I had six Michelin 275/80R22.5 XZE tires installed on my 2011 Monaco 40PBT by the professionals at Pomp s. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who handled the job with flawless precision. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish, surpassing all my expectations. What really stood out was the personal attention from the manager, who took the time to walk me out to my coach and meticulously explain the work that had been completed, even detailing the exact tire pressure set in each tire. It's evident that they value their customers and strive to provide top-notch service. I felt a genuine appreciation for my business. I highly recommend this company!

Brought my Jeep in to get a set of Goodyear tires installed. Everything went well until I left and found the right side of the vehicle vibrated significantly. Took it back and found one of the weights shifted, not an issue and they were put back in place.Week later the vibration started again. ignored it for about 3 months and finally went to Belle Tire to get it fixed. Multiple lugnuts were put on to the point they needed to use a 6' bar to take them off. The back right tire needed 3 lugnuts replaced and two which will need to be torched off since they won't come off.That's $45 plus an alignment I got thinking that might be the issue $144. and now I have to pay $75 at least to fix the stuck lug nut issue and then replace all of them on the vehicle due to them being near stripped because of this.No one else has touched the vehicle since they were put on.Update 7/18/23: No response from company via direct e-mail, this review, or through Goodyear. Ended up finally getting the two off by torch and replaced every other lugnut on the vehicle with new. Would avoid this company unless you want to spend 6 hours of time and about $300 to fix the damage.

Had all tires replaced and balanced. There were chairs to sit in and the building was air-conditioned. The service took about an hour and twenty minutes. The staff was nice and showed me where to pull in for the services.

Called in the morning asking how busy they were. Said bring him on in they d get to him in the afternoon. Needed 4 slack adjusters. Fast, easy to get along with and they did a great job. I did look at their reviews before calling and they lived up to our expectations. We would recommend.

Over 5 hours to complete a semi road service call when the truck was 15 minutes from their shop. Brought wrong tires first time out then told Penske who contracted them to do the service they were complete with the job well before they actually were.

Some positives and negative from pomps. Brought my Lincoln and Ford here, I needed new tires the Ford, and to put snow tires on the Lincoln. They did the work next day, and had the tires I couldn't find anywhere in stock. Now the negative. When they had my Lincoln, it came back with a broken hood ornament. When I called I was told they would ask the mechanics if anything had happened to it. I never heard back. I was suppose to keep my old tires for the Ford, but they did not give them back.

I constantly am using Pomp's Tire to take care of my truck fleet when they have a tire issue. I have never had an issue. When I call, my road service request ends with a "we will get it taken care of" You guys are great! Thank you for the amazing service.

I got a flat tire and called to get a replacement. Customer service was very helpful. Being a student, they were more than willing to work with my schedule and find time to replace the tire. They had the tire replaced in about 45 minutes. Very friendly staff.

I work here very knowledgeable place with not only tire but the mechanic is a awesome guy very kind and hard working to get the job done to customers satisfaction thank you AL and the staff at Pomo's

The service has dropped dramatically here, been using these guys since they took over from when it was rhonda tires. The new office staff don't seem to interested in helping out much.

I showed up with a flat tire not knowing they closed in 2 minutes. The staff were professional and kind, and helped me change the flat and put on my spare since the flat was ruined. I would recommend Pomp's to anyone! Thank you!

These guys are very efficient was there for about 30mins getting 2 truck tires replaced on my drives hassle free and were very professional

Used to be a friendly family owned business and when the new owners came in they promised it wouldn't change. Now almost a year later none of the original staff exist. They haven't even updated there staff on the website.
