I have only ever had a great experience at this store. In and out quickly with a fair price. The manager, Shain, is the most informative person when it comes to getting a service on my car. He knew my car well and went through the breakdown of everything they offer and recommend for my car specifically. I felt very well taken care of and not cheated out or sold to on things I didn t need.

The store manager, Scott Jackson was super friendly and inviting. He definitely makes me want to go back there and get my oil changed. I ve been there previously and just was not as inviting as he was he did a great job. He helped me out a lot thank you. Great job, Scott.

My husband and I were here today for the first time and had a great experience. The manager Shain was very helpful and friendly. We brought a car we pulled out of storage just for a check up and both him and Hue did a good job and gave us great customer service. Will definitely be coming back!

The guys here are cool. In and out service. Used my coupon without hassle. I was on a budget so I didn t care about the filter. They checked it anyhow and recommended a new one at the next oil change. I ve used Oil Changers consistently for the past 3 to 4 changes. Like everywhere there s a high turn over rate with employees so it s nice to see the same faces.

The guys were absolutely everything a company needs in today's environment. Difficult to find real quality help these days.They take the time to explain things w/o pressure of buying extras. People enjoy humor and that really solidified this review.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted with a smiling face. I am very impressed with Shane and Trevor on how they communicated everything to me, made me feel comfortable, and how fast they worked. They answers all my questions and I will 100% come back for all my future oil changes. Thanks!!

These guys were amazingDidn t have the size filter my car needed so called to their other locations to get it and drove all the way there no problem, very knowledgeable as I knew nothing about my new car they got it all set up oil , wipers etc Tim and Shain thank you for being amazing and keeping me on the road and little less clueless now ! Thanks guys for the amazing fast service will definitely come back thanks for the best first impression !

Great oil change place. Worked well as a team and communicated professionally.When my van was getting serviced, another car pulled into the bay wanting a few things looked at. The driver wasn t interested in paying for anything, but wanted them to look at his issue anyway. The team very courteously looked at his car and provided some advice. Even when the driver told them to hurry up their inspection (even though he wasn t paying them), the team responded professionally. Well done.

It was a slow day, so they took their time. Asked about oil type, they did an inspection of lights, fluids, etc and topped things off. The manager walked me through the inspection results. The oil change was shown on the stick. They asked if I wanted to do the other services. The only thing was that they didn't inflate my tires even though Im pretty sure I saw an air hose.

They are always super quick and very informative about what they find and what they recommend. I have always had a great experience with them and am thankful for mechanics that are transparent and great at what they do. They are definitely the number one oil changer I recommend to family and friends.

Stopped in for a quick oil change. Tim, the service tech, was quite knowledgeable, knew what we wanted, no pressure, got it done fast and friendly. Even helped with the odd quirks of my car and reseting the oil life. Had a few good laughs. Great service

Went there to get an oil change and the gentleman who attended me Shane was amazing. Not only did I not need an oil change at the moment he topped off all my fluids and recommended when I would need another oil change. Went and got a transmission drain and fill and they overfilled my trans yo where it was slipping lights were flashing and they did nothing just oh well we will take some of your. Trans fluid out but I'm they're not going to re do it the right way. That I paid for. Regional manager laughed in my face and only wanted to tell me I was living and was very unprofessional I will never bring any of my vehicle here nor do I recommend. Very unprofessional and I'm very unhappy with my overall experience.

Shain was awesome!! Came in for oil change but they said everything looked good so no need to do it yet. They still checked everything else to make sure I was good!! Will definitely be back!

I love Shain he s the best got me in and out fast and Changed my air filter which I have never done and it looked like something was living in my hood thanks to shain my car is running so much better and he even let me use his hotspot when I was in need.I have to say the best customer service I have ever had thank you and see you soon

Just left Oil Changers and they have a customer for life! Shain and Tim were so helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured like what you would expect from most oil change places. They made sure that my care was safe to get back on the road. I have a Ford Escape and normally travel across town to the dealership, but I'll be going to Oil Changers from now on! Stay away. Pulled in today and dude was sitting on a chair staring at me through the closed bay door. After a few minutes, I flashed my lights so he would open the bay door. He wasn't thrilled. I pull in to get an oil change. Before he does anything, he says he doesn't have my filter. No filters for a Ford 2.7 Ecoboost. Every other F150 on the road is a 2.7 Ecoboost. No need to stop someplace where the people don't want to work.
