I went in for an oil change and the manager Brandon was very friendly and helpful, pointed out a couple things my car needed and I got those done too. Brandon and his guys Daniel and Jordan were professional and quick, definitely coming back.

Jenison location meet the mike and mike team. Both were extremely professional went the extra mile to make sure my daughters van got the best treatment. Normally i just leave a review and move on. But i felt this extra mile needed their regional managers attention.

Typically I LOVE this place, gets me in and out, recommendations but never over sells me. This past week I had the worse experience and an contemplating not going back. I go here for the customer service aspect, I can change my own oil but why do it yourself when you get great customers service and great price. Last week the customer service was so so poor, not the young man working on my car he was fine, but the manager in was RUDE the intire time did not feel welcoming at all. They checked things I didn't asked to be checked and recommended I replace a part, going back to look threw my oil change papers we changed the same part less than a year so. Beyond mad, if Sean is not in I will be leaving and doing my own oil.

Very hit or miss. Got helpful advice there and decent prices first couple times, also have gotten condescended to for bringing my car in a little after the sticker said to. They can get a little intense and pushy. Getting more and more expensive too. Gonna look elsewhere. Or just do my own oil changes. They do somewhat inspect what they can and tell you what you may need to get fixed, so respect for that. Not the worst place by any means.

Got helped by one of the friendliest and most helpful service people I ve ever experienced, Jordan! He was so kind and explained everything to me perfectly to where I understood. Very quick and efficient, and so so kind. Would definitely recommend, and when you go, ask for Jordan!

Quality was lacking. Not quite as friendly as in the past. I asked if the air pressure in the tires were checked. The guy said yes. I watched the entire time and nobody checked my air pressure. Yet my bill said they were. Think I'll be going somewhere else.

Caleb was very knowledgeable and is part of why I was recommended to go to this specific location. My friends and family have gone here and recommended for me to go here for the great service and fair prices. I hate when an oil changing place tries to upsell on things you don't really need. I appreciate Caleb's fair analysis of what is needed, what can wait, and what my car doesn't need. I'll keep coming here as long as he works there.

Thanks Sean for the awesome service! Wow, I ve never learned about my car while getting my oil changed. Learned these guys can also help me better get to know my car and when it really needs things done to it. I ll be coming back to this location from now on, quick, convenient, and you just gotta love the people in here.

The most honest, nice, best oil change place out there! Todd goes above and beyond and then beyond that. We won't go anywhere else. The service can not be beat. 10 stars.

Went there to get my oil changed because they treated me great the first time and was glad I came back. The guys there are super nice and helpful and don't make you feel like they're trying to get you to buy something else for your car

Fantastic service. Always. Wont go anywhere else. Service is always fast, informative, and cost is good. Kids have also been treated to homemade cookies and ice cream before! I never go anywhere else anymore! I always have a piece of mind knowing that they've looked at all the fluids and checked everything out. Cheerful attitudes and a convenient location. They saved us money more than once when they found issues before they became a major problem. They helped us find a mysterious leak that we couldn't figure out ourselves. I'd recommend them to anyone. The peace of mind is everything!!!

Service guy unprofessional. He called me Bro like 5 times. I'm 54 years old. My name is Marcus not Bro. The car next to me he called him sir. The difference is he's white of course I'm black. You do the math.

This place is AMAZING! The staff are all very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done right and at a fair price. My friends and family also enjoy their job on their vehicles. This is a prime location that beckons you to come and visit! Did I mention that they top off fluids and check your tire pressure any time free of charge. The manager really helped me to understand and desire what is best for my car. Love the staff!!! Will not go anywhere they make sure you know exactly what is going on! Even took us under neither one time to show us! Thank you also for tightening bolts underneath that were coming off! The attention to detail here and care is what keeps us coming back! Thank you guys! #TopTier still going regularly as required!
