I had a last minute tyre situation and needed a new one mounted . The service dept jumped on it and got the job done quickly.The detailing I had done to my bike .....it's never looked so good!

Do not use fox powersports mechanical service. Unless you want your bolts coming back cracked scuffed and striped. My bike sat in the shop for a month waiting to be touched, then was never contacted when it was finished. Had plastics flying off on the highway because they were imporoply tightened.

Great bunch of guys in the parts department., knowledgeable and friendly, and usually have your parts in stock.

There with my 5 year old to buy a quad and waited over 30 minutes looking at quads and not a single sales person attempted to help. Had the same issue a year ago when I was trying to buy a Honda pioneer. Ended up buying both things from village which is twice the distance from my house but atkeast willing to talk to me.

The industry is hurting and it's pretty clear from the selection right now but Fox is doing a pretty darn job of keeping the floor full somehow anyway. I have to give a thanks to my wife's favorite gear lady Lexi too. She knows her stuff and has been extremely helpful every time we've gone to see her. Having a woman's perspective on riding gear has been very helpful for my wife as well. Every one of Lexi's recommendations have been hits in the long run too. (For me as well). The amount of time it takes at the parts counter for items that you think would be a quick in and out can be frustrating though. That's the only reason for 4 stars.

Above and beyond service from sales rep Brandon Slomp and the whole service department. My brand new (as of February) motorcycle stopped accelerating on my way to work. They picked it up off the side of M21 and took it back to the shop to run some tests. They had to keep it for a couple days because they were busy, but they fixed what needed fixed and I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

So not go here, they over charged me on my parts vs what was on the website and over filled my oil by 6 floz and told me it was ok when it's not, they take on jobs that they don't do n charge u for it, the manager is a joke and so is there service writer

Went in to pick up our bikes from service. They promised that they would be done by Friday and they were. Chris you are great

Walked in and received no help at all, I was there for 45 minutes and no one came up to talk to me or ask if I needed any help, so I just left without speaking to anyone about a motorcycle.
