**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.

I brought my 3 piece sprinter drive shaft to them to balance it, they had it back next day and it's butter smooth through the whole range. Thank you all! Very friendly and thorough, go here you won't be disappointed

Great people to deal with. The owner was awesome, he showed us around while they swapped everything over on the transmission we ended up having to buy. They made a really bad day quite a bit better. Will definitely keep using them!

My son's car had a blown out tire in thier parking lot, he nor I were sure how to use the jack properly to put on the spare tire... An employee walked out, I said excuse me, the employee ignored me and closed the gate of the shop... Then a few minutes later walked by again to go back inside another part of the building. clearly we needed help with his car broke down in thier parking lot and the guy blatantly ignored me.... I will never come or recommend this establishment to anyone. Incredibly disappointed with the employees sense of integrity and lack of compassion.

I came here as a contractor on a service call. Right off the bat got a real good vibe with how the place was handled and how they treated us, as well as customers. If I ever need any truck parts, I am going to Neal's.

They like to sell cheap Chinese knock offs.. Make sure your getting quality parts! I went there to pick up a pair of brake chambers. The guy comes back with these Chinese ones you can tell were absolutely crap.I said, no.. I want American made. Just like the one I brought in. I actually started heading out the door before he reluctantly went back and returned with what I wanted.He acted like I was insulting him or something! I won't be shopping for parts here anymore.

Had a driveshaft built back in May. They do good work and stand behind their work.I plan on coming back if I need any driveline parts or anything else they supply.

Had new drive shaft made at Neal's only lasted 700 miles took shaft to different shop they said it was Chinese slip yoke

Brought my driveshaft in on a Saturday morning and It was done in a couple of hours. Was recommended by B&R Auto Services to talk to Gary and they did a great job.

Run away as fast as you can. They claim to rebuild transmissions, but all they really do is clean them up, spray a little paint on them,and then sell them to you for top dollar. Then when you only get less than 80,000 miles on one they say oh well, bring it back to us so we can see what when wrong. Kind of tough when you are sitting in Cheyenne Wyoming with no trans.....
