Great service. Dealing with Emily was a great experience also. Didn t speak with Tony, the tech who did the work, but so far fixed right the first time.

This is one of the best dealerships I've been to. The customer service is outstanding. I regrettably didn't get the service writer's name who worked with us, but she was wonderful about constantly keeping us updated and explaining everything that was being done with the truck thoroughly.They pulled my truck into the shop the day I arrived, which was incredible and unexpected, and diagnosed the issue quickly. It was fixed in two days. The staff were transparent throughout the process and explained the problem with the truck in a way that I could easily understand. I was back on the road much sooner than I'd initially expected!

Someone in a van was riding my tail (truck in front of me was going a little slow) and passed in a no pass zone, also didn t use any signals when turning. Happened at 2:45 up on Pine Island Drive today. I had a toddler in my car, we don t need anymore impatient, unsafe drivers on the road.

Great service. Everything was completed in a timely matter. Would recommend this location to other carriers. I love love love the hours of operation from 6 am. The only downside is the inability to process credit card payments over the phone. I would recommend using the CC authorization form via email or setting up an online payment portal.

A huge THANK YOU, to Adam in service! One of our trucks had a couple lights pop up on the dash. Knowing our truck couldn't be down for an extended amount of time he got the truck right in! The communication was great, the work was thorough and very detail oriented! Our truck was repaired in a very timely matter! If we need anything in the future, we will be back!

I would like to thank Austin for such great work and helping me help my customer. Not all dealers will take the time to work aftermarket repair facilities and help us help their customers. Austin was great to work with to get our mutual customer the best results for them. I highly recommend them because the customer is the one they care about, even if they are at another shop.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION....I understand things happen, but when "management" does nothing to rectify a situation, you will no longer have my trust, business or the business of anyone I know. The "higher ups" seemed very unintelligent, arrogant and unaware of daily happenings. NOT a good look for the company as a whole!! This location has gone down hill...Stay away....

AC was acting up and I was under a load. With little time to play around with, they instantly figured it out and did a repair. Pretty awesome service!

Love this place!! First time here and I ll definitely be back if I m in the area. If your a owner operator they treat you like their biggest customer! Especially Austin, welcomed me like he s know me for years. I highly recommend dealing with him and the service department over any dealer in the country. Thank you guys for your help!

I was there few times and spent about $20k, just happened this week. every time I dropped my truck there to repair, there s always something extra that they re tries charged me. And the first shift shop force man, technicians including shop manager ( Jonathan). They re not really knows what are they doing? Unorganized, rudely, disrespectful. More importantly the labor rate keep going up lot higher than any places else. I am not the only one aware of this I have been talk to my others drivers fellas, we re all agree about this shop. So with that being said is I am NOT going to bring truck there AGAIN period!!!!

The worst customer service that I have ever received. Purchased a used plow truck from them. They said it was a great deal. We live an hour away from Grand Rapids and did not even make it home with it before it overheated. Anti freeze in the oil. Have to overhaul the engine. Have made numerous calls to them and their response is "you purchased it as is" . I understand the "as is" but I expected it to last longer than an hour. Beware if you purchase used equipment from here. They do not stand behind their products.

While on a long distnace tow, one of our trucks had a check engine light come on. Being 9 hrs from our shop with an issue like this is a real pain as you can imagine. Our driver brought the truck to JX Truck Center without an appointment and Jonathan got it in immediately. After diagnosing the issue, Shane was able to make the necessarry repairs. Furthermore, they did this by staying late the day before a holiday. The service they provided to us was second to none and is greatly appreciated. Big thanks to Shane and Jonathan for getting our truck fixed in such a fast manor allowing us to get back without any issues.

Came in with an active brake fault on my 2019 Pete 389. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. To my delight, they also examined the truck and pointed out some other problems I was not aware of - I authorized all that work and it was immediately performed. I then mentioned that I was going to have to go to a TA or Speefco to get a PM and the service advisor asked what I pay. I told him and turns out JX's price wasn't that much more (to my surprise) so I authorized the PM. During the PM, the mechanic discovered a transmission line oil leak. This was repaired by 0900 the next morning. That mechanic saved my transmission! TA & Speedco would not have caught this issue. I will be back!

I work at a local refuse hauler and just started to help the fleet division. One of my jobs is to call our vendors to get an update on our trucks. Austin here at JX is TOP NOTCH. He is informative, kind, patient (due to my lack of main knowledge), quick, responsive, and just an ABSOLUTE JOY to work with!!! There have been a few jobs that he has ensured to prioritize so my customers are successfully serviced!!! THANK YOU AUSTIN!!!!!

They were slow to diagnose and even slower to ring me up/sell me the parts. If you can go to another Pete shop it is worth it to go somewhere else. Putting a damper on a truckers time is poor customer service and disrespectful. Time is money and you won t be getting mine again.

Fixed the issue correctly ( so, already ahead of 90% of the dealerships I've been to.) And done before predicted.The only thing I didn't really like was that I was not filled in on what was done or called the day it was finished.

First time went in was Tom an he was great !! .. Then went in around 10:29 Gentleman named Ryan was very abrupt and rude to us. With this service will try and find another Peterbuilt store to purchase parts from.If wasn't for Tom that waited in us the first time this would been a worse. He came in the last part of the transaction and took over. If you work in service department you shpuld be nice no matter what !!!!!

company called emergency fix for maybe 20mins to replace a bracket that broke off the battery. stood in lobby at service desk for 15mins. still no one. have a load on and they dont seem to care. will change rating when i am helped if i am helped.

WARNING: DO NOT ALLOW THESE TO TOUCH YOUR TRUCK!!!They are Straight Crooks! ! They will hang up in your head!! I understand that your going to pay a premium price when you take your truck to the dealer, but these guys are ridiculously over priced !!!

Never had a good experience with this place. Complete waste of time for a simple part, showed them a pic & told them where it goes but he couldn t figure it out. All the other are just standing around, instead stepping in for help they would rather stand around & Chit chat. Never going back
