I trust them more than I've ever trusted an auto place before. They're always very honest about what services are needed and which ones can wait. I always feel confident that they won't sell me something I don't need.

They claimed they couldn t do an alignment on my car cause something to do with bent parts. Tried to charge me $400 to fix nothing. Because I just had work done with my trusted family mechanic, I knew the guy at the shop was lying. Went to Alpine Tire a day later and they did my alignment no problem! Be careful for the ones who try to scam ya for a bigger paycheck!

As a female I will never go anywhere else. It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics now a days but these guys are straight to the point. They look out for your best interest and have fair pricing. Always a pleasant experience here!

The Owner and his team are the best around and always help me out. I had a piece a metal stuck in my tire and one of the guys was able to get it out with no problem at all. When I went inside to pay they said no charge your good. I'll be buying donuts for these guys on Monday! Thanks again!Service: TiresService: Tires

My mama got her car worked on here. They were upfront and honest. They told us it would be an hour and a half. It ended up taking longer, and they shaved some money off the price. That was kind. Overall, friendly staff and great service!

Extremely knowledgeable, and care about the customers and did not up charge me on unneeded services.Referred to them to get tires replaced. They quoted me with the most practical tires for my car with out only quoting me with the highest end tires.And got my exhaust fixed/ repaired the area that had a crack. Other shops were quoting me to replace my whole exhaust. Where they were able to diagnose the area with the crack and fix that area.Love the service & will return again!Services: Exhaust, Tires

Absolutely amazing. I have been to other shops with good reviews. However none have lived up to auto one. We were very happy with their service and were able to get us in quickly. Another shop quoted a bunch of work that was not needed and Eagle One was very honest and only quoted the necessary work. That honestly will win our business every time. Thanks Randy.

Right around the corner from my work so I just dropped her off and picker her up throughout my shift. Randy took care of my brakes. Hell of a guy! Thank you! They let me buy my own parts and drop them off too so just charged for the labor. Already recommended them to all my friends and family because Hell Yea!

Honest, patient, helpful and just pleasant to do business with.We've been going to Eagle One to get our cars through student debt payoff. Randy and Matt have been extremely professional and timely in responses and interactions. I'm naturally cautious to take mechanics at their word but these guys have proven to be honest.The part that impresses me the most about them is how they value my priorities. I can ask them point blank, "can I ignore this car problem" and they'll explain what will happen if I ignore it and whether or not the issue is requiring of fixing. They are patient and willing to help me make decisions about what to fix or what I can ignore, even if that means they don't make the money on repairing something.I will continue going to Eagle One. The EAGLE ONE TEAM are professionals & VERY GOOD at what they do... FIX CARS...It was a Friday afternoon. The Weatherman said "It's going to be HOT this weekend " I had an issue with my AC. Eagle One reps thought the repair time would take them past closing time & suggested I should bring it back Monday. I emphasized to them that I needed my AC to work & please try and get it finished today. They responded with complete professional customer care. EAGLE ONE fixed it & made my car nice & cool. Plus they got it done at almost $100 Below original quote.

Very friendly and they can give me a price when I come in. They are the only ones that I let touch my car. When they do work on my car they always get it done quickly and do a great job. I would tell everyone to go to this shop. And I do spread the word

If I'm in over my head with my car, I take it to Eagle One. They have done so much work for me and always get it done right the first time. I've never had any issues driving off their lot. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a trusty, timely mechanic shop! Just put a transmission in for me last week and my car has never run better. They even replaced the lower motor mounts while they had my car disassembled. They do great work and are worth every penny!

I respect this shop!! Even though they didn't actually fix our old 4 runner 2001 they were honest about why they couldn't fix it. To far gone & just old. They actually saved us a ton of money thank you ever soo much!! This will be our new trucks car doctor. 2010 highlander. Thanks for making me feel comfortable again with an auto center.

Our son recommended this place. We had problems with our I called they got me in the same day and fixed my truck the same! They are honest because they didn t try sell me things I did not need. I found out they did oil changes so I will definitely be taking our truck there. Great service and they are friendly!!!

Any time I need honest credible work done this is the shop that I go to. They by far are the most reliable and honest shop that I ve ever dealt with. There is no run around, they use quality parts and always make sure that the customer is taken care of even when it comes to labor. The minute I have an issue they are the first I call and I never leave displeased. I recommend them to everyone I know

At the start of November we arrived in the Pigeon Forge area from Canada. By the time we got to our cabin our engine was overheating. We found Eagle One on google, read the reviews and headed right over. They were able to fit us in the following day, did a full diagnostic and determined 2 small repairs. In a couple of hours we were on our way. The rate was very reasonable and have no problems since. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for nearly 3 years straight. They save money when they can, and are open and honest about cost of repairs. The only downside of this place is getting ahold of them, not because they never answer but because they are always working on something.If you're looking to find a garage you can trust, highly recommend this place.
