because belle tire doesn t know what they re doing. I called Rodriguez Tire, they told me to bring it on in. Within less than an hour it was finished. Took it down the highway and the shaking in the steering was gone. They fixed the issue for $40, same day, & in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this place. Super polite & professional.

HUGE shout out to ya'll !!!! We are not from around here, but visiting. Before hitting the road for the our journey home, we noticed a screw in our tire and yall came to our rescue! We had a 10+ hour drive ahead of us and without hesitation you worked us in, patched our tire and got us on the road quickly. Thank you so much for your kindness and friendliness. We appreciate all of the employees here and would definitely recommend!!

Had a great experience with Rodriguez Tire. Got ahold of Brandon while I was in a pinch about tired being priced outrageously high. He gave me a price that I couldn t say no to. Got my car to the shop as soon as I could. And had the vehicle done in less than an hour. Thanks guys!!!

The best! Brandon was so helpful in helping me pick out tires and wheels that made my truck look so beautiful! Communication was great from start to finish. It was nice having the financing option as well. I m referring all my family and friends to go to Rodriguez Tire.

2021 Update: Still Amazing!! I remain a loyal customer to my Rodriguez Tire Team! Several years later I can say my review below hasn't changed! Just wanted to say Thank You Again & Blessings to this business!Thank You very much Rodriguez Team! Your entire service from start to finish is truly the best in town. I've had so many horrible experiences at other shops until I found you guys! It is refreshing & a much appreciated experience to FINALLY have TRUST, Quality work, AND at a fair price.It's rare to find auto repair businesses that seem to take great pride in consistent stellar results & service like you do. Please know that I can't say enough to praise the entire team, because it is clear that all of you are very skilled & professional....something I consider priceless, so Thank You!!To all considering service here: This is more then a tire shop... Super friendly, helpful, and efficient! They always get the work done the day you drop it off and have great prices. I've been here several times and have always been satisfied. Even when their spicy "master mechanic" threatens to beat you up, Mike takes good care of you.
