Great service. I got good tires at a reasonable price. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars because the wait time was like 2 hours but in all fairness, I did walk in without an appointment.

The store manager, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the different tire options and answer questions. Then his staff installed my tires so much quicker than I expected (based on experiences at other tire stores). One of the technician accidentally cracked one of the plastic hub cap covers, but they told me immediately and offered to reimburse me for a whole new set plus free installation. I ordered them online Thursday and came back when I received them today (Monday). Jeff made the reimbursement transaction quick and easy, and then the techs only took about 15 minutes to do the swap. It's hard to find honest, trustworthy people these days. I wouldn't have noticed the crack and assumed later that it was my fault. But they were upfront, honest, and willing to correct their mistake. They went above and beyond. I won't go to any other tire store ever again. Highly recommend

Discount Tire is WONDERFUL, but especially this location. I had an amazing experience here with a flat tire Tajuan, Kajuan, and Jorge all were incredibly informative, fast, and helpful. They led me through the process of what was wrong with my tire, what could be done, and how they could fix it with ease, and I know it sounds cheesy: I truly left with a smile. They made my day and the whole experience far less stressful. I am very grateful to Discount Tire, this location, and these three individuals in particular. Thank you so much for your expertise, service, and above all kindness!

Took time to look at our problem. Previous mechanic hid tire stem behind hubcap and they fixed it no questions asked, really quick trip. Made me a long term customer no doubt.

I am very pleased with my service today. All the staff were friendly, but Tajoun (I hope I'm spelling it right) was extremely helpful. I usually hate dealing with mechanics/tire shops, but Tajoun was so professional and patient with me. I was in and out with new tires in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. Thank you!

I came in to get my tires patched an new windshield wipers. Kind of a long wait to get it into the shop but I wasn't mad because it was kinda busy so it's understandable. They told they couldn't patch my tire so I had to get a new one. I thought about getting 4 but it was too expensive for me at the time so I just stuck with 1 new tire. Tell me how I get charged $171 to get a single tire, and new windshield wipers. There wasn't even much labor, 90% of the time the car was sitting not being worked on while I waited for them to get a new tire. The zip tied the wipers on, which they were riptide before so I wasn't mad about that. What I am mad about is how ziptieing windshield wipers to my car and replacing a tire costed that much. Then to make things worse, when they finished and I walked to my car, and they told me they broke the hub cap to my car. All they said was sorry, didn't offer to pay for it after already charging me an insane price for something that could've been done for $30. At first I tried asking for the old tire to be put back on and I'll go find my own, but then they told me it's too risky to put it back on so I need to get a new tire. Don't think I'll be coming back here. Least yall could do is respond and offer to replace my hub cap

This experience started with an online appointment and ended with a 3 hour wait. The manager Jeff was out on vacation which is why I didn t give it one star but the children that were left to operate were very noncommunicative and had no idea how to handle customer service I was asked to wait about an hour, and the only reason I was made aware of the additional time was because after waiting an hour I asked the manager in charge. I have been misled on several accounts by other individuals with respect to the cost of the replacement of my tires. Once the individual realized that I was there for just a tire change with the tires being in the bed of my truck he became unattended, because there was no sale. buyer beware.

Fast service but might be a little too fast. This is the 2nd time that I purchased defective tires from them. I should not have to put air in my tires 2weeks after purchase. They claim that I might have a bend in my rim but I learned that a lot of other people had the same issues with their tires shortly after making an expensive purchase. DO BETTER Discount Tires!

Ordered some Vogue tires through discount tire direct and they price matched $40 dollars off each tire! Shipped to the store in less than 2 days! Great customer service and prices! I will be back.

Stopped by this morning with a front end/steering shake on my Jeep at 35-55 mph. The team here is wonderful to work with. They made quick work to balance the tires both static and then dynamic to help me chase the problem down. I recently replaced the tie rod and drag link and knew that balancing would help a bit but wouldn t ultimately solve my issue as it s most likely ball joints etc. The team and I chatted about reasons why the front end could be shaking and got me started on my next chase down the rabbit hole. The tire balancing did help quite a bit I noticed, so fingers crossed I m not chasing my tail for too long!

The BEST! Super friendly and helpful staff! I had a flat and really couldn't afford to replace all four tires so went in just for that one tire. They let me know that they were all close to failing like the one already had and worked out an amazing deal for me to end up with all four replaced. Seriously, full 5 stars!

I've been to many tire stores over the years but the 28th Street Discount Tire Store in Wyoming has to be about the best. The customer service was second to none...very polite, friendly and professional.George was great. I made the appointment the day before and when I arrived he had most of the paperwork completed. When I mentioned the vehicle needs an alignment because it pulls to the right he said to wait until the new tires are on and you drive it. He seemed to think it was an issue with the old tires and not the alignment itself. He was right. With the new tires on, it no longer pulls to the right. His recommendation saved me time and money.With regard to price, Discount Tire was more than competitive, even with membership-only discount warehouses.After the work was complete, my car was pulled up to the front door, I was handed the keys, paperwork and told to have a nice day by a guy (sorry, didn't get his name) with a smile on his face.If you need tires, give the 28th Street Discount Tire a try.

I recently had my tires rotated at Discount Tire. I was impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff.The team at Discount Tire was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my tires and provide me with a variety of options for replacement. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions I had, and made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.The tire installation process was seamless and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the prices were. I was in and out of the store in no time, with brand new tires that have been performing beautifully.I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone in need of new tires. Pull in here! Tow here! You will not be disappointed. I had a flat, then a tow and this was all after hours. As the tow pulled up, the manager came out and opened the door to us at 7pm! I was expecting to have to come back in the morning, but no, he took care of everything right then and there. To top it all off, they got my tires fixed/replaced first thing the next morning. Honestly, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Phil, George and Nate, for being such local heroes!

Incredibly helpful staff. I've used this location for years for multiple vehicles and have never had any problems. The manager, George, was extremely helpful with making decisions on what solution was best for my vehicle. I also have a 1975 Plymouth Duster they were able to mount tires on my ralleye wheels with no issues. I absolutely love how these tires finished off the look of my car. They also helped me pick out a set of aftermarket wheels for my daily driver as the OEM wheels were corroded and no longer holding air, and after nearly 50k miles I still love them! Couldn't be happier about their customer service!

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. After having issues with another tire store, Mike and George went above and beyond helping us. I cannot recommend this store enough. We wouldn't even entertain the thought of going somewhere else in the future.

Excellent custom service, did not try to over sell me. Will got us in as soon as possible and explained everything perfectly. You can't beat their customer service and quality. What sold us was the replacement policy. Other local stores charge $280 per tire for replacement due to road hazard. Not Discount.

Discount Tire on 28th SW. Great Customer Service. Ted and the guys are excellent. Great Prices. Had an appointment for 3:15 showed up at 3:10 they were ready for me. Car went right into the stall and the guys started the job. Quick Service. They had me back on the road in no time. Excellent 5 stars all the way around! I'd recommend! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Refused to sell used tires, advertised online @ this store for a brand new tire for my friend truck was $68.99+ install $24.99. Then when I get there, they say that same tire is now $159.99 each when online for that location advertised $68.99. False advertising

Did you know they will plug your tire for free?!?Because I did not!The manager, Jason, is super personable, very kind, friendly, courteous and extremely straight forward in answering any and all questions.Also, the staff is very timely. When I set up an appointment, they said I would likely be in and out in 45 minutes. I was all set to go 42 minutes after getting checked in, just like they'd said.I would strongly recommend this location!
