Bought my tires in Georgia firestone. Went in for a tire to be replace and wheel liniment. Replaced my tire and wheel liniment was done even tho I had a wheel bearing loose and didn't have to pay. They also decided to money with the motor of the car and removed the radiator cap so my car could over heat which it did tow it back and they told me even tho I have paperwork they checked saying they did it they say it wasn't them and it my problem. Perfectly good challenger with no check engine light

On my way to church on a Sunday morning and my tire sprang a leak. Googled tires and the ONLY one open. THANK YOU! Ernesto was awesome he took great care of me and my truck.The service was quick, easy, and professional. Took the time to explain what he was going to do and made sure I understood, not condescending like other mechanics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this PLACE. New Tire shop!!!!!!!!!!

I normally use the East Beltline location... even tho this ( store 010251) location is closer to my home. The reason is that I used this location for years... with some type of issue.. almost every time.To me, the customer service wasn't up to par. So , many years ago, I switched locations.I was initially irritated that I couldn't get an appointment with my choice of the beltline store.I looked at the wyoming store's appointments... and they were able to get me in for a wheel bearing and an alignment.So I booked the appointment and to my surprise.... the customer service was awesome!The Mgr, Jason Buchanan, is just one of those people 6 seem as though God sent him to take care of just you.When he spoke, he would be so respectful.... "Yes ma'am, no ma'am... yes, sir, no sir.... of course, sir..." He put everyone he dealt with at ease. Was very knowledgeable and had an answer for everyone's questions.He extended this behavior to EVERYONE he spoke to... customers, insurance agents, and his coworkers. It was refreshing.When I walked into the store , I had expected to have poor service.... but I was blown away at how he changed my opinion about this location!It's not about just getting tires or getting your car fixed... it's about customer service to me. Let's face it, there's many places to choose from...But if this location can keep up this new effort... I'll definitely be coming back!If you choose to go here, you'll probably meet Jason... and you'll be glad you did!

Completely forgot to do my car when I left my vehicle there. Customer service is terrible. Sat in the lobby for 10 minutes without being aknowledged. Had to come back a second time because they didn t fix the issue. Would not recommend!

I got a good deal on tires. However, I was given a higher price when I got there than what was told to me over the phone just 24 hours earlier. Took 2 and a 1/2 hours to change 4 tires. I don't think I will return. There is far too much competition out there to settle.

Driving to work, I received a nail in my tire I put the spare on myself, and stop at Firestone. It was a Sat and they were slammed. I knew it would be a wait. The manager came to my rescue he took care of everything real quick, and had me back on the road in no time! Great Service! Harvey Firestone would be proud!

I went in today to get my tires replaced and my brakes changed. My appointment was scheduled for later in the day per my request. After my tires were removed it was found that there was an error on my appointment slip and my tires are not the kind that are readily stocked. As a nurse I rely heavily on my vehicle to get me to my patient's houses all over the Grand Rapids area and I have work in the morning so I could not leave my car there overnight. They ended up working past closing so that tires could be brought from another location so that I would still be able to make it to my home visits tomorrow. During the whole process Ernesto kept me well informed and called me with multiple updates. He was so helpful. I appreciate that he, and the team he works with, understood my predicament. They graciously offered to stay and finish the work on my car even though I didn't ask them too, and the error with my appointment information was not at all their fault. I am so grateful for the awesome customer service I received from both him and the mechanics that worked on my car. Thank you!!! 100% would recommend.Services: Tires, Brakes

I had an appt at 10am for tire install and alignment, was told it would be 2-3 hrs. It was completed 7 1/2 hrs later. Was also charged $20 to recycle my tires when I kept them.

These guys are the Best. I got a flat tire about a mile away from their shop. It was raining pretty good. They pulled my truck in, struggled to get the rod for lowering the tire smfir some time. They put my spare on, and thanked me for stopping in. No charge. I was so grateful for this act of really good kindness and business

Ernesto Rodriguez was amazing! I'll be totally transparent, I hate going to anything mechanical/car wise without my husband, due to past experiences of being taken advantage of.My husband had to work and I needed to get 2 new tires and my last year's all season tires put on and my snow tires taken off. I called and told Ernesto my predicament. He had a wonderful personality and attitude on the phone; the moment I said I have some questions. He told me I could stop on in today and I let him know I had a nail appointment in a few hours and maybe it'd be better for me to come afterwards. He assured me he'd have me in and out and would inspect my last year's all season tires to see if they were still good.I got there, met Ernesto, he inspected my tires, (they were still good) got me two new all season tires (for a great price) for the front of my car in just about an hour. I also told Ernesto that I think I may have some suspension issues and when he was done with my car he let me know what issues were going on. He was wonderful, polite, and had a great personality all while the phone rang AT LEAST 10 times and 4 people walked in. Ernesto handled it all with such a great attitude!!!I should add, all the staff there that I saw were also very pleasant. I will come here for future tire inquiries/services!!!

Came to Firestone today with a nail and screw in my tire. Nich was the man at another Firestone location and was now at this one. Was great to see him. He helped me in the past with service and new tire purchases as well. They were slammed busy, as to be expected. He made a call for me and organized a fast efficient way to get it repaired at another location. Great customer service as always and great team work on both Firestone locations part. In and out in 1 hour.

Ernesto and the team at this location were amazing! They were able to fit me in for a same day tire replacement and made sure I knew all of my options of price point and quality of tire. The atmosphere was also fun seeing engagement with customers as well as professional. I highly recommend coming here and I will be returning for my brakes to be replaced. Thank you again!!

Ernesto was very empathetic, had genuine concern and emergency to resolve our tire problem and get us back on the road amidst their busy schedule. It was clear that he cares about people and does what is in his power to help you out. We need more people like him in the world. Thank you Ernesto

I've been going to firestone for years, but they recently broke my trust. I took my car in for brake pads and tires. I specifically told them just to change the pads, not the rotors, even though they insisted I said NO. I got a call that my car was ready, so I went to pick it up. Ernesto at the service desk in the middle of trying to reapply for my credit card was like "by the way they broke your rotor, so we replaced it at no charge" and had come back the next morning because he couldn't figure out what was going on with my account. When I went again the next morning, Ernesto had called off. I requested my old parts back since I have the legal right, so Nick went looking for them but couldn't find them. He called Ernesto, but he didn't answer. Called Miguel, the guy that did the work in my car and broke the rotor, and he said he put them in the trash bin but the parts were not there. He looked everywhere and parts were gone. Nick was nice and reapply for my credit card with no problem. The manager (Logan) was not in that day, so I called him the next day because I wanted an explanation. Per his statement, Ernesto took the parts out of the trash bin and was goofing around then placed them somewhere outside before he closed the store so the parts disappeared. I honestly don't buy that story. THEY STOLE MY PARTS. They were original parts. So they replaced them with cheap rotors. I don't trust these people anymore.

I just moved to Michigan, and I always go to Firestone. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received today. Ernesto and Bryce took care of me, they were very customer service oriented, and their consistency was noted noted with the way they treated every other customer I saw while I was waiting for my service to be completed. Ernesto even brought me out to my vehicle to show me a few things, and I never felt pressured. It was just good to know I was being taken care of. Thanks, I'll be back.

While visiting family in Grand Rapids I experienced a flat tire. I called this Firestone location and Ernesto assured me that if I came in early the next day he'd fit me into their busy schedule and have me out as quickly as possible. I got there at 7:55am and he had me out by 8 30am. That was awesome service!Service: TiresService: Tires

I was so thankful to locate this business! My daughter had a nail in the tread of her tire and it was leaking fast....I was able to fill it with my air compressor and Firestone Auto Care was the only place open on Sunday afternoon. The guys were super friendly and helpful......got us right in.....fixed the leak, put air in all 4 of her tires...cleared out the 'warning' light and sent us on our way free of charge! Very Thankful to the whole crew and I will be back! 5 *****'s!Service: Tires

Had a Appointment at 11 but came in a hour early due to it being a walk in day. The front desk rep was alone with one person in the back and a lobby with one customer. Ernesto explained he had two cars in front but could get me in and out in less then 15. As promised I left out 12 min later with 3 more customers arriving in that time. But only 1 was asked to check back in a hour. Great customer service, quick, honest, dependable, and respectful of my time.Service: Oil change

I made an appointment for my daughter to get new tires. Ernesto was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was that my daughter had to wait an hour past her appointment time before they could get her car in. Except for that, the service was good.

I was going to purchase a used car and took it in to have them go over everything for me, they re very thorough and super friendly! I will definitely go back over and over again and would gladly recommend to anyone and everyone to go there!! A big thanks to Miguel and Bryce for the wonderful experience I had! By the way they saved me from making an expensive mistake.

I sent my boyfriend to go get my breaks checked I set the appointment for 2pm and he didnt leave till 4:30 pm it should not take that long to check breaks they also sent him back with a $800+ estimate and stripped out a stud and said i don't know how it happened and sent him out with only 4 Lug nuts and didn't put 5th and stripped a couple other lug nuts so now i can't get the tire off and didnt tighted some of the lugs and i could loosen them with just my fingers.

Bryce was accommodating and helpful to my situation, making sure I was well-cared for as a client. I was in quite a pickle, but he worked with me on my situation, and offered to make it work on several levels. I appreciate him and the mechanic going the extra mile -- even when it meant working past closing time. I will definitely be back, and referring my friends and family to this Firestone location, where clients are treated as people and cared for!Service: Wheel alignment

Had a slow leak due to a small puncture in my tire and needed a patch. Ernesto got my car in for service, was fast and efficient and got me back on the road in a half hour. I will continue to take my car here for service. If you need anything go to Ernesto.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in for a vehicle inspection as always. I was told my car had absolutely no issues with it. Went and got a second opinion and I had a coolant leak, but yet I was told by Firestone that there was absolutely no issues. I didn t even see them work on my car and don t trust that they did a good job. I saw the worker open the hood and then sat on the front end of my car talking to a buddy. Raised the car up and put it right back down. I don t trust the employees here.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Horrible experience.First, i told them I had leaking brakes lines and needed them replaced. They charged an inspection fee and decided to inspect the whole car. Just to tell me that what I suspected was true.Then, upon Inspection 20 other things are wrong with my car. And it's deemed dangerous to drive. They had an estimate ready before they called me for all services not requested!!!.HahaI told them to only fixed brake lines. Do not worry about my nothing else. One of the mechanics felt salty and told me "good luck". Which now I deemed as a threat!Fast forward, few months later and my brake lines are leaking again! I will never come back to this establishment. Scammers and sh1tty mechanics! And do not try to contact me or reply to this review wanting to discuss the matter. I don't negotiate with thieves!Contact my lawyer. He will be calling soon . Good luck!

They lied to me from the get go. They didn't listen to what I told them. They said they called a couple of times and left a message but never received a call or message. Told them I need my vehicle for work the next day, they said they were open till 6 so I could pick up my keys if I needed to. Called after 5 no answer, drove up there at 5:30, well they were closed. Had to miss a days work. Avoid this shop.

Terrible experience here, please don t go! I had them replace my brake pads and as soon as I left the shop and drove away my brakes were squeaking and I had another sound that sounded like a high pitch washing machine. Called them and they couldn t get me in again to look at it for two weeks. I took my car into another mechanic who was shocked to find the new brake pad not even connected and rattling around in my car. Not only was this extremely unsafe but also careless and cost me more money to get it installed correctly. I am very lucky that I drove almost a week without any accidents but do not go here, I d give them zero stars if I could, totally unsafe and your gambling with your safety by going here.

I was having a rough morning and didn't get confirmation on my appointment but Ernesto not only took care of everything and was able to slot me in right away but made my day better with his positive attitude and humor.
