Came back to my parking spot in a PUBLIC parking lot to find a note on my car from Jasper Engines and Transmissions. They very unprofessionally complained that my car was "blocking their inventory" and to "think next time". I park my car in the edge of the parking lot closest to my work location to purposefully be out of the middle of the lot. If this public parking lot was reserved or any other situation where Jasper Engines and Transmissions was justified in leaving a rude and frankly childish note on my vehicle, then id love to know and I will rescind this review. Otherwise, I can see why they're at a 3 star review. If this wasn't left by Jasper Engines and Transmissions and the note was from someone unassociated, please let me know, otherwise, thanks for leaving contact info.

We were a Jasper engine installer. Jasper does not stand behind their warranties as stated. We had a few Jasper engine issues over the years, but the final straw was two bad Jasper engines that failed within a couple weeks the 3rd one we installed made it more than 2 weeks and currently running okay. Jasper would not honor labor warranty.I do not recommend Jasper!

Installed a 6.9 in a truck, under 3000 miles it rattled and smoked, 2 days of diagnosing they said they would cover 4 hours for 30$ an hour less than our shop rate. Replaced injection pump, made the problem worse. We rebuilt the original pump, ran a little better, but still knocked. They wanted us to diagnose more with little to no compensation. We gave it back to customer told them to run it til it blows.

Jasper will not stand behind there 68rfe transmission was in my truck for 6 months with 8600 miles on it don't recommend them why offer a Warranty if you don't stand behind it Keviny sales representative won't even call us back IT SHOULD BE ZORE STARES
