Customer service rocked, absolutely amazing selection of bikes and gear and they didn t care i took about a billion pictures of everything. Great atmosphere, great people.(Also shout out to Noah H, was a great help at the counter/with check out)

I just purchased a Can Am Spyder and had a wonderful experience. Ozzy took time with us explaining everything about the bike. Brittany was through with the paperwork. Then went to look at helmets and Tammy was very helpful.

What an easy experience! Went in to buy gear for riding my first bike. It s been a long time since I ve been on two wheels! Troy and Tim were super knowledgeable and fun to talk to! They helped me get everything I need to be able to ride this summer. Thanks guys!

Will Root made it a very easy, fun and stress free process from the day he called to let me know about a bike I'd been searching for coming in, to helping us get it loaded and secured on the trailer ready to take home!I had a few friends who had purchased from Fox Powersports prior and I was introduced to Will before my search began. It was a short amount of time between it being a thought to a reality and I was thankful for the opportunity to have had Will through this process.They were able to get me financed for cheaper than where I currently have my auto loan! They took care of everything!I highly recommend Fox Powersports

Best part of working with Fox is Ozzy in sales. He s friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Zero pressure!He rides and owns several bikes. He gets it. Especially if you re looking for ADV, dirt, or sport bikes - Ozzy is your guy. If everyone at Fox cared about the customer like Ozzy cares for the customer- they would really set themselves apart. I ve referred several people who share in this experience.

Very amazing job they did for me!!!! If you are looking for any riding equipment talk to Troy!!! And my salesman Dan was awesome!! Dan took the time to help me at almost closing time and Troy helped me with my riding equipment. A+ Work, will be back because of them.

Once again Will and the team at Fox Powersports went above and beyond! We love doing business with them. We feel as though they roll the red carpet out as soon as we walk in the door! If there s ever an issue Will is on it and has a fix for us within minutes! He knows the business! Britney in finance was a true pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality! I only leave reviews if I think a business is outstanding and Fox is definitely worthy of a 5-star review from us!

I very much enjoyed working with Will and Brittney on securing my motorcycle for the 2024 season. They were very knowledgeable, didn't try to oversell me on anything, and were very willing to work with me to find the best deal possible for me.I also was able to work with Noah to get myself some updated gear! I very much appreciated him taking the time to walk me through some of the new safety specs and what my next gear should be. Both my jacket and helmet were out of stock, but he was more than happy to get me setup with a ship to store option.Very much highly recommend Fox especially if you have achance to work with any of these individuals .Thanks y'all!!

I would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't scratched my rim in two places and improperly installed the safety pins while mounting my new motorcycle tire. I guess it's a bit of a trade off as they did notify me of a coolant leak and tho I'm very appreciative needless to say I'll be installing my next tire. I don't blame them I blame myself for thinking they would treat my bike better than I do.

Absolutely amazing place. They have many choices for Aprilia, Ducati, Triumph, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Harley, and Can-Am. Heck, they even have a Starbucks inside. They have helmets, gloves, boots, and jackets. Marc Walkowski was very knowledgeable about the bikes that I was interested in. Andrew helped me find some helmets that fit me well, though I wasn't able to find the color I wanted. They were very kind and helpful. Overall, my visit was fantastic, and I hope to be back soon.

Charles (CJ) Johnson is the best! He took the time to listen and get me onto a bike that matched my skill level and took the time to explain why vs just selling me what I wanted . As an added bonus, he even convinced the Mrs. to let me buy new! Excellent customer service and I will be back for my next purchase(s). Thank you CJ!!The accessories staff also was fantastic!

I ve had a great experience each time I ve been here. The staff was friendly and helpful, never pressuring me for time or to purchase something I wasn t sure about. Today Noah spent nearly an hour helping me pick and size a helmet, boots and pants, so shout out to him! They carry a huge stock of helmets and apparel, and an amazing collection of euro/Japanese/US bikes. Will be back any time I need something bike-related. Great shop!

Great kids and adult helmet selection. Troy Vanhooren helped my son and I get a helmet for him. He was wonderful at helping him get fitted for the correct size and even set us up with goggles too. Troy was very kind and welcoming. Great job

Having been a Fox Powersports customer since 2012, I can say it's impressive how they just keep upping their game. Ozzy has been my go-to powersports guy for years. He never lets me down and is a wealth of knowledge. He has done an excellent job over the years of helping me make the right decision on whichever unit I should purchase and of getting me a fair deal. The whole crew at Fox, the service department, to Justin in parts, to Stephanie at the helm, has been a pleasure to do business with. And with the special events and watch parties at the store, it really feels like a friends group. Thank you to the whole crew.

Ordered parts via internet. Received email order received.. Waited 15 days for notification of parts availability and a shipping tracking number. Didn't get either. Emailed them and learned parts not sent and per my request I cancelled the order. Ordered parts from another vender. Before the end of the day I was notified parts were in stock and the next day they were shipped. Received parts four days latter.

I visited Fox powersports Saturday morning, September 23rd and purchased a new set of skis for my sled. I was also looking for a new Triton snowmobile trailer. The salesperson I worked with on the trailer was incredibly rude the whole time. He may have been having a bad day, but it's no excuse to treat your customers poorly. The trailer was not as described online or by the sales person initially. It was a "new" trailer that was being used by the dealership to transport snowmobiles. However, it was not a new condition. The trailer deck had been damaged by driving sleds in and out of it and some of the trim was hanging from the ceiling of the trailer. This would have been ok if he had been upfront with us about it, but the whole time he made us feel dumb about asking why it wasn't in new condition. He seemed inconvenienced the entire time and told us just to look elsewhere because he wasn't at all interested in dealing with us. Parts counter staff was top notch, but the salesman ruined the entire experience. Won't be back. Willing to provide more details on my experience if you reach out!

Will Root is an outstanding Salesman and fellow bike enthusiast. He walked me through the whole bike and made sure I was comfortable before the test ride. 10/10, 5 stars, I will personally recommend anyone I know to Will Root and Fox Powersports for their next bike purchase. Absolutely fantastic experience, and fantastic team!!
