I've been here many times. I was getting tires from them back when they were located on Williams St. You will always get a fair price and good service. Hands down the place to go for tires.

I went in for all-weather tires. They were friendly, showed me what was in stock, explained the pricing, and had my new tires on in less than 30 minutes. Good people!

Woke up with an unexpected flat tire. Googled places who fix tires nearby and RHD popped up. Had a small window to get it fixed during lunch period. They got me in immediately, extremely friendly, found the issue, and got me back on the road within 20 minutes. Truly incredible experience and highly recommend them going forward!

had everything in stock, and other places were a week to a week and a half out. You have to have stock to keep the customers. Great job. I'm very happy with my new Michelins. Thank you.

Had an unexpected flat, the guys at RHD worked at night to get me situated and back in the road. They gave me several quotes and didn't try to sell me"up".Very professional ,quick and most importantvery good. I strongly recommend this company

Visiting from out of town and had issues with my tires. They took care of me right away, were great at explaining the cause of my issues and charged a very reasonable price for fixing it. Staff was very friendly and courteous, would definitely come again if I lived in the area, but will definitely recommend to friends and family who do live here.

As always, best experience as well as best availability! Don t just drive by!They got me in same day, saved me $130 got a great pair of tires and onto the road in less than an hour and a half.

Amazing service, and amazing staff. My family and I have gone to RHD for years and they do a fantastic job every time. The staff is very nice. They have a charging tower for phones and a water dispenser as well.

Great experience with RHD today. I sent them a request for a quote online, they replied very quickly the same day and with a great price. Very pleasant staff to deal with. Then when I got there for the installation it took less than 25 minutes from the time I walked in the door. Fantastic experience. The next time I need tires, they'll be from RHD.

EXTREMELY fast service. In and out in less than 30 min to have tires put on.I could not believe how fast. Without an appointment too!Great prices! Only 40$ to put on tires!Not sure how the tires purchased from them are priced though,but I can imagine they are very competitive based on install price. Was recommended by someone and I recommend them now too.

A good deal on tires (about Costco Prices). About a 20 minute wait to get 4 new tires. Friendly service. While I was in there, someone came back due to damage in a tire they had purchased a year ago. The owner said it was on the side of the tire and not repairable, but without prompting offered to replace it at cost. That level of customer service impressed me.I was happy with my experience and would recommend them to others.

Second to none tire service. Great pricing and easy to work with. Fast service as well. UPDATE 7/2/19, still the best, no one better, no one faster and they have quality guys. I made this mistake of using Discount because of a rebate RHD didn't have, I ended up with 3 damaged wheels on a 17 Silverado. Use RHD, they are real pros.Update 4/30/20, still the best in Grand Rapids. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from chain stores, use local pros like these

My wife was driving through Grand Rapids 2 1/2 hours from home and 2 1/2 hours to her destination when she struck a 2x4 in the road blowing out a front tire. The tow driver recommended RHD and she was back on the road within a couple hours of the incident, with 4 new tires (which were needed). RHD was great to work with and provided us with great service and prices in what could have been a bad situation.

These guys are great. They had the best price on a brand new tire for me, held it for us until we could get there, said it was no problem that we would be there right before closing, and got the tire all installed for us in a hurry! What a relief to get to go to a place like this after having an awful day of getting a flat tire.

First visit here, the mechanics were more professional than the office guys but overall they had great service. Front desk guy seemed arrogant about being more knowledgeable in tires than the average Joe.They were also unorganized..Nail in tire was removed and tire was patched in about 20 mins. Mechanic gave me the key and I asked if there was a charge and he had no idea. I could've just walked out and been on my way but waited on front desk employee and ended up paying $10.

These people were very nice. Got me a good price on a single tire with no fuss. In and out on a busy day in less than an hour. They seemed to be the shop of choice for a number of area businesses as well. A comforting vote of confidence for certain. 12/10 will come back.

They are nice and they are fast, but if you have trouble with a tire, they don't squeeze you in. Doesn't matter if it's your only car, they said it will be 2 weeks because the Fall is busy, so maybe you want to go somewhere else to get help!!! This after we've bought 3 sets of tires from them.

Very helpful, great deal on tires. When I had an issue with a manufacturers rebate they took care of it. When I picked up a nail in my tire they took care of it for me in a very quickly.Amazing customer service. Definitely going to buy tires here every time.

This place is right next to my work so I ve gone there a couple of times if I ve ever had tire issues. Both times I have gone I ve had extraordinary service! The staff are kind and welcoming when I first arrive they ask me for a description of my problem and they go check it out right away. I have never waited for longer than 20 minutes for them to come back and explain exactly what s going on in my tires. Both times I have gone it had been a relatively minor issue first I had a small leak that they were able to easily patch and second time my tire pressure had dropped due to the cold temperatures. Neither time was I charge for their services and both times I was in and out within an hour for total services. They always explain to me exactly why the issue happened to my tires and give me tips for how to avoid in the future. This place is going to be the first place I call if I ever need to get new tires because I would be happy to give them my business. I have never had a better experience at a shop that manages car maintenance services.

I very much appreciated their approach to pricing. You ask for tires, you get an out-the-door answer, no BS. They stock a huge selection and probably saved me over $100 on my last set of tires vs. other local options. The waiting room isn't great, but if you make an appointment the service is fast so you won't be there long enough to care.

Reliable service without the annoying upsell mentality of a lot of the bigger chains. RHD has always treated me right.
