I've gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts a couple times now and would very much recommend it over other auto parts shops in the area! Their edge is that they provide more free services, such as (uncomplicated) replacements with purchase of certain items. They seem to always have at least one very knowledgeable staff member each shift. Today it was Jerry, who installed two different light bulbs I purchased. I can't overemphasize how much I appreciate him replacing those bulbs and having a positive attitude about it! Staff at other places will grumble about it for sure, especially on a cold day. But Jerry gave great insight and tips on top of providing great service.

"They have good service and they always have the parts I need. The staff are always extremely helpful, and will help you figure out, and even do a lot of things for you. It is nice to not have to get my hands dirty sometimes."**Says my husband, who is the one who actually shops here lol.**

Drove all the way from Muskegon because they didn t answer the phone just to see if they had a part that I needed that all the other stores said they did got in the store. Everyone is just standing around not doing anything so unprofessional.

I asked one of the employees what works good on brake dust and grime on rims. He said try 'Purple Power'.... I want to thank him for the great advice. I have wasted a lot of money over the years buying useless wheel cleaner. Purple Power is a Win in my book.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in for a small part, and Lily, the manager, went out of her way to help me try to find one that fit. The staff here are so helpful!! They have a great supply of parts and auto-related necessities.

Not to good. 65 year old woman who needed to replace the driver side mirror. I was depending on their knowledge and expertise. Got only part of what I needed for replacement. I had taken them to my car and showed them what I needed but they just weren t experienced. I specifically asked them to order all parts I needed. Asked them to look in their data base and I was assured I only needed what they ordered.Didn t come across as a team effort work environment. Reordered what I needed on Amazon. I was very disappointed.Everyone was very nice to work with but just having to try to get my parts at another place. Basically pay twice. Should have gone to Amazon to begin with. Try to shop locally.

I didn't know they did battery checks here they checked my battery but I knew it was most likely the alternator but they checked battery alternator and the startered after my battery indicator light came on there was girl and a guy and the guy was showing her how to do they both did a good job assessing the problem the best part was they guy said you don't wanna slam the hood so they close it it dosnt latch right away but I'm like you can slam the hood ots a 07 jeep it's been through worse but I really liked and appreciated that kind of respect thanks for the help guys

Horrible, tried calling of the work phone and some dude answered and he was just mumbling and talking super light so I asked him to speak up and he said one second then puts me on hold and I sat there for 10 minutes so I tried calling off my cell phone, same guy answered and I asked him my question again and then I got no answer back it just sat there quiet for 4 minutes so I hung up and have been trying to call back multiple times and now they just won t answer. HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER be using O Reillys for my business again.

Tried to call the store 4 or 5 times throughout the day and nobody answered the phone. Went to the store and Jerry was very rude when dealing with me and my husband. Definitely won't do business with this store again.

Not a bad company but definitely need allot of work. . I was getting my vehicle fixed at my mechanics and overheard my mechanic on the phone and heard O Reilly s employees tell my mechanic they were to busy to get parts to him that were for my vehicle.As a business owner I know that customers come first especially continued customer.O Reilly I am very disappointed in the example you guys set as your nameDo not go to O Reilly on 28th st and 131, the worst service ever.

Brandon Carpenter is pretty cool dude. He was the only one working when i walked in with few customers in front of me. He handled really well, got me the parts i need. It's like he knows which parts would choose.. i like this guy good vibe.

Stopped in to have check engine light checked. When I told them I was leaving in a few days for a 12 hour trip home they said nothing major and if the car started running rough to come back in and they would get me to a good mechanic. These guys are always great. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Came to get a gasket ,I'm the second one in the line of this guy I've been waiting for at least 10 minutes then there's is a lady on the line next to me which is the second of that line and the guy in the black Detroit hat wich is supposed to call me since I'm the next in line and he calls the second person in line of the other line, like does he attend people by priority or by order? I needed something simple that wouldn't take more than 3 minutes to complete and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes? I come here all the time ,have a mechanic account and is the first time this happens and more with a store full,plus he didn't even know what he was selling to the customers in front of me . I took it nice and wasn't mean but that's not how it's supposed to work.

This is a pretty busy location, at least, when I stopped by. However, they have inventory that other stores do not have, which I appreciate. There were a couple of associates there that day. One guy was not very sharp, but a young lady named Sky seemed to really know her stuff.

Seems like a decent spot but the line is always crazy long. The last three or four times I ve been there. I ve walked out because the wait was longer than 30 minutes.

We went there for breaks and we were there over an hour. The woman that was helping us was new, I don't have any complaints about her she was doing her best but she wasn't trained properly. She was asking other employees for help, they would start to help her then walk away or just brush her off, leaving her standing there asking questions. She should have had someone there to help her, it was her first week. They had done a price match we paid the price for the cheapest brakes and walked out with the most expensive, because it took so long.

I needed a basic gas line and the guy went in the back to cut what I needed and sold me the more expensive gasoline that I didn t need. I felt like I had to buy it because he already cut it. I looked up prices and decided to try to return it and get the cheaper one. They refused to return it and wouldn t do anything for me so I give them a one star. Guy was helpful but had no grace for this sale or my real need of a cheap gas line. He should have told me my options before cutting the hose. I would have went with the cheaper hose.

This store is my one stop auto parts store. They also offer rental tools. English and Spanish clerks. They however do get busy so you may have to wait in line. Brandon I think is the guy who helped me with rotors and brake pads. Thanks
