I went in for just a bolt that was stuck in my tire and they did it for free! Left with two new back tires for the best price! Really helped me out tons!Thank you to Alex, and Ian for an amazing experience!

Went here yesterday to have my brand new front tires checked out because I ve heard rattling for a while. Phil was super professional and handled every client request very well. They were so busy at the time I arrived and somehow it only took 30 minutes or less for Phil to update me about the state of my car. Very happy with the experience I had, and grateful that the issue was easily resolved and there was no cost.

They were friendly and helpful and not bad on the eyes. I had a bolt in my tire, and they repaired it free of charge. I have paid for this service at many other tire locations. Thanks for helping out my family!

Was able to make an appointment for the next day due to an accident in a car wash ripping my valve stem out of my tire, rendering it flat. Alex greeted me when I came in the store and confirmed it was the valve stem and told me it would be around 45 mins. About 20 mins later Ian comes in and tells me I am all set, they put a new stem on, balanced the tire, and did an inspection of all the other tires all free of charge. The service was absolutely outstanding from both of them and I will be back for any tire needs!!

We came here with our rover in 2021 and again in December 2023 with our dodge. Both times, they've been great to us. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.

This is the second time I ve had problems here. Last year went in to get winter tires put on that I purchased online (Black Friday deal). Showed up to appointment, tires hadn t been shipped (after I was told they were in stock and my appointment confirmed) and told it d be a couple weeks before they would be in. Then the guy at the counter tried telling me they could work something out and get tires on my car that day. Tried selling me the cheapest they had in stock and lost my online Black Friday Deal savings Today went for a tire balance (had someone else put the tires on due to last years issue and couldn t get back into them for weeks) Thought I d try Discount again because they had open appointments today. Make the appointment. Show up 30mins early. Told at the front desk they had too many walk ins and it would be almost 2 hours if not more with my car. What s the point of making an appointment?? Real question, why don t you honor appointments?

This Discount location just won my business forever.I popped my tire on a pot hole. They replaced my tire and had me out the door in 45 minutes.All for a fraction of the cost I thought I would have to pay.You guys have earned a customer for life.Shoutout to Ian for his friendly and caring demeanor with the customers.

Made an appointment for a tire rotation, showed up early and was told I would be waiting 1.5 hours. So I reschedule for a few days later, early in the am and was told to come early so as not to wait. I check in 30 minutes before my early appointment and here I am, 2 hours later, still waiting. They simply do not honor appointments at all at this location. It s first come first serve.

Have purchased a few sets of tires from this location. Good prices. Fast service, really fast with an appointment. Staff is nice and easy to talk to. Alan has been the rep for the last two sets of BFGs I bought and he has made it an easy purchase and install for special order tires.

Asked for one tire and they sold me 1 tire. They didn't try to sell me on anything extra, gratefully. (I don't like aggressive selling practices). Fast too (since it was only the 1), the quote was about 1hr, but ended up taking barely 30 min. Not going anywhere else to get the rest of the tires when it becomes necessary.

It's busy season, I get it, however I had an appointment for a leaky tire, and my truck was pulled in an hour and a half after my appointment time. They only worked on it for 15 minutes bummer I had to wait so long after my appointment time

Very clean store, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The selling point is I had an appt at 1pm. Got there at 12:55 and he said it would take 45mins. 45mins later the car was done. No extra waiting around and wondering when it will be done. Highly recommend!

This is a great Discount Tire location! Extremely friendly customer service, great pricing and fast service. I come here for all my tire needs from a simple air check to a rotation or anything else my tires may need. The employees are always in a cheerful mood and ready to help, and every time I have called they have always answered the phone in a polite, friendly way which makes them easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this Discount Tire location to friends and family.

There isn't anyone I would trust more than these guys! They got my wheels and tires as soon as they could, and was able to put them on same day as their delivery. I told them to be careful with the wheels, and they still had my vehicle done before the quoted promise time. Simply amazing!

Bought tires here a bit ago and had a nail in one and a small problem with another. They got me in right away without an appointment and fixed both things for free. In and out in 20 minutes! And all the employees were great. Thank you!
